Bought over $800 of pressure treated pine that was delivered for a weekend project at a local charity in Camden County. Paid for the delivery. The family drove from 5 hours away to do the work. The Yella Wood had clearly been on another job site since many of the boards had pencil marks, cuts, and even math. Not a real problem, except that many of the boards weren't the right length, and in one case, a 2x10-8 was actually a 2x9.25-7. When I called Coastal, their only solution was for me to bring it back to them. I obviously had it delivered for a reason. They couldn't care. I questioned this business model. The guy still couldn't care. Maybe when the lumber market cycles back down, Coastal will care about customer service, but I'll never know. read more
