This is not a plush "spa" experience, but it is clean and comfortable. The rooms are not insulated, so there may be some background noise, but unlike some places, they are actual rooms with doors and not curtains. The massage itself is Tui Na style accupressure. If you like deep-tissue, this is for you. But if you prefer a lighter, Swedish style massage, they can do that as well. Just tell them what you like for pressure. All of the therapists I've had could speak enough English to communicate about the massage.
