Our family nearly sank in Lake Michigan because water flooded the engine compartment as well as noxious fumes caused what we found to be a cracked carbon ring and melted resonator. In addition, our bilge pump was clogged with degree because they didn't not protect our boat while it was with them for more than a year. Bad combo. We could have all died, we lost two summers on our boat from their incompetence and they charged us thousands of dollars for parts and labor we did not agree to. It's been a nightmare to work with Fays Marina. Don't put yourself through it. We are still fighting them and I will not stop until they make it right.

Well, the manager signed for my package, I was notified and went to pick it up. THe manager says he has no idea and doesn't remember signing and has no idea where it may have went. This is crap service and theft at the least. Now I am stuck waiting another week with a broken phone because some jerk couldn't keep his hands to himself, or herself. These are good auto parts stores I suppose but as for a UPS access sight this place is the worst and not trustful in anyway. Now I have to wait for UPS and Sprint to finish investigations since this was like $1500 in lost items. Not happy and likely won't ever shop for car parts here unfortunately

At 24, I am a first time car buyer. I do not have a deep credit history, and was nervous about qualifying for my first "sizable loan". I was working with another big dealership (who I will leave nameless for the review), and they shared that the only option available to someone in my situation was a program with a 25% interest rate. The cars in the program were all extremely rough, and it was depressing all together. I shared that I did not want to buy a car with a 25% interest rate, and the financer attempted to bully me into it. He also said that I would not find a better rate anywhere else. He suggested I go "shop other dealerships" and I will eventually be crawling back to him. I took his advice, and gave Jordan Automotive a call. Mike Gaffney answered that call, and from the second he answered, I knew I was in good hands. When Mike said he would work for me, to find the best deal available, he meant it. Within 24 hours, I received a call from Jordan letting me know that a financial institution would be contacting me shortly (they called within the hour). I was approved for financing to buy a "good" car, at a rate of 6.14%. Something, that just a day or so earlier, I was told was impossible. If that's true, I guess you can say Jordan made the impossible happen. At the end of the day, if you're in the market to buy a vehicle, or even browsing, give Mike a call, and see what Jordan can do for you.

My insurance company could not find me a rental car so I was left ARGH In the wrong state, when the general manager arranged for me to borrow one of their used cars for a week! While all my craziness was going on, I saw the staff being both kind and patient with a frightened, elderly person who said their extended family was out of town. I didn't hear the end of that, but the basic decency of the folks there won me over. I had a dust-up with a deer this summer--first ever in decades of Midwest living--and I guarantee you Jordan Toyota will get my business. My Toyota is a tank, still driving despite Hello, Deer, and the parts LAST.

Appointment was at 7:30 am. I received a call later in the morning requesting my approval for…read morerecommended services. Didn't hear anything else all day. I called for an update at 4pm and couldn't reach a single person to help me. At 4:45 pm I receive a call. All the services THEY RECOMMENDED couldn't be completed so I would have to schedule another appointment. I arrived to pick up my vehicle at 6:04 pm because I had to arrange a ride to the dealership. Service department was completely closed and my keys had not been left at the dealership reception desk like they were supposed to be. After having my car all day, you'd think the service consultant might've told me the department hours so I wouldn't be left without a way to get my vehicle. This place has zero respect for customer time and convenience. This is my third bad experience at this dealership and I will not be going back.

He does not tell you what you need in order to get your stuff from your car and then acts like you should just know it when you arrive... even on your second trip.
