On our first trip, it was busy and no one really seemed to want to help. Since it was our first time, we walked around for about 2 hours really trying to narrow down our decisions. Some of the displays are confusing as to what the prices and choices are so it was a little difficult. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

He and his son showed up at 9:30, I showed them the toilet what I bought from the hardware store would not work the pipes in the bathroom were 3/8 and he didn't have anything on the truck that would fit, he and his son went to a supply company in Sonora came back and had the pipe fixed ran the line from the floor behind the toilet, they had everything fixed quick and cleaned up. When I went in for my appointment with Dave, sending the blueprints ahead of me, he was able to quickly walk me through the process of selecting my doors. For example, he knew from the blueprint that an exposed front door like mine really had to be fiberglass to hold up to the blazing heat and winter storms. The shaker style interior doors (MDF) were a no-brainer for me, but to choose the front door I had to take catalogues home. There was one stop back to finalize things months later before the order went in, and Dave pointed out that we had changed the front size, which would make the handle disproportionate. Changed it. I wasn't there for the installation process, the contractor coordinated it. It is Thanksgiving day, and I just wanted to thank Dave and his crew.
