Dr. Guenther is literally THE BEST plastic surgeon ever. He performed my breast augmentation, and I highly recommend him. My whole breast augmentation experience was truly exceptional and ran so smoothly thanks to Dr. Guenther. Since the very beginning, it was very easy to schedule an appointment with Dr. Guenther's team. (Thanks Christine, Erica, Patrice for being awesome!). On the first appointment, Dr. Guenther explained everything I needed to know and answered all of my and my fiancée's questions (which were so many)! He took his time in my meeting and I could instantly sense how passionate and perfectionist he is about his job. Unlike other doctors, who perform only one type of incision or use mostly a particular type of implant, he performs different type of incisions and guides you to pick the correct one for you. Similarly, he uses different types of implants and will recommend the best for you. He was my first appointment and he set the bar so high. I still had scheduled appointments with other experienced doctors in the Boston area. Although they were very professional and great choices, none of them were as caring, passionate, and enthusiastic as Dr. Guenther. For example, Dr. Guenther was the only one that scanned my wish pictures and kept them in my file. In addition, the pre-op and post-op appointments and the surgery were easily scheduled because everything is very organized in Dr. Guenther's office. On the day of the surgery, Dr. Guenther was very calm, respectful, and compassionate as he always is. This, in addition to his great team of nurses, anesthesiologists, etc., made me feel very comfortable, relaxed, and confident the day of my surgery. Regarding the aftercare and follow-up, as previously established, I had plenty of post-op appointments scheduled with Dr. Gunther. He always was the same way he was since the first appointment: extremely knowledgeable, professional, respectful, caring, compassionate, took his time, etc. Dr. Guenther is super talented and a perfectionist, and I confirmed this as my results were simply AMAZING and all I ever wanted! I recently had a breast reduction done by Dr. Dax Guenther. I was around a DD cup and decided to go down to a B. Before my surgery, I had horrible posture, which would result in painful upper back problems. It was also very hard for me to work out with such large breasts and my confidence level was extremely low. I felt like everybody was always just glancing at my breasts and not looking at my face. I was almost always uncomfortable (physically and emotionally), so I finally made the decision to go through with a breast reduction. Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have chosen Dr Guenther to do my surgery. The surgery lasted about 5 hours and shortly after, I was able to go right home. I only took pain medication for about three days and on my fourth day I was off them completely. Although my breasts are still very tender, I cannot believe how speedy my recovery has been. It's been 10 days since my surgery and I can already wear a normal bra (rather than the sports bras I've been wearing all week). I also plan on working out in just a couple days. I feel like a complete different person after the surgery and I have Dr. Guenther to thank for that. I never thought I would ever say I love my breasts, but I finally can. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Guenther. He very patiently and thoroughly answered my many questions and never made me feel rushed or limited. He carefully listened to what I wanted and advised me on the best surgical options to achieve my desired results. His follow up care was more than I could have expected from a medical professional. I could not be happier to write a review for Costal Plastic Surgery! Last year after having beautiful twins I was in search of a surgeon to preform a tummy tuck for my diastasis and extra "twin skin" and a breast lift and reduction. I had a consult with one surgeon before meeting Dr.Dax. After my initial appointment with Dr.Dax I knew he was the surgeon for me. Not only did Dr.Dax do an amazing job on my extensive surgery he was very kind and really listened to what I wanted while explaining realistic results. Cellfina: A Cellulite Treatment that ACTUALLY works. I have tried so many different solutions to treat the cellulite on my thighs and butt, nothing has worked from creams, gels, scrubs, massages, Viora RF frequencies treatment, and even losing 30lbs. I still had severe dimples in my thighs. I met with Dr. Guenther to go over my concerns and I can't say enough about how thorough he is, he explained the treatment in detail and does not sell you or push any procedure. Along him being awesome, his staff is amazing. I booked my Cellfina procedure right after summer and wish I did it years ago. Two weeks after the procedure I already saw a huge difference. This is my 2nd experience with Dr. Guenther, I had liposuction a year ago and this year I had a face and neck lift. The administrative services in his office are excellent and are surpassed only by Dr. Guenthers surgical talents. He cares enough to take whatever time is necessary to do the very best job.
