I love when I call someplace to make an appointment when people are cheerful and stay on top of their appointment the way these people do. They kept in touch with me prior to the date that he was coming to do the electric as everybody knows on the coast. It's hard to get an electrician. And it takes a while. I always offer to wait until they have another job in my area to come down from the north to my town of Wheeler. I put in the order and was promptly called back, with an appointment. She didn't know exactly what time, but stayed in touch with me. I just love people that actually give you service. I felt the price was reasonable, and he was done promptly. He announced himself upon arrival and went straight to work. And of course an excellent job. I highly recommend them because I've never had a problem. I live in 131 year old building and it has its challenges. Again I commend this business for excellent quality and for an excellent staff when you call.

The owner, Gary, called me back within a couple hours of leaving a message, they showed up on time. Don the electrician was a conscientious hard worker. He did everything by the book, no shortcuts. He came in each day, went right to work, worked steady and actually came in under hours and $800 under bid!! They provided great customer service in all areas and I I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them for future projects. The grandson of the…read moreman who founded it (didn't catch his name darnit) was picking up our trash today and helped me out when I was out picking up our trash which had been pillaged by raccoons and flying out all over the neighborhood and floating in the water of the drainage culvert in front of the driveway. Needless to say it was a nightmare and this was my introduction to Oregon and their trash removal system here. He helped me by explaining how raccoons manage to tip over the trash cans and drag the bags into the culverts to forage through them. Then he gave me a bungee cord and showed me how to bungee the lid into place so it never happens again. I'm still picking up trash as I see it but now feel confident this won't happen again!

Exceptional friendly service beyond any thing I could ever imagine from this family owned business…read more Laura and Sarah are each helpful over the phone and in person. I had difficulty picking a Yelp category for this business as they are a tool and equipment rental but also do camping, clamming, party and baby supplies. "You can't take a gun on the airplane" I just hate it when people tell me what I can't do. "but it's not a gun, it's a CLAM gun" a clam tube, a clam rifle, or sucker. A clam gun is about two and a half feet long and will not fit in a carry on suit case, nor will it fit in the overhead compartment nor under a seat. Besides I didn't own a clam gun and the cost to purchase one on ebay or Amazon.com is around $50 and I needed two. The cost to check a bag on the flight is $25. So it was beginning to look like a very expensive Zen clamming trip. Ever since I saw the Youtube video, Monster clams https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBxERHMUwrA I've wanted to try clamming on Klipsan Beach in Washington. I had booked the flight, booked the condo, and even signed up for the clam digging "lesson". But every one I talked to in Long Beach, Washington told me there was NO ONE who rented clam guns so even if I purchased two up there I would have to leave them behind. After much searching, I did find a web site for All Rents (they say they are updating the website). http://allrentsinc.webs.com/ Laura was very helpful on the phone and said yes, they did rent clam guns. I reserved two guns for the weekend we needed and slept much better knowing I had all my ducks in a row for a great weekend. When we went to pick up the diggers we were reminded that we needed to purchase shellfish licenses, which we did in Washington. The cost...for the two diggers $14. The memories...Priceless.
