It took me a little…read morewhile to figure out exactly how you rate somewhere like this, but ultimately it seems like everything that they are doing is pretty spot on! It's run by a couple who have been doing it for a number of years. They were very friendly, took the clothing and got me the information about how long it would take to dry clean the suit very quickly. It was done when they said it would be, and the total price seemed very reasonable. It was $16.99 to get a suit dry cleaned and considering how infrequent it needs to happen, it seemed like a fair price. They were also very kind and answered a couple of very random questions that I had regarding dry cleaning. I wondered how often clothes don't get picked up and what they do with clothing that isn't claimed. The very nice lady that I chatted with said they keep things for a year and if people don't claim them or they are unable to get a hold of them after that time, they give them to the Salvation Army or the Union Gospel Mission. She said it doesn't happen very often, but they've had plenty of people move away And leave their dry cleaning. All said and done, the people working here nice, they did a good job dry cleaning my clothing, the price was fair and they seem to be a nice hard-working group of folks who are doing a nice job with the local small business. I have never heard of such a thing, and was never told about the policy. The woman on the phone was defensive and claims there's a sign. Never saw a sign, and cannot believe the rudeness. Sadly, it is the only one of 2 dry cleaners in town, so I guess they can get away with such poor customer service.

Are the prices slightly higher than a big city with a lot of volume and competition? Sure. But they are not outrageous, and they do a nice job. The turnaround is also relatively quick for the area (max a week). I have always been treated pleasantly and respectfully. Another bonus? Open on Saturdays.
