This place left me beyond disappointed. DO NOT COME HERE ESPECIALLY FOR BOTOX!!!!…read more I needed 12 units, but because it was under 13 units, I was charged $23 per unit. Conveniently, the price drops to $17 per unit at 13 units, which feels more like a pricing gimmick than a fair structure, especially when the work had to be corrected. Which I declined and walked out- you already screwed me once. They justify the high pricing by citing their expertise, yet after spending around $700, my fave was still moving within about six weeks. That's not the result you expect at that price point. Pretty sure they were injecting it into their own faces. Punctuality is also an issue. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes, sometimes much longe- up to an hour... For my most recent visit, I confirmed my appointment two days in advance and was told there was no one scheduled before me, yet I still waited 45 minutes past my appointment time. There are plenty of places offering better results, better transparency, and better respect for your time for far less money. I wouldn't return.

Dr. Diedwardo did my surgery in what this practice advertises themselves as being the experts in. I…read morenever expressed it at the time but I was shocked immediately after the procedure when I saw the after result. I was left with too much tissue. And that didn't change as things healed up. In fact, what happened is I realized that one side was cut with a regular scalpel and the other side was cauterized as it was cut. Which is how both sides should have been done in the first place. Because of the technique used when cutting the first side, I ended up dealing with repeated painful swelling of trapped oil glands. And an uneven result. I had to get the procedure done again somewhere else. I paid 8k for my procedure which is top dollar at this place and not something you'd want to have to get again at that price point. At one of my follow ups when I mentioned I still had pain (I was only about 6 weeks post op still) she immediately positioned me as the problem and said something like "oh well that's why you don't....". She didn't finish that sentence because she was fishing for whatever rehearsed patient blaming excuse she was going to use to blame whatever problem I had on me. I'm pretty sure she knew the issue right after she finished the surgery but she never unpromptedly said she'd adjust or fix it. She was just waiting for me to be happy with it. And obviously because I had to get her surgery done again somewhere else for a very real physical problem, I wasn't the problem.

I had a facial scar revision done by Dr. D and he did an incredible job, so much that you'd never…read moreknow I had the facial injury there to begin with. I then had a revision rhinoplasty and that hasn't been as successful so far. I won't go into great detail regarding that, but he's performed the revision twice because he promised to stay with me to get my nose to an acceptable look. The doctor is patient and kind as well as sympathetic to my needs, however, I wonder if this is something that he's either not skilled to perform, afraid to perform or my issue is worse than he originally thought. Will update after my next follow-up appointment. I was referred to him by a top Newbury St, Boston facial plastic surgeon that was honest and said he couldn't perform the surgery but said Dr. D may be able to. He provided me with the names of two surgeons who he thought could fix my problem and I admit, after talking with Dr. D, I never even went to see the other surgeon because Dr. D said he could get me to 95% satisfaction of where I wanted to me and he was close to where I live. Maybe that was my mistake? The office staff are all so kind and nonjudgemental and I wouldn't even go there if the office people treated me poorly. I'm very fond of the doctor, but I'm not sure he has the skill to perform complex revision rhinoplasty.

It got worse. She asked me to come back in to meet w Dr.Samaha. I took off work and drove an hr in traffic and he couldn't be bothered to show up, I guess . I was told he would call me and he never did. How dare any Doctor ignore a patient of their practice like that. Extremely unprofessional I was told I need cheek fillers and that's why I look so bad. my eyelids didn't do this naturally. This is your mistake. You killed the muscle and caused my eyelids to sag . I was never offered a refund. I had to cancel my first vacation in 11 yrs bc it looks so bad. Furthermore, I asked for my medical records, signed the release, emailed and called and they refuse to release them to me. This was may 16th 2023 that i requested them. It is now June 9th and i have not received them. So I can't even get another Doctor to look at this and see what was done. For 5 years they were great ,but this is unacceptable. The girl clearly had the incorrect setting and burnt my legs severely. When I called the next day, the manager, Lori tried to blame it on me that I'm not as tan in October as I was in August and that's why I was burnt and I should have told the staff. Isn't it her job to ask and take note of my skin tone/pigment? I sent photos to Lori and then she called offering me a free service. I told her I wanted all my money back and never wanted to step foot in that spa ever again and I wanted to know what she was doing to train her staff better so this doesn't happen to someone else. She refused to answer and repeatedly said, "I spoke with her." That's not enough for me and future customers. She then told me I needed to send more photos and she would call me back. I sent more photos and never heard from her. I sent a follow up email expressing how upset I was that she clearly was not taking this seriously. She finally responded and said she was taking it seriously and would get back to me by the end of the day. I asked twice for her directors contact info and of course she did not answer. And now the day is over and I still have not heard from her. Maybe she will respond better to my lawyer.
