HORRIBLE GAS....don't do it!! I filled up my car with 89 octane and it's driven like shit ever…read moresince. Immediately the check engine light came on, the car dies out, it sputters and runs very rough. The car has 35,000 miles and is a well maintained vehicle, never had any problems with my car before I filled up here. I called and spoke with the owner Jim (who of course, doesn't admit he is serving lean or watered down gas) acted like it wasn't his problem. I will NEVER go to this gas station again, and I will make sure to spread the word to everyone I know to not get their gas from this station either. Now, I have to take my car into the dealership to make sure his shitty gas didn't ruin my engine. Save yourself the hassle and get gas elsewhere! With that said, we drove nearly 30 minutes to come here because it seems we don't have anyone near the house that can clean cars correctly. Now, here's the thing. I can clean my own car but when my fibromyalgia is bad or I actually want to reach the bottom of my windshield to clean it and the dash, I have a lot of trouble with it. I have big boobs so it's hard to reach for me to begin with but then add my nerve, muscle & joint pain, and we have an incapable person doing this job. In the summer and winter, I need to go somewhere to have the car cleaned properly. I'm sure others were more pleased than I was but I wasn't impressed. For $38, I should have just waited for my hubby to do this chore for me, but I'm impatient when I get something in my head that I feel needs to be done so off I went to get it done by the pros. We had a little mishap this weekend and it needed some spot cleaning on the floor on the passenger side floor. A job, I couldn't do myself. We got up extra early on both of our Monday's off to go get this car cleaned up and planned to have it fully detailed and I was prepared to leave the vehicle there for the day if I needed. When I went to meet my hubby there, I drove right past it because I didn't see ANY signage identifying the building facing East so I missed it completely. Ended up having to pull a u-ey down the road a bit. Thank you other drivers for being patient with me. Once I arrived, we cleaned everything out of car so they can come in gangbusters and knock out a cleaning without going around my personal belongings. I even emptied the glove compartment. The young man that was at the desk was very nice and when we sat down to look over the menu and decide what I needed done, he suggested I do the $28 package which will take care of all surfaces inside and out along with a small area spot cleaning for an extra $10 which he insisted would take care of our needs. I asked how long this process would take to complete and he said "about 25 to 30 minutes" to which I replied we would run a few errands and come back. We stopped a few places in town to kill some time and ended up back there in 26 minutes. We ended up waiting nearly an hour to get my car back. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume there was an unexpected back up, so I didn't ding them for this except to say I wasn't pleased with being misquoted a time frame. I tend to under promise and over deliver and expect the same from businesses I hear such wonderful things about. Luckily with our extra time on our hands, we got some stuff done we could accomplish from our other car and on our phones. So it wasn't a complete waste of time. After getting my car back, I got in and drove away without looking over my car but when I arrived at my next appointment, I gave it a once over. The exterior looked pretty good. I was pleased with it. Tires, rims and trim looked pretty good. Not all the dirt was removed but it was decent. Inside my car, we still have plenty of dust on the dashboard, on my steering column, on the doors and on the center console. It's definitely better than when I dropped it off earlier but it was not cleaned-CLEANED. Just wiped down. I'll need to go over it myself at home the best I can. One of my biggest pet peeves and not necessarily inside their package or responsibility, was the glass on my sunroof was not touched inside the vehicle. It is still dirty for sure. I wouldn't say we will not return but I'm not going right back anytime real soon. I will go back knowing what to expect next time around. I miss Fullers in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.....

I went in for an oil change and the oil filter cap had been stripped by the dealer, Bosak Chrysler…read morein Merrillville, and Bosak wanted to charge me over $1000 to fix what they had done. I went to Drive & Shine in Crown Point and the employees in the oil change shop worked on that cap over 2 hours and they were able to get it off and replace it with a new cap I had with me. Gabe, Brad and Aryanna worked tirelessly in the extreme heat but never lost focus that they could do it. They worked so good as a team while still checking on me and bringing me water. I would recommend getting oil changes there for anyone who wants superior quality and professionalism with a smile. They are awesome!!

That is my problem as well. I bought a platinum package as soon as they open their Coldwater location. No problems at first because it was still cold outside. The company claims the indoor vacuums would be a comfortable climate well I disagree. Went into the location on some of the 90 degrees days and I was a little confused on why the doors were open, and found out they only have heat in the winter months no Air. I believed that I was paying for that? Help me there? Second, I was also told that at the price I paid I'd be grandfathered in, then came my last and it had increased. I have been coming here for years as I my family lives in Munster. I walk in, as the attendant who is counting money and didn't seem to want to be bothered with my request. I said I'd like $20 of gas. Rudely points to a little sign on the side of the register asking you to know what pump you're at. I said I didn't know. So I looked out the door, I said I am across from pump 9 so that must be pump 10 he said... I go out there to pump and no gas! Run back inside and the airhead working there says Ok go back out there. Again, NO gas! I go in a third time and he says somebody stole my gas. Who steals $20 of gas in Munster, Indiana on a Sunday morning? Somebody just pumped $21.30 worth of gas. How does that amount match the $20 I gave him? In walks a female customer who has absolutely nothing to do with the incident points to the sign that says know your pump number. I have a few choice words for her too! Like mind your own business! I told him I was across from pump 9. He works there, not me! I'm responsible for this attendant's mistakes. I threaten to call police, he rudely says I call them for you! I wait and tables are turned to make the customer look like the thief and troublemaker. This gas station has changed hands and is run like a sh*t hole. No responsibility on their part. Police arrive and I have an incident report and the owners number. I guess you're not allowed to get irate if you fork over 20 bucks to a business and do not get your gas!~ NO RESPONSIBILITY ON THEIR PART! It's not about the 20 bucks it's about the principle. Poor way to run a business and ALL of us should be aware and it would be wise NOT to patronize this establishment if they do not know how to treat customers! DO NOT PAY WITH CASH HERE! ... I took two vehicles here recently for oil changes. They used to have an oil change bay next to the…read morewaiting area and you could watch the techs service your vehicle through a window. They now use the old car wash bay, which is a stand alone building and is across the lot. When it's cold outside, they close the doors and you can't see your vehicle. I'm not a fan of that. Also, they don't use floor mat protectors. So I ended up with a big, greasy boot print on my light colored mat. I should have complained. But I was in a hurry. On the positive side, the employees were all pleasant and cordial. But I'm not sure I'll go back, mainly due to the fully enclosed oil change bay.
