We hired Relidy to design our new website and two brochures. The process was incredibly unprofessional throughout and I would urge anyone who is considering this company to reconsider. Upon finding out that the website we paid a significant sum of money for would not be updateable with new pages unless we paid an exorbitant amount of money to Relidy to do this for us, we had to hire another web designer to transfer our site to an open platform, so that we could add and edit pages and content, which of course any business needs to do with their website. Need a simple landing page for a Google Adwords campaign? Extra charge! Need a new page for a new product or service you offer? Extra charge!
What has prompted this review several years after doing business with Relidy is we recently offered them another opportunity to send us our original brochure files, filled with mostly our own imagery, so that we could make a few minor updates before reprinting them. Apparently, I was naive to think that their policies had changed in the ensuing years. Extra charge! To date, they have thus far refused to give us the original files that we paid for in full. They will tell you that this policy is an industry standard, but I assure you, it is not. No web or graphic designer that I have ever spoken to has this as a policy because it's essentially attempting to keep business by holding the client hostage.
