Stopped in during my recent trip to St Simons Island, GA. I absolutely loved seeing the huge selection of flowering plants, trees, landscaping items, and lots of great gift items. The prices of the plants were so great! I wish I could have brought lots back to MN! Every staff member we chatted with and asked for help was so nice and so helpful. This is more of an event that a store. There are water features throughout, tons of helpful employees and their plants are quality. They are currently have a veggie plant sale and most are half off, and also mostly gone. It was a busy day here. There are some areas where plants have been taken out by wind, but the employees were quickly working while answering tons of questions. Inside are all the items you need for gardening. Remember, this is a "garden center" so the focus is not on tools, etc. outside they have every plant you needs for personal gardening. Overall it's a beautifully maintained garden center. Always bustling and the prices aren't horrible even while being on St Simons where most prices are much higher. read more

This is one of the most remarkable nurseries I've ever been to - and it has absolutely everything you need for indoor and outdoor gardening projects. Gorgeous plants in varying sizes at great prices, extremely helpful staff, usually a great selection of outdoor pots (with drainage holes) and always a wonderful selection of indoor pots (without drainage holes). I live on Oak Grove Island and take my pup to the beach on SSI often; never leave the island without stopping at the garden center. My partner surprised me with a trip to the area to get engaged. After a few days of beach bliss, we spent an hour at this INCREDIBLE ace. The plant selection is truly out of this world. Another reviewer said this place is an experience and it is. With the water flowing and beautiful plants, it was a perfect place for some cute photos.
