I did look into a tinting shop closer to home to try to save a few bucks, but ultimately went with ASD because of their customer service and my past great experiences. It was well worth the drive and cost. I love how sleek my car looks with the ceramic tint (5 rear/20 front), and I can't wait to see how well the ceramic rejects the heat as we go into the hottest part of the summer (my car is black with a black interior). Woke up early and arrived at his shop on time, only to find it closed and locked. Called multiple times, no answer. This owner does not take responsibility or accountability for his business. I do not recommend anyone to work with him. He wanted $300 for a windshield tint, which I agreed to but could not find him anywhere when I got there for my appointment. No notice, message, or phone call. Even waited there for an hour for him. Absolutely terrible service, does not care about his customers, and terrible business. Do not have your windows tinted here. Go on Apple Maps and look somewhere else. I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience.

It's just not the same level anymore. Where things really went totally off was in the touch up paint job I paid extra for. It was the absolute worst touch up paint job I've ever seen. I left a review on Google and the response was ridiculously childish. They first said well we weren't doing a full repaint of the vehicle. Duh? I new that! I simply wanted the chips touched up. Then they totally changed their argument. They said well we threw in a wheel wax for ya! That had nothing to do with what I had paid for! Then their argument changed again, when they said well we gave you a mother's day discount LOL! You gotta be kidding me! None of this had anything to do with the lousy paint chip touch-up that I paid for! All they wanted to do in their excuse parade was deflect to something else. Quinn is basically a good guy, but he's got people there now that are not of the caliber he once had. Their reply to me was they were done with me and I couldn't agree more as I'm done with this shop. The professional adult response should have been to bring it by and well take a look at it to try and make it right. Instead, I received the above childish changing of topics to something else on their part. UPDATE: In response to your below reply Quinn . . . it would have been beneficial for you to check work "BEFORE" it goes out to the customer. My subsequent confirmation with two of your competitors said this mistake was on you! My previous visit to you was primo excellent. This time . . . not so much. Had the work simply been looked over you would have seen it for yourself and said WAIT! Your company contacted me WANTING a review left for what I experienced. So, I left a review per your request! Brought in a small 8 inch powered sub to be installed and was told it was dead right out of the box…read moreso I bought another one and brought that in to be installed, they then told me that the second sub was also dead on arrival. Eventually it became evident that they had not wired the first or replacement sub properly although the install guy was only willing to accept half the blame, putting the rest of the blame on the design of the sub. Eventually they fixed it but not before I had to return a 3RD TIME because they had not mounted the sub into the car properly. When I got home, I noticed that the sub sounded very weak, putting out almost no power at all. Also, my door panel of my driver side door was left hanging off anf will need to be fixed. Im going to have to take this to another car stereo place to have them check the work of the install guys at Cartunes. I do not recommend this place, but the ladies who work at the front desk are very nice and attentive. I was also charged for bass knob install that was never even installed. Pretty much could not have gone worse.
