In my opinion: This is the best builder in East Texas (and in the top tier of all builders in the…read moreState). Last year, this company did some exterior renovation work and replacement of doors. They did a terrific job. During the February freeze when 4 pipes burst and flooded the first floor, they dropped everything to get out there to save the house. I have now hired them to rebuild much of the first floor. This company is the real deal.

I really had high hopes for this business as they have a good reputation in the community. I…read morecontacted the Hamilton Group because I am wanting to remodel my home. The owner came to my home looked over the house and I told him what we wanted done. He said he didn't know if he could do all we wanted with our budget. So I up'd our budget by 10K. When he got ready to leave he told me that someone from his business would be contacting me in a couple of weeks to come out and take some measurements and that if I had not heard from them within 3 weeks to give him a call, you have my cell phone number. Well, when I did not hear from anyone from him or his business within 3 weeks I called his office and was told he was in a meeting, so I left a message asking him to call me. The lady who answered the phone said it could be the next morning before he returned my call. I waited several days and he never called me. So, I called his cell phone and left a voicemail. I waited a few days and when he did not return my call I called his cell phone again, this time he answered. He told me he was in a meeting and would call me back in 30 minutes. That was over a week ago. In my view he is very unprofessional.

We hired Relidy to design our new website and two brochures. The process was incredibly…read moreunprofessional throughout and I would urge anyone who is considering this company to reconsider. Upon finding out that the website we paid a significant sum of money for would not be updateable with new pages unless we paid an exorbitant amount of money to Relidy to do this for us, we had to hire another web designer to transfer our site to an open platform, so that we could add and edit pages and content, which of course any business needs to do with their website. Need a simple landing page for a Google Adwords campaign? Extra charge! Need a new page for a new product or service you offer? Extra charge! What has prompted this review several years after doing business with Relidy is we recently offered them another opportunity to send us our original brochure files, filled with mostly our own imagery, so that we could make a few minor updates before reprinting them. Apparently, I was naive to think that their policies had changed in the ensuing years. Extra charge! To date, they have thus far refused to give us the original files that we paid for in full. They will tell you that this policy is an industry standard, but I assure you, it is not. No web or graphic designer that I have ever spoken to has this as a policy because it's essentially attempting to keep business by holding the client hostage. That's bad business and I highly urge you to run far away from these folks.
