If you want your oil change done right, visit this Queen Creek location and ask for Kyla!…read more After having my oil changed at the Gilbert location, I was left with a massive oil leak. By the time I discovered it I was near the Queen Creek location so I called, explained the situation, and asked if they could help me. They said to come right in. Kyla was the service person who helped me and worked on my car. She said the filter wasn't in correctly and has leaked around a quart already, in less than 50 miles of driving since the earlier visit to Gilbert. They provided me with a new oil change and Kyla took her time to ensure that the filter was installed correctly. She also replaced the drain plug and gasket. Once we were all wrapped up, she recommended an undercarriage wash to remove the oil from the bottom of my car. I was told that the Gilbert location would reimburse me for the cost of that. Kyla handled the check out process and I drove away happy with the problem resolved and without spending another penny.

Now we have to bring it to a dealership to get checked out. Update to review, we had to bring the car to a dealership to get checked out and they confirmed that there was 11 quarts of oil in the car that caused the leak and smoke. the pressure from this extra oil also caused the oil pan gasket to leak and the crankshaft to leak, the repairs will be $4,000 to fix, all because the car was overfilled by nearly twice the recommended oil amount

They were incredible helpful, speedy, communicative, friendly and honest. I did not ever feel a single time that I was being overcharged or taken advantage of (especially as a woman with minimal car knowledge). It was always a seamless and pleasant process and I wish they had locations everywhere. I honestly never would have gone anywhere else if we hadn't moved.

I really appreciate their text message system that allows me to review what they're recommending now and in the future. I also really enjoy that you can opt right then and there to approve or deny a service. It also has prices estimates. At the end of the service the price estimates were the same as the charges (not sure if it would ever vary or if they would call before if it was to be more) I appreciate the pictures they take too! Pricing seems to be fair and comparable. The service was excellent. Very approachable and patient as I had questions and concerns since I'm not familiar with car stuff. It's easy enough to find, squeezed between the sonic and gas station. You could probably wander around and sit other places if you needed to wait for your car. I definitely plan to come back for my future care services and recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Crawford's Auto Repair!…read moreI brought my truck in thinking I had a suspension issue because of a squeaky noise that had been getting worse. They got me in quickly, were incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and took the time to thoroughly check everything out. It turned out to be something as simple as a loose spare tire, something that could have easily been misdiagnosed elsewhere. What really stood out to me is that they fixed the issue right then and there and didn't charge me anything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating trying to find an auto shop you can truly trust. At Crawford's, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and confident that I was being treated fairly, no upselling, no pressure, just genuine help. They've absolutely earned my trust, and I will be coming back for any future car needs. If you're looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!

He said I was the first person in 5 years that had asked for prices to be matched from another nearby mechanic shop. He even said that the prices that they quoted me, that I should go to the other shop instead, was a $60 difference by the way. Was also told by Ken that I wasn't a good customer because I had only done one oil service with them in a year and a half. Will never give Crawford's my business and they're just another auto shop that's dishonest and takes advantage of their customers. Hard to find integrity these days!!

My family recommended this place to me. I'm from out of state, and tend to do my car maintenance…read more here in Arizona. I had rear brakes, a brake fluid wash, and my serpentine belt changed. The workers here are super nice, and since they don't take commission, they're honest, and don't try to push you into anything un-necessary! I'm one who usually goes to the dealer for maintenance, but I'm so glad I didn't. The prices were reasonable, and they were able to fit me in as a walki-in. Definitely recommend this place/location for honest repairs! :)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!…read more These people are not good at anything - other than messing up your brakes. I initially brought my vehicle in to find out what I needed. They said pads and rotors. I had purchased the new pads and rotors myself and paid this shop for the labor to install them a few days later. Shortly after the service--within about a week--I began hearing a persistent squeaking noise coming from one side of the vehicle. I contacted the shop and was told that this can be normal with new brakes. While I understand that new brakes may squeak initially, it is not normal for the issue to occur on only one tire. I was advised to bring the car back in if the noise continued. I returned the vehicle the following day. After approx one hour of inspection, I was told that a metal component was rubbing against the brakes and that the issue had been fixed. Which in my mind that meant - you did not do the job right from jump. However, the problem did not resolve. A few weeks later, after continuing brake issues and taking additional time off work, I had the vehicle inspected by another repair shop. They disassembled the brakes and informed me that the brake components had been installed incorrectly. They showed me that while the other brake pads were measuring at approximately an "8," the affected pad was already worn down to a "4," which clearly indicates improper installation or an unresolved underlying issue. They provided me with written documentation outlining their findings. I brought this documentation back to brake masters to address the matter. Unfortunately, during this visit, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and I was told that the issue was not their responsibility. Only after insisting that the brakes be checked again did the staff take another look and then informed me--within a matter of minutes--that the caliper was seized. This raises serious concerns. When I first brought my car in for inspection, this shop had it for over an hour and did not identify a seized caliper. When they initially installed the new pads and rotors, you had the vehicle for over two hours and again did not identify this issue. I also brought my car in for a squeaking noise...this issue was still not identified. Yet it was suddenly discovered in minutes during my most recent visit. If the caliper was seized, this should have been identified before installing new pads and rotors. Had I been informed of this issue upfront, I would not have authorized the installation of the new parts. This suggests that the brakes were not properly inspected prior to installation, which is both negligent and unsafe. Because of this failure, not only were the brakes installed incorrectly, but my safety was put at risk. Brakes are a critical safety component, and improper installation or failure to diagnose known issues could have resulted in serious harm. Which makes me wonder how many more of our vehicles get overlooked because they don't care and negligence. I would avoid this company at all costs and take your hard earned money elsewhere.

They patched it up, at no charge, and did it quick too. We're very nice and receptive. Took my truck in to get the AC fixed took them six weeks. I'm patient the time is not a problem…read more It's just the amount they wanted to charge me was very very high because they didn't know how to fix it and took them a while. After taking my truck, I noticed there was a loud rattling metal noise at idle, took it back to them and they told me it was my catalytic converter and that it had nothing to do with anything they touched. This was really suspicious because it made no noise before I took it to them drove around a little bit more and thought I think they missed something. Let me take it back to them again. I had them double check and again the guy went down, listening and assured me that it's coming from my catalytic converter. Took it to my Muffler Shop and they said it's not the catalytic converter and it was just a heat plate that was left loose and wasn't tightened. My Muffler Shop fixed it for free. This wasn't the only problem with the truck after Sun Devil auto worked on it... my radio doesn't turn on anymore either so I'll be trying to fix that next. I'm not gonna bother taking it back to Sun Devil Auto. They will likely deny they had anything to do with it. I do not trust them anymore. I will not take any vehicle to them.
