Well, it happened to me, so I read all the rave reviews for Home Choice Plumbing and took a chance on calling. From the first call I knew I had made the right choice. Ryan answered and was professional to a fault about asking and answering my questions and made arrangements to have someone to my home the next day between 12 and 1 pm. True to his word, Brandon arrived and quickly surveyed the situation and offered up at last 3 solutions that would remedy my plumbing problem. Choosing an option, Brandon set to work making the necessary repairs. Brandon is truly professional and did a great job, I am very pleased with him and Home Choice Plumbing. I believe any nightmares of plumbing issues are gone thanks to Home Choice Plumbing. Thanks Ryan and Brandon.

It is safe to say that they treated you well and you receive something like five star service that said you pay a 7 star price. My issue was resolved in 12-15 minutes for $350 that included $20 in parts. By analogy that translates into a $1400 hourly rate. Hey, at least the took 15 minutes beforehand to inspect all my other plumbing and try to sell me a membership perhaps I should say my hourly rate was $700. My lawyer who is a top litigation attorney charges way less per hour! They are the private jet price plumbers!

WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: I DO NOT RECOMMEND Vuksani Service Group DBA Michael Caputo…read morePlumbing . Their lack of quality control and accountability turned a straightforward shower installation into a loss of more than $10,000. They installed my shower valve incorrectly and closed the wall without catching the error, leaving my new shower inoperable and voiding the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer, a 3rd party licensed contractor and plumber all confirmed the incorrect installation and that proper testing should have caught the problem before the wall was tiled. When I requested progress photos and pressure-test documentation, none was provided. Because my matching tile size had been discontinued, reopening the wall required demolishing and rebuilding the shower enclosure. I paid another plumber and tile contractor $10,618.27 to correct their work and restore my shower. Despite repeated calls, texts, and emails, the company provided no repair plan or resolution. After nearly two months, the owner contacted me only after I called the company's insurance broker to file a claim. He argued that I had ordered the wrong valve--even though the manufacturer confirmed that I had not--and still offered no solution. When I said I would file a complaint with the Florida DBPR, he accused me of "defamation" and said he would "make sure this goes to court." A plumbing mistake is bad enough. Refusing to take responsibility and leaving a customer with more than $10,000 in damages is far worse.

It was dripping into the first floor ceiling. The company sent 2 workers to my home, which is great because you don't want one man trying to lift and remove a heavy toilet. These young men were clean and well groomed and they were polite; they even wiped their shoes when they came in my house. Not only did they get the job done quickly (I hate paying for people to stand around and gab or check their Facebook when I'm paying by the hour). Oh and my favorite thing; they had what they needed to get the job done on the truck. No leaving to go to the part store!! After they were done the completely cleaned up. No water was left on the floor and no tile grout (removed to lift the pot) was scattered around. It was like they were never there. Thank you for being professional. Thank you for sending people who I can understand. And thank you for doing the job right the first time!

At noon, they called back and said they had a stop nearby they had to take care of. They will be at my house in 1 to 1.5 hrs. It's now been over 3 hours since they called and a no show. I have called back twice and gotten voice-mail. No call back yet. I'm not even sure they will show up today. Update: Michael called me about a half hour from my last unhappy post. He was on his way. Ends up the water inlet valve corroded and stopped the water flow. He replaced it at what I originally thought was a high price. I thought it would be covered eith the hitcwater heater plan. Nope, warranty Co said I would have needed the inside plumbing plan. Oh well. I checked with my regular plumber and he said the price was reasonable. So about 25 mins after ironing out all the facts, I had hot water again. The old Rheem water heater is still going strong 17 years later. I woukd use them again.

Their prices were fair and reasonable compared to the other plumbing charlatans in my area. Turns out they had worked for the former owner when he flipped the house and told me they replaced all the plumbing. They had to work really hard on a very stubborn clog that ended up being wipes and paper towels backed up almost all the way to the street where my line meets the municipal line.
