Great team and staff at this establishment. Every time I come in they always welcome me with a smile and make sure to ask how my day has been. Customer service is hands down the best in the area. Always a good vibe and staff members are well versed in their knowledge of each product they sell. Even if you don't exactly know what you want, they'll be able to help you! Big variety, good brands, local brands; Doesn't get much better. And a special shout out to Eric! Such a great bud tender and super chill dude. Will continue to come back for many years. read more

The sign says Stizzy now so I went in to get a few things and there was 5 people working. There was one customer in there besides me. I waited for like 10 minutes while they talked to each other. There was a supervisor there too, a woman who was the cause of all the talking. I just walked out, they didn't mind. It felt like it was still Coastal. They have always been rude there and I thought because it was Stizzy it would be better, but NO it is not. Same employees I think it's their culture in there. read more

Service here has always been very friendly towards me. From the security outside and inside to the budtenders. Other clients were nice as well. Usually there is only one person behind the counter. When I was waiting a couple minutes the budtender asked his client if he could help me out real quick first since they had a lot going on, a full blown conversation. They've also been nice about helping me break bills to buy lottery tickets. The inside is very well lit and clean. Decent selection of products. A personal favorite is the Maui mango high tea in the drinks section. The board is accurate of what they have in stock. But the counter people are generally very knowledgeable about their stock and even new products that aren't in the inventory system yet. They've suggested products I may like within my budget and don't try to push an upsell. Price wise I think this place is average. Gummies are around $20. The high tea is around $9 for a 100 mg THC can. Super easy plentiful parking since it's in the Glen Cove Safeway shopping center. It's a well lit area. Doesn't feel like a sketchy area. Note: You cannot make a phone call inside the store. I overheard the budtender politely telling a client this. He told me it's the store policy and he didn't know why. You can text. I asked after I heard that. It sounds like this is specifically phone calls. Cash or debit card only. No credit card payments accepted. The service is friendly and they got what I am looking for usually. So I'll keep coming here. read more

They now have more edibles than they did with my previous review. They still do not carry the ones that I prefer but they have some..

My name is Chivo and I visit this dispensary many times and the energy and the employees are amazing I love the great customer service Everyone is very useful and respectful today I received great customer service. Like always. I noticed that there's a new girl working.today I believe her name is Azalea. She was a little nervous, however, she was very knowledgeable respectful and very useful when I receive great customer service I don't let it go unknown thank you azalea for putting a smile on my face read more

I would lean more toward a 3.5. The staff was very friendly, starting with the security at the door to everyone inside. The selection is not as vast as some dispensaries. The prices seemed a bit higher than others as well. I really appreciate when dispensaries include tax in the displayed price, but they do not. This place is not bad, just middle of the road. I would suggest signing up for their emails to get in on the sales. I was able to take advantage of 25% off on my favorite gummies. I would probably only visit to take advantage of their sales. read more

Security guard was so rude I left without even looking at what they had. She wouldn't lift a finger to scan my ID and tried to make me feel like an idiot because I didn't know how to do it myself right away. read more

They are a very nice store with a great variety, knowledgeable staff and security posted outside. Definitely worth a visit.

Always an amazing experience when coming to this specific coastal. The security is friendly and always has a smile. First time customer and I couldn't have asked for better service! They were kind and walked me around the store. Huge selection of different products which was great for me. Also came in during a promotion/discount day so I got 50% off my order which is always a great perk! They seem to have promotions/ discounts everyday of the week and 25% if you come in before noon. Couldn't ask for a better value! 10/10 great service, selection and value Thank you Sierra and Arlene! read more

The perks for new members is transcendental! Very clean store and friendly staff. Don't buy things if you're not a member, sign up! Got that one cent pre roll and could not be happier with the savings! Snag something for later and hit the Korean bbq spot next door! read more

Who closes at 9pm on a Friday??? Like come on man. On a Friday?? Overall great weed but come on

Service, selection and value are very competitive. The location in a small shopping center with a Safeway is an added bonus.

Came here with some friends on a random weekday. The store is very clean and well-lit, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This dispensary is well located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. The prices here are kind of expensive though compared to other dispensaries in the area. They do sales through email but even then it's pricy. read more

Coastal Dispensary has an very good selection of flower and products. But please don't ask the Manager Jay for help. I told him I wanted to talk with him and he said I be with right with you after I finish with this coustomer. I walk up to the counter after he'd had finished and he looked at me and said "I will be right back" and went into the back room. I waited another 15 minutes. Another kid help me make a purchase. I asked him where is Jay is? He said well he's in a meeting. I told the meeting must be more important that your customers! Fact is I spend hundreds of dollars here at this dispensary and find it odd the manager refuses to talk with a customer. I am not giving any recommendations for coastal! In fact, I hope all you shop around. read more

Was sold the wrong product, and was told I cannot exchange it. Their employees need to be more knowledgeable on what they are selling their customers very bad customer service and management. Couldn't even help out a customer on a mistake that their own employee made. read more

I am shocked that this dispensary has any positive reviews. I went there last night and I logged onto yelp this afternoon only to leave a review that was objective, honest, and would be helpful to others in the area. I bought one small drink with 5mg of CBD and 5 mg of THC, and one package of 5 gummies for $35. Just so everyone knows, that is crazy. Beyond crazy. Please go to the one in Benicia, or try Velvet in Martinez. Then go back to this place and tell me what you think. This place has absolutely no selection, is beyond overpriced, and the staff are just rude. Whoever the two employees who worked last night were shouldn't be in customer service AT ALL. The only possible way they are still open is because they are next to safeway. Perfect spot. That's it. Oh also, they wont give you any choices on flavor, brand, why they like that brand, what the prices are. Worst experience Ive had to date. Thank you. read more

I have been a client for years. I come multiple times a week. Today, I have forgotten my ID and they don't let me in.

Eric and Katie hooked me up with a great deal and both knew what they were talking about, and on top of that they were very kind

An employee talked me out of buying all the Wyld gummies (12 packs @ $18/each) I was going to buy on 9/5 and specifically told me to come back on 9/16 for a big sale and presentation w/ giveaways from the Wyld rep. Well I came back today (not convenient to my work schedule) and not only is there no sale, no presentation, no giveaways, but the Wylds I was going to buy are now $23/each. And on top of that the staff I dealt with today were clueless, and the security guard was rude and drunk with the power given to her. I will not be returning to Coastal unless I am contacted by a manager and apologized to. read more

Had a great experience here today. Walked in on a whim and walked out with a lot of excellent product I usually can't get, at good prices on par with other places. Check-in was simple even as a new custie and Jay behind the counter there helped me fill my bag with my faves and then got me going on a few new things when I asked for suggestions. I'm excited to try the new stuff but happy my usual stuff is also there because now I don't have to pay a toll for my preferred products. Store is very clean and chill, products are high quality with good variety, vibe is great, and customer service was awesome. Debit or cash with tipping options. I appreciated the chance to find a great place so close to me and will definitely be returning. read more

Rude security guard and service is not helpful. They say its free to shop around but no prices on anything and when you ask for help, they are not helpful read more

I went here this Monday and they had an Awesome friendly staff just as you enter. No line. Great deals. Will definitely come back if I'm back in the area. I hope I don't misspell the bud tenders name who helped me (probably will), I believe it's Sutton. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with my needs. She also made my day with her smile and smiley as well. Definitely recommending this place! read more

Cool place was able to use my loyalty points to purchase! I love coming here, everyone is always so friendly.

Poor customer service. I stood at the counter for 5 or so minutes with 2 people directly behind the counter doing other tasks. No acknowledgement. I also needed some product information, and the seller seemed puzzled that I was even asking questions. read more

I gave previous good review for this location for the excellent customer service! However, their store has the poorest, rudest, security security! They sleep out in the chair and a situation will happen and they will close with no note on the door. You show up there and can't get in! You call and voicemail messages are full 10 minutes after they open I can't call them because messages are full and they do not answer a security guard in his 60s with glasses says to me have to ask them when they open obviously is here for work. I asked him again if he knows if they're opening a little bit later, possibly around noon because it's New Year's New Year's? He says I have to ask the manager he don't know rude he can't tell me that they're here for work so they should open in a few. If it wasn't for a nice friendly young man next to him that was probably his nephew that didn't even want to take him to work and probably got him the job I would've said some really inappropriate things and try to get this senior citizen to jump.! no wonder they have so many problems. I won't be going there again and save a lot more money going to other places with tax included. Yeah, burned out all mad then I called another store and complaint was told I would get a call back. They never called me back about him! I changed my number I ain't never editing this review. yeah real tough guy security guard. Maybe you should walk around with a toothpick in his mouth to go with his beanie read more

I have been going to this dispensary since they were open. Staff has always been very knowledgeable and polite. But lately and for the past year, my order has been misplaced or not placed on hold, I have been left on hold on the phone 3 different times, they "forgot" to deliver my order also 3 different times, THEN my order was AGAIN misplaced. Just called today because my order never showed up after waiting 2 hours and the guy on the phone (who sounded like I was bothering him), stated it was too late for delivery (well duh) and my order was not even there for me to pick up! He stated I ordered too much to begin with. I order the same damn thing EVERYTIME I order. This place has literally gone downhill. I will take my money elsewhere. read more

This place has to be the worse in the bay for one they are way higher priced then anyone else in Vallejo then they add tax... It's great they have deals all the time but not if with a discount your still paying more lmfao I recommend Vallejo relief, Highway 29, or better health group before coastal was coastal it was planteca and whatever it was before they should have just got out of the Bay Area in general when they got bought out for the 3rd time. Support small business and let these people close their doors once again and try to move so people forget what a horrible spot it was they can take that high price motto somewhere else.. read more

Jay is the best person there his customer service is unmatched and he's very attentive !!!:)

Placed an order for pickup but they never checked it or something, not a big deal to me but it may happen so just be aware. Only one employee was there which resulted in longer wait times, but they were very nice and apologetic. Overall id be back especially for their edible sales read more
