Ahhmaazing seller on Posh! Not only do they have an amazing team during live shows, their shoes are in great condition and they are super affordable. I've been able to purchase for myself, family, friends and still within in my budget to pick up some extras to donate locally. I admit I've been spoiled and absoultely hate to pay full price for shoes now--even while in store. I'll wait to see if it will pop up in a Posh show before purchasing in a store. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... Prior to signing up with them the owner Bonnie Nichols and the "onBoarding Manger" Ashley Brand were very responsive with questions and promises of processes that Wholesale Universe had in place to help my small business and seemed very good to partner with for my Amazon store. Well that quickly changed after I agreed to their monthly management fee. I was told that their service included managing certain aspects of my Amazon store, but it seemed more often then not, I was constantly having to follow up with them to get issues resolved such as late shipping and other things that could cause my store health to be in jeoperdy with Amazon. Finally I got tired of spending the monthly management fee and investing thousands of dollars for products that they would price extreamly low or at cost for virtually no profit. So back in April, I decided to end my partnership with WU and was told that the remaining inventory would be sent to me. We are going on two months now and I have emailed countless times with absolutely NO RESPONSE at all on when I will be receiving my remaining inventory, what is being shipped or what if anything has been done. Finally the owner, Bonnie Nichols responded on an email string to say... "The warehouse team has received all of your emails and has been prepping your order this week. (which I have heard nothing) Your order will be shipped out soon just as the team has communicated with you. (no one has communicated anything to me) We have several other clients that have orders as well and look forward to getting you taken care of. (their lack of responsiveness is beyond unprofessional)." Then after several more emails with no response, I finally get a response from Troy Marchand back in May saying... "I was told WU was preparing to ship your items. They have over 200 clients to take care of at the same time." Wholesale Universe is by far the most unprofessional organization and will damage any small business if not put it OUT of business. Partnering with them will be a detriment to your efforts to start up or even maintain. It has been over two months and I have still NOT GOTTEN ANY RESOLUTION.... trying to get an email response from them has been so difficult much less a resolution. DO NOT USE THIS WHOLESALE SUPPLIER. I was reading through the 5 star reviews and I noticed 2 names that are employees of this company and posting as clients. This is a great company with people that actually care about you. I have worked with Justin, Eric, Kevin and even the owner Bonnie. All very pleasant people and they actually do what they say they are going to do. I got scammed by another company for 40K. That is a lot of money. When I turned to them, they got me started with minimal thresholds just so I could see how things operated. Everything went as promised and dealing with Ashley is always a pleasure. I quickly ramped up my Inventory spends and I am seeing better than expected sales on Amazon and Walmart. Very happy now, I have referred over friends and family and they have had the same experience. These people are the real deal and I wanted to call that out to anyone that is on the fence. I came over from a bad experience with another company and from customer service to products going into my store I've seen the growth I'd expect at this point in a new business. In February 2023, I won a pallet through the Wholesale Universe website. The pallet was close to $5K. I was never contacted via email or phone, 2 months went by and I reached out to Kevin. Kevin game me a lame story my pallet was lost. I simply believe the complete thing was a fraud from the beginning. I gave them a second chance. Kevin and Bonnie were putting together a $40K retail package for me and make an attempt to replace the lost pallet. It took more follow up from myself again they forgot about me for another 4 weeks. I finally received 6 small boxes of random clothing. I could not believe the trash they sent me. I received clothing items that were all labeled clearance and sizes 3XL, 4XL, 5XL.... The clothing was not current it appears they were discontinued items or returns. What I received was not worth 5K at most $600. I requested a full refund. Kevin was not helpful at all. Kevin stated I just had bad selling skills. I asked for refund. I was told by Kevin to ship all the packages back to their warehouse. I shipped all packages back to Kevin. Kevin never followed up with my refund. At this point I reached out to American Express and explained to them I was a victim of fraud. I notified Kevin about my contact with American Express and my concern. A few days later I received my refund. I think people will be dishonest with you for fast money but they are only hurting their business long run. I don't know about Texas but in California we work hard for our money and our customer expectations are high. Best practice from the beginning be Honest with your customers. read more

Do not buy from this company. I brought a reseller's box. I contacted chat help to let them know, one of my packages that they shipped brand new with tags, reeked with Urine. You could actually see the soiled spot on the clothing item. I was told by chat help that something like this is impossible because everything they ship is in perfect condition and is checked by everyone in quality control. (well, something went wrong because I'd personally had this item in my reseller's box, I shared the condition of the item with others in my household and they agreed, it reeked with Urine) Anyway I was told by chat help that I had buyers remorse and that they are not back going to waste their time on exchanging one item for another. The experience with chat help then turned negative from there on. I wasn't making an excuse to return. I was being very honest about what I had received in my reseller's box. I didn't do anything wrong but I was treated like I did. Is this how you handle your customers? Most business will at least work with their customers in a professional friendly manner or at least try to figure out how or why I got an urine stained item but chat help decided to come at me. If I would have read the feedback from yelp. I would have never purchased anything. No one takes their time to write a negative review if what they experienced was not true. Mr.Owner, please don't waste your time on replying to this review because it definitely would not sincere. No fake responses, please. read more

Purchased small amount of shoes from them, and they all sold within One month. Bought more and they are all listed for Q4. Not worried at all. Why step into the fire and purchase $5,000.00 worth and expect a miracle to happen. Not smart. These move with a little patience. Slow and Easy wins the race. Don't do it. You will regret it ! They will sell you store returns from places like Macy's and keep the best stuff for themselves while selling you the horribly ranked junk. Even worse, you can lose your selling privileges because they will send it in and list it as New. Several of my acquaintances were sold stuff that ended up getting returned to Amazon from customers. Buyer beware! You can apply to Macy's yourself for your own liquidation account if you really want to do it. My suggestion: learn about wholesale, and buy genuine wholesale stuff. read more

I bought a wholesale lot that worth $1000s ! (Wish I invested that money in PL product) None of these are selling... I am freaking out because the person that is selling these lots promises that we would see 1st least 40-70% ROI.. I AM almost in tears as this was my only investment thinking that we would at least be able to sell and make a bit of profit so we can start the pl business. I got the $5000 + $388 shipping cost. 315 pieces was delivered to me. Let me just say it's HARD SELL. At $17 per piece, I'll be lucky if I can get back my money. I truly believe it could possibly we worth it IF one has a physical store and you can amp the price on some items, but online selling on most of items is really a headache. The brands are mediocre and many of the brands are hard to sell. I could sell a few Free People and Guess at $24 and beat competition. I have to pay shipping, PayPal and eBay fees. All in all, it's not worth it for me. BTW, about 5-6 items are damaged (my mom can verify this too) and one has a different brand from the paper tag hanging: a clear dishonest move to simply add 'value' of $25,000+ for buyers to justify buying. Again, over all, if you can lower your cost of $10 per item, you may regain your capital if you have a store. If your plan is to sell it online, $5 per piece or less should suffice the cost for each item because more than half of the merchandise is simply, irrevocably 'HARD SELL.' read more
