When I first became a patient of Dr. Brown's, I was suffering from a slipped disc. Dr. Brown, in addition to accurately identifying my slipped disc, provided much needed personal support during my intial injury and subsequent recovery. Please log on to his website (which is very easy to use as well!) and make an appointment, my back has been in excellent shape while receiving his treatment.

With a history of multiple concussions, my x-rays not unsurprisingly showed my head was sitting twisted on my spine and my neck bones were compressed together, all of which have been compressing my brain stem and blocking my spinal fluid from flowing freely. For anyone this could cause systemic issues, but for someone suffering from Lyme disease which infects brain tissue and the nervous system, it is especially important that the body be structurally sound so that information can travel along the nervous system in a correct manner and detoxification of the infected brain be possible when killing off an infection that resides there. I was hesitant at first to add another expensive treatment to my plan, but already my posture and walking is more even- I'm no longer dragging one side of my body. I've been extremely impressed by John's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to his work. Even if you don't have a chronic or infectious disease, if you have ever had head trauma you may want to look up an Upper Cervical Specific Chiropractor for help with issues ranging from mental health to problems with digestion, energy, circulation etc. even incurable diseases like MS, Parkinson's, and especially nebulous diseases like Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue syndrome have shown improvement through this methodology. This is difficult, so I would encourage you to do your research. That being said, I have been extremely impressed with his level of dedication to his patients and work to continually improve his knowledge.

In another review someone gave him the nickname "MAGIC HANDS" honestly that is the perfect way to describe it. He is very insightful and I always leave there smiling, laughing, or learning something new. I have been to many different chiropractors and NONE has compared to him. He actually cares for his patients and we are not just another dollar sign to him. The very first visit I felt A LOT better. I could actually turn my neck without turning my body. That's when I became hooked! When you enter the office you are greeted by Judy his wife she is amazing. Judy is friendly and down to earth while always giving great customers service even when you can tell it's been a crazy day. We chat about everything while I wait for Dr. Rogers to finish with the patient before me. She rocks! I sometimes go during my break and I make it back to work on time. So his schedule runs on time give or take 5-8 mins (which that rarely happens). As for that negative review that one only negative review. In the beginning I think it's necessary for him to see you often. He is still learning your body. I sometimes want to see him every week and he tells me no. So really I don't know what that person is talking about. Absolute lie! Go see him you will thank the 5 star reviews later. Trust me I did! Ever think the people with one review don't really care to write reviews. But he was so great that they just had to tell someone. It's all about perspective people. I say make an appointment you won't regret it.

What a disgrace when an owner doesn't even contact the patient when one of his employees (the…read moreoffice manager) had verbally attacked, broke hipa rights and threatened the patient. Nice customer service but she did act ablaze like someone from the hood. She just couldn't stop and control herself. It appears he is more concerned with the trash he employs than being appropriate to his customers. I guess he has to soothe the savage beast because he can't hire any competent employees, employees who keep miscommunicating and giving the wrong or no information which caused many complications in the life of the patient. Not only did they not take responsibility of their errors the office manager defended the desk personals errors saying she did everything right. I couldn't have my pt that I waited a month for because they didn't have a referral for me because nobody told me I needed one. And that is only one of her wild goose chases. All I wanted was for them to know they needed to educate their front staff better as not to inconvenience other patients like me. This office manage went crazy yelling, waving her hands, talking over me in a very sarcastic tone saying that she didn't feel safe with me in the building. She wanted me to leave and not talk to the doc on duty. She said if I didn't leave she was going to call the police. Then finally after she ranted at the doc her side he came out but she wouldn't let me talk to him privately. She stood in the doorway and wouldn't allow me to close the door. She interrupted me and the doc repeatedly with threats and her opinions of things that had nothing to do with the event of the day. I left being told by the fill-in doc that he would have the owner call me but NEVER DID. With attitudes and disrespect to their patients no wonder why they had to buy patients off by giving DD cards for good yelps.....hence the many good yelps

Receiving care really helped Brooklyn with her digestion as an infant. As she gets older and is almost a year now, the visual impact to her demeanor is immediate. It's really amazing! Dr. Brendan's adjustments are amazing too, he is also an incredibly nice doc.
