Was advised by Jase that it would be fixed shortly after it was installed back in October. it is now almost January and he will not return my emails or answer my calls. The last time I spoke to him I had to call with my personal cell phone on a number he did not recognize to get him to answer and the sign is still not fixed. I have also asked for a refund and am being ignored. So I am going to have to pay another company to fix what I already paid to have done. Horrible service. Not how you do business at all.

I would not have a reason to seek additional consultations with SEO experts or state this if it were not true. Video production is not inherently related to SEO nor was that part of the SEO services that I requested although they are claiming that was a recommendation I did not follow. The consultations with established SEO experts provided evidence that SEO was not conducted on or off the page by the organization. As I explained to the owner, there were multiple addresses associated with my practice, which was never brought to my attention. Specific content on my website was not created or designed for SEO purposes either. The organization did not use SEO research and tools that most SEO experts use. Unfortunately, the keyword "research" this organization conducted included asking me to provide them with a list of keywords they would use. I hope this organization can begin to practice within the scope of their abilities, such as video production, and not practice outside the scope of your abilities with SEO because they are doing a disservice to clients. In terms of positives, this organization was responsive via email when needed while I was customer.

Well, things have changed as of yesterday, so I feel obligated to update my review…read more I noticed yesterday evening that my Internet had not slowed to a crawl by 6pm, as it normally does. I was able to stream a YouTube video and check a couple Facebook notifications on my phone at the same time, without the video buffering. I haven't been able to do that in ages. I ran a few speed tests last night and got a solid 19.5 Mbps each time! I'm getting the same results today (Saturday) - normally Saturdays are slow all afternoon. I checked my modem's config page and noticed that I'm now connecting to 8 downstream channels, rather than 4 channels. It seems like they've implemented a significant upgrade in the last couple days to be able to push more channels. I'm improving my rating to 2 stars. I'm quite satisfied with the service as it is now, but I'm skeptical that it will continue. I also cannot forget about all the troubles I've had in the past.

They typically say "the plan you were on expired and we don't offer it anymore". We're then expected to pay a $20-$50 difference for renewing services. We get charged random charges often. Our bill isn't consistent even though we don't add or make changes. When we ask what's costing us they say it's a prorate charge, or it costs $5 to get rid of unlimited data, or whatever to get more $$$$. Unfortunately they're the only company where we live that will service us so we're stuck. But it's a bad time every time. We never know if we're going to get a normal bill or not.
