So my cozy home has primarily hard surface wood and "luxury vinyl" plank flooring, but I do have…read moretwo large area rugs in the living / dining areas. One of them is adjacent to the front door, and the other is under the dining room table. So the rug that is by the front door is in a high traffic area and the one under the dining room table was "decorated" (in six different places) by my dog who was not feeling well yesterday. Needless to say, my attempts at removing those "decorations" was not terribly successful, so I called Zerorez. Fortunately, they had a next day opening and they arrived on the earlier end of that opening which worked well with my schedule. Jose and his assistant arrived promptly and explained what they were going to do, and then they got to work. I camped out in another room while they moved the furniture, and throughly cleaned the rugs. About 30 minutes later, they were done, and I paid via the payment link that was sent to me by text. I don't have a ton of experience with getting these rugs professionally cleaned, so I initially felt that the price kind of high, but after doing some research on rug cleaning prices, I actually think the cost ($283) was fair for what they were able to do. Both of my rugs look great and there is no sign of the mess that was there previously. Thanks Zerorez, Jose, and team! I will definitely reach out again in the future when my rugs need you to work your magic again!
