Lucky I did because they had it in the warehouse and could order it to be ready three days from my phone call (which was over a weekend). Flo helped me and she was so nice! David didn't just give me a "maybe"--he grabbed a tape measure, checked the chairs, measured my car, and did the math to make sure we weren't wasting our time. His level of service went way beyond the standard. He helped me find bungee cords and extra tables, tracked down another associate with keys to the outdoor display, and even walked us through the checkout process. To top it all off, he personally helped me load and secure everything into the vehicle. David is easily the friendliest and most professional associate I've encountered. He is a massive asset to this location, and the management should recognize that with a raise, a paid day off, or at the very least, a steak dinner.
