Well, the manager signed for my package, I was notified and went to pick it up. THe manager says he has no idea and doesn't remember signing and has no idea where it may have went. This is crap service and theft at the least. Now I am stuck waiting another week with a broken phone because some jerk couldn't keep his hands to himself, or herself. These are good auto parts stores I suppose but as for a UPS access sight this place is the worst and not trustful in anyway. Now I have to wait for UPS and Sprint to finish investigations since this was like $1500 in lost items. Not happy and likely won't ever shop for car parts here unfortunately

While all my craziness was going on, I saw the staff being both kind and patient with a frightened, elderly person who said their extended family was out of town. I didn't hear the end of that, but the basic decency of the folks there won me over. I had a dust-up with a deer this summer--first ever in decades of Midwest living--and I guarantee you Jordan Toyota will get my business. My Toyota is a tank, still driving despite Hello, Deer, and the parts LAST.

I called for an update at 4pm and couldn't reach a single person to help me. At 4:45 pm I receive a call. All the services THEY RECOMMENDED couldn't be completed so I would have to schedule another appointment. I arrived to pick up my vehicle at 6:04 pm because I had to arrange a ride to the dealership. Service department was completely closed and my keys had not been left at the dealership reception desk like they were supposed to be. After having my car all day, you'd think the service consultant might've told me the department hours so I wouldn't be left without a way to get my vehicle. This place has zero respect for customer time and convenience. This is my third bad experience at this dealership and I will not be going back.

The guy who runs it is a horrible human being. He does not tell you what you need in order to get your stuff from your car and then acts like you should just know it when you arrive... even on your second trip. In addition, he wants to do the absolute bare minimum and refuses to work a second past 5. The only way this place is still in business is because the police departments call them for a tow. PLEASE, save yourself from having one of the worst days of your life and find some place else.
