Listed on Delta Dentals website as taking the insurance. When called was told they do not take it nor accept new patients very rudely.

WoW all can say is WoW Did A Bang up Job Been 20 Hours and still No Pain! Had a list of six-eight…read moreGuess I picked a good one. Got their Late, Handled Paper work finished about 11am had the Interview with Dentist told me what was needed I agreed asked if he could do that day They cheeked and decide if I waited and Hour yes they could I did not have to make another Appointment as I Lived in Oneonta, NY. done as of 2PM, Drove Home ate some Lunch Small Supper at 5PM, Bed at 10PM Took Tylenol Before Bed and again after I Woke up at 6AM, Still No Pain in that Area. the office was clean and well organized!

Here's the email I sent them. I emailed you for my records. Are you ignoring my request?…read more At no point before or during the appointment was I informed that the tooth would require a core buildup and a separate crown costing over $1,300 to complete the treatment. I was told I "needed a root canal," and I agreed under the assumption that the procedure would restore the tooth. I was not told that the tooth would be left structurally weakened and incomplete without an additional procedure at a separate cost. I was informed that the existing crown on the adjacent tooth was at risk of being dislodged during the root canal. That resulted in another $1,313 expense. The entire picture should have been communicated upfront, before I was in the chair, and before I was committed to the procedure. This omission mattered. It affected both my financial planning and my ability to make an informed decision. It also created a situation where the burden of cost and stress did not become clear until it was too late to choose differently. I am not asking for anything. I am stating the impact. They do not feel responsible for their work if they cause damage.

Dr. Korkosz did my root canal so poorly that I had nerve twinging after it was done. I went back to…read moreher because none of my other root canals had felt like that, ever, and she told me it would be fine and gave me an antibiotic perscription. Fast forward a year, and this root canal is terrible. I feel it every day. I went to my dentist and got an x-ray done, and the first question he had for me was, "Did a dental student do this root canal?" Korkosz did not widen my root canals as she went, leaving them very thin and likely did not completely clear them out which is why I still have sensation and pain. She also does not put metal supports in the middle of the tooth to support the crown, which is surely compounding the issue I'm facing currently. I am going to have to have my root canal re-done, correctly, and it's going to cost me a lot of money and pain. I would not recommend ever going to this endo, for anything. She has the skills of a dental student and you will pay in the long run for it.

I am very pleased with my root canal experience. Dr. Korkosz was professional but still friendly…read more She explained options clearly before the procedure and also "what to expect" after the procedure. Although it's hard to judge from a layman's perspective, her technique seemed excellent. The root canal is done in two appointments and I had no discomfort after either visit. I'm likely to need a second and will not hesitate to return. I agree with another reviewer that the receptionist is great and that the practice is in a wonderful old house.

Today was the follow up appointment for the root canal I had last month…read more I arrived earlier than my appointed time. Last time the GPS sent me to the wrong end of Fox St; and kept rerouting me back to the same spot. Today the GPS did it's job. The front desk staff informed Dr. Blondin that I was here; and almost immediately I was ushered into an exam room. His assistant had me in two bibs to protect my clothes, asked if I wanted music, I thought I was on a cruise ship. Every knob, handle, wire, instrument in the room was covered with plastic. The Zeiss microscope was in its own sealed plastic bag. Dr. Blondin was in shortly. He explained what was going to happen today in his cheerful and reassuring voice. After a local analgesic; the work began. A dental dam was applied, then the drilling began. All the while the doctor was letting me know what was going on during the procedure. A few X-rays latter I was almost done. The X-rays showed the true picture of the bicuspid and the repair done. I'm way past the age of being in awe of anything. This endodontist office leaves me awestruck. Everyone does their job with precision and acumen. If you need a great endodontist - This is the place to go to first. What's that old saying? "you've seen the rest; now see the best". I'm paraphrasing.

From explaining every step of the process to the hands spa treatment, you felt comfortable and calm throughout the entire process. Kudos to the team, I hope I don't have to go back, but if I ever need any tooth work done, I know who I'm going too.
