Once it was installed the sign is cut off at the bottom cutting part of the lettering off. Was advised by Jase that it would be fixed shortly after it was installed back in October. it is now almost January and he will not return my emails or answer my calls. The last time I spoke to him I had to call with my personal cell phone on a number he did not recognize to get him to answer and the sign is still not fixed. I have also asked for a refund and am being ignored. So I am going to have to pay another company to fix what I already paid to have done. Horrible service. Not how you do business at all.

Definitely as good as it gets…read more Short version: I had issues with an LED sign. I phoned three sign shops in the Longview area before calling these guys. I received a voicemail at one of the businesses and a promise that I would receive a call-back at two others. I suppose Sign Man wanted my business more than the others, because they answered on the second ring and sent someone out (within the same hour) to check out my sign problems. Not only did I get an explanation of the problem (that I could actually understand), they also told me my cost and the time frame on repairing it (less than an hour). Fortunately, they had everything in their van to service it right then and there. The sign was working once again. I paid. They thanked me and told me to call them with any future issues. Done. Maybe it's not a big deal to most people, but these guys showed up looking like a million bucks. Clean-shaven. Uniformed. Looked me in the eyes when talking to me ... Really old school, and they earned my trust almost immediately. Anything mechanical can malfunction occasionally. I'm glad to know that I can call on the experts at Sign Man when it happens. By the way, two of those three initial calls were returned to me. One of them took two days. The other happened one week (to the day) later.

Upon finding out that the website we paid a significant sum of money for would not be updateable with new pages unless we paid an exorbitant amount of money to Relidy to do this for us, we had to hire another web designer to transfer our site to an open platform, so that we could add and edit pages and content, which of course any business needs to do with their website. Need a simple landing page for a Google Adwords campaign? Extra charge! Need a new page for a new product or service you offer? Extra charge! What has prompted this review several years after doing business with Relidy is we recently offered them another opportunity to send us our original brochure files, filled with mostly our own imagery, so that we could make a few minor updates before reprinting them. Apparently, I was naive to think that their policies had changed in the ensuing years. Extra charge! To date, they have thus far refused to give us the original files that we paid for in full. They will tell you that this policy is an industry standard, but I assure you, it is not. No web or graphic designer that I have ever spoken to has this as a policy because it's essentially attempting to keep business by holding the client hostage. That's bad business and I highly urge you to run far away from these folks.
