Mr.Hernandez supervisor/Manager was upset that I was cleaning my seats/windows without getting a car wash. I wasn't able to see so I decided to clean my windows and I used the vacuum on my rear seat. He approach me saying "we recommend you getting a car wash if you're going to do all that" and I replied with well I'm not needing a wash atm. He walked away upset then came back to take photos of the car to say "ima contact your employer to get you fired, this is a business". lol, dudes a pansy. Beware! Annoying that the employees don't verbally tell you that you're signing up for a membership when you're just there for a one time wash. Thankfully got refunded and didn't have to dispute the charge with my bank. read more

I was at the Cobblestones today off S 51st Ave and Baseline. There was a manager there who kept walking around my car while I was cleaning it harassing us. Then before we could pick up some trash that fall out of the car he walked up to us talking about he was refusing services to us and saying stuff about the trash I'm like you don't even give us a chance to clean up yet there was other cars around who had trash by their cars and dude ain't say anything to them then he stated he was trespassing me from the car wash and that he was the manager when I asked for the regional manager he hurried up and went in the office and refused to come out and talk to me this was a very poor experience and something need to be done I feel very disrespected by this man and he don't need to be working there if he is treating customer like this I can only image how he treats the staff there. I want someone from your corporate office to contact me immediately about this issue I have the man on video and I have a video of the parking lot showing where there was all types of trash in the ground and he did nothing about it but he wanted to come to me and keep walking around my car. Sad part is I was about to get a car wash from there but now I would never use their services again there is other place that offer way better services without manager thinking their the owners of the business instead of a representative and the face of the company for that location. read more

"WHAT THE HECK!" I literally just left the car wash got home and after paying $7 it was in my opinion a waste of money. My car is still dirty and now I have to wash it by hand cause there's no way I'm going to pay another $7 for a second round. This car wash did not do a good job. This car wash is useless! After 10 visits I stopped using it. The attendants are always using high pressure hard sells to try and get you to sign up for their unlimited washes. Then they cop an attitude when you tell them no. The basic wash is now $11. The wash never removes the bugs from the front bumper and the windshield and even paying for the most expensive wash twice I had the same results. The same goes for wheels, the wash still leaves brake dust on them. The vacuum area has limited space and there's usually a wait just to get a spot. Having drying towels available is hit or miss. Sometimes you have to walk down 3-4 stalls just to find a towel to dry off the car. While it may take more time I can save myself the money and attitude and just hand wash my cars at home, at least they'll get completely cleaned read more

This car wash is useless. Every time I go, they raise their prices and it never cleans my car. The staff is rude and disrespectful and treats you like they don't have time for you. Just went right now and their credit card machine never works to pay for my wash and they always want me to go through each lane. And then try to treat me like if I don't have money because the machines don't work. Don't even get me Started on how they treat you if you don't to sign up or buy coupon. They're too busy playing on their phone and watching YouTube videos and TikTok's to assist you. Then when you drive off because you don't wanna continue trying each lane they're gonna try to talk. Smack about you to each other Last time I went never again. read more

I took my brand new car to this car wash, and it came out with a few scratches on the paint. The staff was useless in addressing the issue and refused to assist the situation. I am never coming to here again and I will continue to strongly pass along my experience to others to prevent others from dealing with my experience. It's best you hand wash your car. :) read more

I had done business with this particular location for years, at lease 5 with a 4-year hiatus due to me moving out of the State. I recently moved back into the area and started up with them. Before this i had no problems. I had my Debit card compromised and needed to update the card. so, I go to the car wash and had the gentleman to help get me signed up I told him I wanted to sign up with my new card and change the plan I had. this was 12/22. I noticed on 12/24 he signed me up for the 29.00 plan. I than went online and thought this should be an easy fix and I changed the plan. only to see cobblestone charged me 21.00. I than thought Ill just go up there to correct this and get refunded. Well no one could help I tried calling and calling with no one ever answering the phone. I than emailed the office. i FINALLY GOT A CALL BACK TODAY AFTER 3 WEEKS. only to be told since i used the carwash twice once when i renewed under the 29.00 plan and i used the 21.00 plan there would not be any refund. I the young man did not try to resolve my issue and when I told him i should cancel this membership he just said OK. I canceled this was not fair. we do have a choice in who we do business with; in the future I can only hope they will do better in the community. it's about good practice not always the dollar. My husband canceled as well. read more

Great experience here. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything seems very well maintained. I bought myself a monthly membership and use it at least a couple of times a week. I pull up to the express lane for people with the stickers in their car. The computer scans it and opens the gate for me. I usually pick up a cloth to wipe my front dash and also a little trash bag that I attached to my e-brake handle. They flag me into the car wash and the conveyor belt pulls me through to do all the work. The vacuums are very well maintained and overall just very easy to get in and out of. If you want to make a left turn though onto Baseline Rd, drive across the parking lot to the light at 55th Avenue. That is much easier than trying to turn left without a light. Give them a try if you live in the area! Only $10 a month for unlimited basic washes. They also have other locations around the valley that you can use with your membership. read more

Big Shoutout to Thomas for his wonderful customer service when assisting me with choosing my wash!!!- NAU Student

They put cars on top of each other. The car wash doesn't clean large vehicles well. Staff is lazy, rude and uncaring. Today a car got stuck and because they were so close they hit. The person at the facility stated it wasn't their fault and cobblestone would not take responsibility. Then the same thing almost happened to me and again it's not cobblestones fault. I even have it on video. Go somewhere else. I'll be cancelling my service. (Yelp wouldn't let me post the last 7 seconds of my video so you can see for yourself.) read more

I put a 1$ and 2 quarters in vending machine on a 2$ air freshener . The machine was not recognizing change and wouldn't give me a return when presenting button. I called employee Chris over and put another quarter in to show it's not recognizing change. He said he doesn't have keys . He then says let me get keys and opened machine . He got the air freshener out and proceeded to ask for another 1$ bill. I told him I don't have a $1 bill. I only owe a quarter. He said the machine isn't recognizing change and I could put a $5 bill. I don't care about the money but terrible customer service. I will cancel my membership. read more

Good prices on a range of automated car wash options, from the Basic wash, to the Platinum premium wash. They also offer a 30 day car wash pass (up to two per day for multiple vehicles), for only $4 more when you buy a Basic car wash (ask for details). As a Lyft driver who maintains an immaculate car inside and out to meet the highest passenger satisfaction standards, and top notch ride experience (including to earn great reviews, referrals and tips!), the 30 day pass is an incredible deal - even if you just want to keep your ride looking it's sharpest at all times, inside and out! I go by my local Cobblestone Car Wash daily to get a car wash, and to make use of their powerful vacuum cleaners to keep my carpet and floor mats spotless. Plus, I use the cleaning towels provided at the Vac "bays" to remove any water drops, and touch up the wheels and tires after the wash. The desert is a dusty environment, but you can keep your rig looking sharp everyday, and affordably - thanks to your local Cobblestone Car Wash! read more

I've been coming here for sometime now. I love it! It is a very busy location btw so I prefer to come during off peak hours (weekdays, mornings). The employees are helpful to explain the specials they are running, answer any questions you have about the different car washes & always have a smile on their faces even mid day! It's hard here in the desert mid summer, these people work hard. There are always moist towels so you can wipe your car down, I love the area where you can basically hook up your mats so you can properly clean them. Something I thought all places have but nope. The car wash: I've had the most expensive one (which lasted a long time and gave my car a great shine) and I've had the cheapest (when my car wasn't all that dirty). Each time, it always does a great job. I take the time to do the inside and like to open both doors as I go back and forth from one side to the next and there is ample room in between your car and your. neighbors on a busy day (huge deal!). I have no complaints. I also subscribe to their text alerts so I can come in for any promotions they have. It's great! I don't need a monthly service because I keep our cars in the garage and don't always drive that much but if I didn't I'd definitely have the monthly service. Totally worth it. This location is clean, always well stocked, and it's just great all around. read more

Vacuums are always not working so I asked an attendant that couldn't help so he asked the GM Mario to assist me. Mario said he'd have to turn off all the vacuums to fix it so I'd have to find another stall that worked, after I waited 15 to 20 minutes already for the stall I was at. I told him that and that I left Raceway to come to cobblestone and he said "You can just go back". Going back to Raceway. read more

Our trucks side panel was ripped off in the car wash. They were in formed immediately when we saw it & answered all their questions to take down a report and be told we would be called about it. Waited days & no call, so he decided to go back down and speak to someone in person. Manager Paul was rude and told him it's a simple fix, that if he bought the parts they car wash workers could come out and help him put the piece back on. What kind of answer is that to tell the customer to buy their own parts and they will help put it on! When did the car wash become an auto mechanic shop too? Obviously this option was not entertained because it makes no sense that the customer who's car was damaged should be buying new parts and letting anyone other than a certified mechanic put them on. He asked for another manager and Paul still with attitude told him that he would have Otto call him. Now we have waited more days with no contact and he has to go down there again to get answers. Otto lies and says he called and left a voicemail which we pull up the phone and show him that's not true. Otto then tells him that they watched the video and although they saw that the damage was done in the car wash and the panel came off there, they have no way of knowing if it was already lose. Are you kidding me! If you saw on the video the car is driving and the panel is on & defying gravity on the side of a car prior to going in, but then gets ripped off during, what kind of BS is that to tell the customer that you don't know if it was already lose, so although we see it came off in our machine, we can't cover fixing the damages because we can prove the status before or car wash. At this point I had enough and went down to talk to them. I got the run around from a worker there who said Otto was to busy to come out and talk. I asked who is above Otto and they said Jason. I gave my number and asked to be called back. Still NO calls. It is now after the holidays & weeks have passed and our truck is still damaged. Horrible customer service, horrible management, and nothing but lies when we tried to seek help. Oh & I also emailed wecare@cobblestone.com I guess we will see if "they care," because so far this has been the worst customer service encounter I have had & based off other Yelp damages reviews I see a trend at this bad location. read more

I've been coming here since it's opened and I finally decided to buy the Unlimited washes a month plan. It was on sale for the first month of $9. Then after it would jump to $17. Which was the regular normal price. Okay cool whatever. But ever since I've gotten the plan. (April of this year). In April. I was charged the $9, then another $4. Then another $6. Obviously adding up to the $17. In addition to being charged those 3 prices. I was then charged an additional $17. Moving forward , I have been getting charged $17 twice a month. I've tried calling over and over. Straight to voicemail. Voicemail Box is full ‍ Tried going to the the car wash itself. Every time I go , no matter the time of day. The employee I ask always tells me, sorry the manager is out right now. But you can call and leave a message and they'll get back to you soon. Last month, finally got the chance to speak with someone who says he's the manager (not going to mention his name) and it got taken care of. But today, I was double charged again. So I try to call corporate now. NO ONE ANSWERS AND THEIR VOICEMAIL BOX IS FULL !! Go figure read more

They had a special for one months worth of car washes and after this month was over you could opt in for a subscription at a special rate. After a bad experience at super star car wash on 19th ave and baseline, I decided to take my truck Here to cobblestone. I only have one suggestion for this location, I think there needs to be larger roller brushes for the tire dressing section. the tire dressing only got 2-3" of my sidewall. but aside of that, this place didn't turn me away for having a little mud on my truck like super star did and because they didn't turn me away I went ahead and got their membership. BEWARE!!! I have their monthly subscription last week on thursday i went to get my truck washed and i could not get in with my fast pass I know my account is up to date because my payment came out on the 07/17 a guy came out his name was Ty and he told me i would have to pay another wash separately from my monthly fast pass. Long story short after going back and fourth he told me i had to reveres because he has money to make. I then requested a mgr and a kid name jr came out which didnt make anything any better there is no mgr onsite this is being ran by teenagers who have no respect or customer service. Jr gave me the store mgrs cell but yet its only VM i called corp but thats no different im trying to cancel my membership yet i need to speak to a person name heather and all i get is VM I tried calling corp to file a complaint and thats no different. I guess the only way out is to cancel my credit card so the transactions stop. I paid for no service in return. Worst service ever, cancelling my monthly subscription that I've had since they opened because they damaged my vehicle and are not taking responsibility. They give every excuse they can.
