Definitely as good as it gets.
Short version: I had issues with an LED sign. I phoned three sign shops in the Longview area before calling these guys. I received a voicemail at one of the businesses and a promise that I would receive a call-back at two others.
I suppose Sign Man wanted my business more than the others, because they answered on the second ring and sent someone out (within the same hour) to check out my sign problems.
Not only did I get an explanation of the problem (that I could actually understand), they also told me my cost and the time frame on repairing it (less than an hour). Fortunately, they had everything in their van to service it right then and there.
The sign was working once again. I paid. They thanked me and told me to call them with any future issues. Done.
Maybe it's not a big deal to most people, but these guys showed up looking like a million bucks. Clean-shaven. Uniformed. Looked me in the eyes when talking to me ... Really old school, and they earned my trust almost immediately.
Anything mechanical can malfunction occasionally. I'm glad to know that I can call on the experts at Sign Man when it happens.
