Another clean install, done right!…read more I reached out last week with some questions about dash cams. I already had a Thinkware unit I wanted installed, but I was a little hesitant because of the tint on my windshield. Aaron immediately had a solution, he recommended using a Blendmount, which attaches to the rearview mirror and keeps everything tucked up and out of sight. While we were talking, he also suggested checking out the BlackVue front and rear camera setup. I took his advice, and I'm glad I did. Aaron really knows his stuff and walked me through the options without any pressure. When I picked up my car, I was honestly excited. The install was super clean, and I now have peace of mind knowing everything's covered. Big thanks to Aaron for the great service and solid advice.

I ended up having to reschedule due to transportation logistics of the car I had just bought, and they were really easy going with my reschedule, which as a customer, I really appreciate. Finally got it in, and they were communicative, easy, friendly, and did wonderful work. Moving forward any relevant type of work I need done on any of my cars, I will 100% come back to them, and also recommend to my friends. I'm big on customer service and this place was top notch. Happy, and positive energy....on top of the quality work.

We ordered the new Espar AS3D2L heater kit from Van Land feeling they offered an installation video…read moreand help if you have trouble installing. We "thought" it was worth the extra money than ordering directly through Heatso. First of all, just order it directly from Heatso. Kits vary regardless and our kit was drop shipped from Heatso. Second, the installation video is for the S2D2L, not the new unit. Per Jeremy, in an email to us it's essentially the same. It's not. We had to request access to the video link or pay $29 to watch it. Which that same installation video is up on YouTube for free. Third, when we reached out to Van Land about missing items in our kit and a short hot air vent hose, we did receive some responses initially, promising to help get the missing parts. As we continued our install, we realized we had more missing items. Jeremy was traveling so I began to email both the admin and office email he provided in his out of office message. Upon our last request with all the missing items, communication stopped. No response from either email. No support offered with the installation. No reply to my request for a status update by email. Very poor customer service and really disappointed with this experience. They were happy to charge extra for promised additional services but never delivered on it. Summary, we had to spend more money buying additional parts that were missing in our kit and referencing another YouTube installation video (thanks to Seeker Collective, their kit was more like the one we received). So save yourself the extra money and buy direct. Skip this middle man.

My experience in building my Mercedes Benz Sprinter emerged horrifically different from the Van…read moreLand Jeremy presents online. In my experience Jeremy's content push mesmerized and distracted me from his inability to follow through on my van build that cost me tens of thousands of dollars leaving me and the manufacturer of the parts he sold through his online store cleaning up a mess. This is not all, Jeremy failed to return or pay for my new OEM Mercedes Sprinter parts to be "repurposed" as Jeremy put it, to other van builds. Jeremy pointed my OEM parts out to me in his O'Hare Ct warehouse assuring me they would be safe while he consigned them as he attempted but never completely followed through on amending my botched van build. Unfortunately, my OEM parts were never returned, and I was never paid for my parts left in his care. I am now a victim of what appears to me to be my experience: a high-end Mercedes Benz disappearing parts scheme to which it is now my mission to inform every Mercedes Benz Sprinter dealer in the bay area about my experience. I wonder whose van builds my OEM parts happened to land in? Did these unknown victims know they were possibly sold my unreturned parts? I wonder how much they paid for them? If I would have gone directly to the parts manufacturers he used for my build rather than to his online Van Land store and YouTube channel I would have saved his 25% MARK-UP and never had my parts disappear from his warehouse! I consigned my new OEM Mercedes Sprinter parts with Van Land to be "repurposed" as Jeremy put it, to other van builds. Jeremy showed me my parts on his storage rack in his O'Hare Ct warehouse assuring me they would be safe while he consigned them. After two years past I asked Jeremy for my OEM parts and or money and he said he never had them, and suggested I pursue litigation. I contacted the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR), and the state of CA BAR investigated my claim and successfully negotiated an agreement with Jeremy and Van Land where Jeremy agreed with CA BAR to pay me for my OEM parts. Unfortunately, Jeremy has failed to fulfill the agreement he made with the state of California BAR. I find it hard to believe (as it would hopefully be for any consumer) that a small business owner would defy an agreement with CA BAR - "our - the people's" California consumer protection organization! I truly believe the court will swiftly enforce what Jeremy agreed to with the State of California BAR. Jeremy does not care about my property, and he did not fulfill an agreement he made with the State of California's consumer protection division - this is highly concerning! Reading other one star reviews it appears others feel victimized? Could we be well on our way to a class action lawsuit which will hopefully, for all future consumers, end what may be serial victimization?
