Honestly, I felt better just knowing what was going on and what to do about it, instead of imagining . . . the worst! Yes, it's a busy office but, so what? We waited over 2 weeks for our apt and the day of the appointment a few hours before, I actually got a call from their office, a live person and they canceled our appointment saying Matt was sick and no-one could see my daughter for her appointment. I was shocked a the last minute cancellation and that no-one could see my daughter when we have been waiting patiently for weeks. So unprofessional and maybe for the best as you can tell they do not care about new patients. The person who called seemed impatient and busy. Awful experience from beginning to end.

They were able to fit us in quickly for the x-rays and we did not have to wait an exorbitant amount of time. We had to return to visit with an orthopedist who was so good with my toddler.
