It's fun but needs some more bartenders, a better way to order drinks, and more games. The DJ and the weekends is a fun touch but the music was crazy loud. Some extra hand sanitizer stations around would also be great since nothing is cleaned anymore. The bathrooms are always trashed.

During a recent trip to Tucson we stumbled upon this bar in the downtown area during Happy Hour on a Friday. I had several of the Ace Space Blood Orange ciders ($4 during happy hour).. yum! My bf had several beers on draft .. at $2 off each drink we were in no hurry to leave. Lots of locals (different age ranges), plenty of seating and lots of arcade games and pinball machines. After checking in on yelp and getting some free tokens the bf and I tried our hand at pinball, frogger, centipede, and other classics! Great vibe, cool space! I would definitely stop by again on my next visit to Tucson.

I love the location of this bar, very convenient for a night out after dinner to relax and enjoy some games and people watching, overall target crowd feels younger (20's) but there's always a good mix. Though the location is small, it's set up nicely with some games on the first level, a nice outside sitting area and some comfy booths inside that you can utilize to enjoy if a dj is playing. The decor above the bar is superb as well. Upstairs there's a lot more games and some booths to sit at. The cocktails are delish definitely on the sweeter side so you don't taste the alcohol but there's also a nice selection of drafts on tap.

Bar so cool

It's a cute little place with two different mini golf courses and a pretty decent-sized arcade inside. The whole place has that fun, classic family entertainment center feel to it. Unfortunately, one of the two mini golf courses was decorated for Halloween and closed during the daytime, which was a little disappointing. I understand having special Halloween events, but it kind of stinks when you show up during normal business hours and only have one course to choose from. The course we did get to play was fun, although it was pretty quick. It took us around 20 minutes to finish the entire thing, so it's not exactly something that's going to keep you entertained for hours. I do wish we had the option to play both courses, especially since we were looking to spend a little more time playing mini golf. They also have a pretty good-sized arcade inside, so there's more to do if you want to stick around after finishing your round. Overall, it's a fun little place to stop if you're in Tucson and looking for something casual to do. I just wish both mini golf courses had been available during the day, because that would have made the experience a little better.

It was still cool to see how they decorated. This place reminds me of a couple of places in the Phoenix valley. It has a cool arcade inside and I would have loved to play some games if we had more time. I also really like that they had a Zoltar, but unfortunately it was out of service. Every time I see a tire I have to get one of those cards. It is a ritual. The mini golf course was well maintained and had a whole bunch of fun obstacles and holes to play. There were also machine so you could get fish and duck food to feed the ducks that they have on the premises and the fish in the pond. That was really cool to see. There was also a souvenir penny machine, but unfortunately, I did not have any coins, but that would've been cool to have. I would recommend coming here. I think it is reasonable for the price as well. It looks like a regular round of golf is $15 and the spooky golf going on right now is $20 and only happens at night.

Every time I visit, we are cheerfully greeted at the door by the hosts, who direct you wherever you need to go. This last time, I met up with friends for drinks and a bite to eat before heading next door to Cinemark for a movie. The server was super friendly, and we got our food and drinks quickly. We even had time for a second round before the movie started! It's always a fun time at D&B's. I'm already looking forward to football season to watch the games here!

I've been to Dave & Buster's before in California, but this is my first time actually going to one in Arizona and this one's located at the Tucson marketplace. I've been to other Arcade parties but compared to Peter Piper's or Chuck E Cheese the atmosphere I much prefer. I went at 8 pm and the place was not crazy busy, with many families enjoying food in booths and gaming. The father of my Godson was playing trivia in the bar area/dinning area guarding with birthday presents. I found the seats really comfortable with a full bar available and a number of people enjoying beers at the bar with food. The selection of games to play was so vast for the kids. The God kids are under ten years old, so older children might have different tastes, but plenty of skeet ball, claw machines, racer games were available, as well as traditional arcade video games. I played a round of trivia with six other players and won that round. I prefer with night time atmosphere at Dave and Busters to the bright dining space of Peter Piper. I think because it was the latest time of day I've ever gone to a arcade party, there were far fewer kids yelling and having melt downs. This was the most positive experience attending a party an arcade that I ever remember having. It was so fun. The family had food and play packages for the event and you pick how much play you want; prices vary dramatically from $19 for $10 of play and an appetizer, to the upper end of a $60 power card for unlimited play all day plus an appetizer. The store had its own specials and i believe the family had two $40 power cards that were gifted by an uncle for gaming. During the time I was there, many staff came by to make check if I needed food and drink while I was enjoying the trivia. Due to winning a round of trivia, we were given a voucher for the arcade prize store, which had the kids happy with more spending power. Mission accomplished for a happy birthday.

I usually keep to just flasking it to Solar culture, but the lax, BYOB closed-container policy creates a unique house party concert vibe without the hours of standing around while your friends try to make their music equipment work properly. Although its not to far removed from such an experience since Solar culture is primarily an arthouse, doesn't have the greatest soundsystem and setup you will ever see, and I think for the most part the workforce and performers are as high as the patrons. I have dealt with a share of long waits between sets and all-to-average sound from Deerhoof, Voxtrot, Architecture in Helsinki, and the like. You also might have to bring a pair of binoculars to a show if you get there late to a packed house because of its awkward long and narrow build. There are great views of the band because of the raised stage, but once it gets past half capacity you might have to barter your way up closer with some of the cans of PBR you have in your Jansport. I was also permanently mentally scared by this place when Death From Above 1979 canceled their show there the day of. They never came back, and now they are gone. I can't help but think of how excited I was for that show (more then any other to date) and how heart-broken I was whenever I think of this place. *goes to cry beneath his desk*

A good number of things are closed during the week. Most notably, their gunfighting performance which I was most looking forward to. Some of the shops, restaurants, and attractions are also closed. Despite the limited experience, I still enjoyed it. I first stopped by the saloon for a drink. Naturally. It was happy hour, so I got a discount on an orange blossom beer. Solid beer at a solid price. From there, I walked around taking it all in. I checked out several of the shops. And I enjoyed the sunset. All in all, while it's not huge, I enjoyed it.
