I was admitted on 12/10/22 on a Full Moon weekend…read more The place was very busy, controlled by the RN's. It was very busy so I had to stay in the hallway, and even though it was still a great attentive ordeal. Matt was checking on me and making sure I was doing good. I had been hit by a car while I was in the crosswalk it was a terrorizing thing that happened to me. The next afternoon I was brought up to a ward with many beds, and again I was given the best care by the nurses, Mary and Laura. I felt as though I was the only patient that they each had. Your Nurses are the best ever, at South Shore Hospital. Thank you so much to everyone that I met on 12/10/22 and 12/11/22

First Do No Harm South Shore Hospital in Weymouth…read moreMassachusetts must learn and remember the first and most sacred rule in medicine - First Do No Harm: On a cold morning on December 2, 2024, at 6:00AM in the morning, I brought my one and only sibling to South Shore Hospital for very important and much-awaited surgery. He was using his walker and walked though the revolving door entrance to the main lobby. As he walked through, the door malfunctioned and grabbed his arm, squashing it against the side of the frame and the hydraulically moving door panel. This was witnessed by the SSH personnel at the front desk who immediately summoned security personnel. They were both very helpful and directed us to go straight to the ER for treatment. They BOTH relayed that the door had been a consistent problem and my brother was not the first person to be injured. They both stated they had requested (on several occasions) that the door be repaired - or, at the very least, a warning sign erected. Nothing had been done by the time my brother was injured. Currently, South Shore Hospital is refusing to help my brother or offer any type of consideration. The hospital's insurance company was notified of the incident immediately and the blatant negligence of the hospital was described and memorialized. The cold-hearted, non-caring, disrespectful treatment by the hospital has been stunning. Beware if you go to South Shore Hospital expecting good care or assistance.

Unfortunately, despite my dislike for writing poor, or bad reviews, THIS one is NOT a good one. :(…read more The ONLY reason I will have 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the fact that they were at least polite, and not rude, nor any bad attitudes or tone of voice. However, due to the negligence, this makes it appear fake or phony in retrospect. It doesn't take much effort to do things that ought to be a given, such as sanitation. No apron for the patient. No cleaning of the mouth saliva or blood. No antiseptic wash. This was pretty negligent. My spouse was in the market for a new dentist, since our previous dentist office since the Bush era began to really decay in quality, service, and customer service, often very thoughtlessly. After them botching a common procedure to his dental work for the ump-teenth time, and rescheduling it EVERY TIME, or canceling it LITERALLY last min, ON THE ROAD, after already CONFIRMING... so, without getting into that, that's WHERE we were coming from. That place was no good anymore, so we needed a new one.... You need to find a dentist near-by, and 1 that accepts his insurance. So, this 1 accepted the issuance he had, and was in walking distance from our home. Seems great.... * 1st Red Flag: But, the 1st dentist to work on his tooth, didn't even greet him, nor introduce himself to him. Nothing. Completely cold, as tho' it was a mechanic working on a car or a machine. Then, he had to schedule an ANOTHER appointment just for the procedure, which is a long time away, so he STILL had to have a RAW exposed tooth. * 2nd Red Flag: When he showed up to get his dental work procedure, it WASN'T even the same doctor. ALSO, no introduction, no greeting, nothing. * 3rd Red Flag: The work done to the tooth CAME OFF as soon as he got home, RIGHT BEFORE some holidays, and when he called them, the office was already closed. So, he had to wait JUST to schedule yet ANOTHER appointment AGAIN. LONG time to wait for yet another fix, tooth not getting any better, and can't eat things that can bother it. *4th Red Flag: He goes to finally get that fixed, and the SAME thing happens AGAIN. But this time, the needle used to inject the Novocaine caused him to bleed heavily, and the blood was all over his mouth. This was NEVER cleaned, and all over the tooth having the work done on it. So, the seal and seem of the tooth with the bonding substance/materials had blood INSIDE THE SEEM, and ALSO this time it came off AGAIN. This ALSO happened JUST before the NEXT holidays! So, STILL have to wait JUST TO CALL, and a RAW exposed tooth again... * 5th Red Flag: We recently JUST went back, and THIS TIME my spouse brought me with him. He wondered if maybe his English was bad, or maybe he was using the wrong words, so he wanted me to come to be sure they understood him, and did the right thing. It's also ANOTHER different dentist. So, my spouse starts talking, which seemed very clear to me. So, I asked the dentist if he understood what he meant, and he told me he understood. He also told the dentist that the other guy didn't clean out the blood or rinse his mouth. This guy said it was nothing to worry about, and seemed to think there was some problem with the technique that was previously used, talked about it, and since he seemed to know what he was talking about, I just accepted his statements as true, then was told to wait in the waiting room. oh..... and..... wait, I did.......... and wait...... and wait............. and wait........................ and wait some more................................. Many other patients went in, and came out...... -yet, their I was, alone, and impotent.......................... and......... BORED out of my mind..... I could hear all kinds of strange sounding machinery........ Hours pass, and eventually my spouse told me to walk home because our kid would be home soon.... Well............ By the time my spouse got home, he told me the tales of the ongoings behind the scenes...... and................ it WAS NOT GOOD..... * THIS dentist DID NOT even bother to cover him at all. No paper or plastic apron. NOTHING. No mouth rinse. NOTHING. * THEN, according to my spouse the actual dental surgeon doing the procedure DIDN'T even make the stuff to go onto his tooth.... but a nurse/assistant did........ { :-/ But, this person broke or botched it every time. It was only after the 3rd SNAFU that he told me to go home...... *looooooong beleaguered sigh* * And, since he was numbed from the Novocaine he couldn't feel anything in his mouth, but once he got home, I found globs of dental glue/adhesive all under his lips and between his other teeth!!!! So...... he had to go pull out his own art supply tools and chisel out the hardened dental glue adhesive goop HIMSELF even tho' he PAID for it to be done properly. Look, I'm not about to hurl Molotov cocktails or anything NUTS like that.... but, this is JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE... It's negligent

Dr lazor listened to me in depth and took the time to answer all my questions. He put me on a rinse and medication regimen for 4 weeks till my next apt. After my ct scan he saw that all my sinuses were 100% inflamed. I was definitely worse than the average sinitius patient. We determined surgery was my road to take. People who had this surgery told me nightmares about it and the recovery. Dr lazor told me that when he does these surgeries theirs minimal pain after and you barely need Tylenol after. Boy was he right. I had zero pain the moment I woke up from surgery. During my recovery I had zero black and blue on my face and light pressure on my nose from the splints in. I am fully recovered and can breathe through my nose like I never have before. All my symptoms and complications from my blocked sinuses are gone. My lungs and sinuses are perfect. I'm so thankful for Dr lazor and his team for all the appointments to the quick response from my emails to the surgery and recovery efforts. he is the reason I have my life back. I feel like 1MILLION dollars. He is a true professional at his job and I am so thankful I found him to be my ENT surgeon. He's not one of those in and out doctors. He truly cares about his patients and not just correcting the problem but preventing for future issue. Thank you Dr I owe you big time!!!!!!
