Initially they said they didn't have sunflowers, but before I could end the call, they said, "Oh! We found some!" Then there was a bit of weirdness during my initial phone call Me: Ok. So do I need to tell you the approximate size or my budget? Because I don't know . . . FB: Hold on! I was going to ask you about that - if you'll give me a minute. (sounding exasperated) Long pause - then after about 90 seconds of silence . . . Me: Are you still there? FB: Yes. I was waiting on you to tell me your budget. Me: (Sigh) I don't really have a budget - I've never really purchased flowers other than roses and plants. Can I tell you the approximate size I'm wanting and you tell me the cost? FB: Yes. Me: I'm thinking 10 - 12 inches - about the size of basketball . . . FB: I don't know what size a basketball is. Me: What? You've never seen a basketball?! FB: Well - yes I've seen one but I don't know how many inches it is. Me: Well neither do I ma'am. I only referenced a basketball so that YOU have a visual of the approximate size I'd like it to be. Because of all this unproductive back and forth - I actually made it to their parking lot while still on the phone with them. Then when I entered the store: 1) Instead of half a dozen - they only had 3 sunflowers and the had the ones with yellow centers, not brown centers 2) I wanted yellow with white accents and they keep trying to force these burgundy and orange accent flowers on me and when I explained that these colors made it look more like a Autumn table center piece - than a birthday / get well basket, the floral designer caught an attitude with me. Actually tried to convince me that table center pieces are rectangular or oblong - never round. She really needs to stay in the back because she's very pushy, pompous and unfriendly. The flowers were lovely and looked beautiful for a long time. And the woman who actually waited on me was kind and had lots of encouraging things to say and gave me some great advice regarding my Mother and her care. 4 stars for flowers, 5 stars for interaction at checkout, 2 stars for the crazy phone call and 0 stars for pushy angry floral designer averages out to 3 stars which equals A-Ok on Yelp.

She handled all of the hotel arrangements, wedding, and photography. She even came out the evening before, on our time schedule and went over the details and drove us out to the location for approval. She made everything so easy and stress free. Not only did she fail to provide the full service when we were hit with an additional $500 or we do not get our wedding pictures. Terri is a fraud and cannot remember anything. Even sending her emails with pictures did not reach her level of intelligence. When you pay this amount for something you expect details to be correct not for someone to fail as bad as Terri did. To name a few issues that came out from her lack of performance: The flowers were not even close we sent a picture of tropical flowers we got all roses, Booked a trolley for the wedding with two trips to pick up the almost 50 guest but got one trip and the historical ride after the wedding the guest were to get was a fast drive through with no information at all, setup makeup and hair but the person only was told about hair, provided most of the table decorations with not discount, the cake was delivered to us after the wedding but with no box to bring it home with, the cupcakes that were left after the wedding were to be brought to us but were not, the wedding planner "Terri Karvunis" did not even show up on the wedding day till the time to go down. So nothing was preformed correctly. If I was you the person reading this I would insure that you never us this person. You will regret it.

I love this place…read more I can't believe they don't have more Yelp reviews. Like many of the Google reviewers have said - this is NOT a super structured, corporate type nursery. That can make it feel daunting - but I feel very strongly that if you stop in - you'll be pleasantly surprised. In some areas - the plants and foliage are so dense that you can't see the sky above you. I felt like I was in lush, tropical jungle as I explored. Lol. And they must have some weird magical spell cast over the place because the times that I visited, I wasn't attacked by mosquitos or gnats - and insects like that typically attack and swarm me the second I step outdoors. The staff is always helpful without being pushy or obnoxious (or condescending about your lack of plant knowledge - lol). They've been in business since I was a little girl - so that, in and of itself, is an earmark of how awesome they are. It's great to have DECADES of knowledge at your disposal. Another plus - they actually answer their phones! The last time I called - I was looking for some red tips. Apparently no one in Georgia has them anymore - but the nurseries I visited in Marietta (where I currently live) had never even heard of them. Love. Love. Love. Highly recommend.
