To put it simply Dr Adam gave me back quality of life ! Two years ago a friend suggested I go see him, I was in horrible shoulder pain, to the point where I wasn't sleeping well, and it honestly it was to the point that it filled my thoughts. I had suffered for 30 yrs with debilitating migraines, and what I thought was a bulging disc issue, for which I spent years getting injections for pain management. Dr Adam took his own xrays which the results showed I have almost a 30 degree turn in my lower spine and virtually no mobility in my neck! I spent decades at some of the best hospitals in Boston and no one ever told me this! Now for the good part ! 3 months later I was virtually migraine free and still am ! I went from 2-3 per week to 1-2 per month !! My should pain gone with only an occasional flare up! And my back pain manageable without the need of medication ! I no longer need to plan my life around my pain !! Dr Adam is a true physician in my opinion because he truly cares for each patient as does his wonderful staff ! If there were a way to give this practice 10 stars I would ! Oh my husband also sees him ! side note - there is no pressure from Dr Adam or his team to make commitments or buy supplements like some places this group truly wants to help guide people to a healthier life it's that simple ! read more

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about North River Family Chiropractic. From the second you walk I'm immediately greeted with my name and instantly feel welcomed and appreciated. Doctor Adam KNOWS his stuff! I first went to him back in September after feeling nervous to see a chiropractor. I was instantly relieved and excited knowing I was in good hands with someone who actually took the time to listen to me but also took the time to explain things so I could understand. I completed a 3 month program and the results were jaw dropping. Like actual side by side X-ray results were able to PROVE that by seeing doctor Adam and doing minimal work myself, will and have made all of the difference. I continue to see Doctor Adam weekly because I've realized that I ALWAYS feel my best with at least one weekly adjustment. I would recommend Doctor Adam and his team to anyone! So many of my issues have been clarified or resolved and I'm so thankful that I found this office! read more

I threw out my back for the first time in my life lifting some laundry (hello 40!) and needed an immediate fix to be able to stand straight. Dr Adam came recommended by someone at my gym - apparently he'd been the only relief when she'd done the same thing. And she was right! He took an x-ray on my first visit and laid out a short-term plan to provide immediate relief but then also a longer-term plan to treat the underlying issue. I've been seeing him for a few months now with no relapse and I feel better overall. His front office staff are also incredibly accommodating and professional. They're response to COVID has also been exceptional and reassuring. Balancing the number of folks in the office to no more than 1-2 at a time and Dr Adam wipes everything down every single time! If you're a former athlete like me - or someone who just needs some help feeling better these days - see Dr Adam! read more

I have always suffered from back pain. However a car accident two years ago left me with unbearable neck and back pain making it impossible for me to function in every day life. Then I was referred to Dr. Adam. He took the time to understand and listen to me. He developed a treatment plan based on my needs and gave me personal videos of stretches and exercises that would help complement what he was doing in the office. I am very pleased to report that after a few months seeing him, I am feeling the best I have felt in years! Where I was having trouble walking short distances before, I am now exercising with weights and doing kickboxin I owe it all to Dr. Adam and his friendly, knowledgeable staff who always make me feel welcome! The office does not feel like a medical office. It is very inviting and I love the music they play. I'monly sorry that I did not find them sooner! read more

I cannot say enough about Dr. Adam & Jessica, I have suffered with back, neck and shoulder pain for 30 years! Dr Adam was able to identify and is now helping me navigate a spinal condition that should have been noticed at minimum by the multitude of doctors I have been to over the years! Jess is fabulous the two of them are truly invested in everyone who they see, Jess is always so welcoming and helpful making scheduling easy and stress free. It is beyond refreshing and reaffirming to find a team who truly, is focused on wellness by addressing the condition not just the symptoms. I love the holistic approach of wellness, they share their knowledge as well as are open to what others may have to share, a rare thing in my opinion. I highly recommend this dedicated team. Dr. Adam and his team are amazing, caring and as knowledge as can be. You feel special every time you walk in their office. The way that Dr. Adam goes about explaining (in detail) everything that he's planning on doing and checking in to make sure it makes sense to proceed, is what all doctors should be mocking. They are the gold standard for chiropractic care and I would recommend NRFC to anyone in need. I'm feeling much better already, and I'm only a month into our 3 month plan. I'm able to play with my kids again. (Without pain) I'm able to work longer hours and accomplish more in my day. I have much better movement in my whole body, not just spine. I'm excited to see how much better I'm able to feel as we go through the rest of Dr. Adam's plan. Thank you for everything, Doc! read more

For years I had chronic next pain after a car accident. I saw doctors and chiropractors and went to the pain clinic but found no relief. Exceptional practitioners and very thorough however after Dr. Adam went over my x-rays, he then said they offer a program that is very intense with two visits a week for a certain amount of weeks and I had to pay upfront around $890 or 3 separate payments $290, Rather than paying my co-pay at every visit. This was a major turn off to me. If you are fine paying your years worth of copays at once then this wouldn't be an issue for you. When I canceled the appointment though the secretary was very easy to work with and reimbursed me right away. read more

Clean, peaceful environment with smooth tunes playing during your adjustment. Dr. Adam very through with assessments and plan of care that is detail so you can understand visually. Great philosophy of healing your body along with good nutrition, supplements, exercise and rest. Suffered with low back pain, shoulder pain, and carpal tunnel pain for 2 years after my car accident. After my 1st adjustment pain has significantly decrease where to I only notice the pain after a hard workout or strain during work (nurse). read more

This review is LONG over due. I've been to chiropractors before and at first you feel like it's helping but then it fades away. Dr Adams is the first chiropractor that actually listens to your concerns and will explain to you everything that he is doing. The initial consultations are so in-depth and he explains everything on a level so you understand it. It's about overall health and well being which really resonated with me personally. I would highly recommend. read more
