Why would I have bothered to drive an hour to get to Panama City Beach, (a 2 hour round trip) and pay money to get it fixed, if it was cracked before I dropped it off? They refused to take responsibility. No wonder they demand payment ahead of time. I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired.
