My AC went out in my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. We took it in on January 14th to be tested to see what the cause was. After calling for days to see when we could pick our vehicle up, we were told there was no immediate sign of the issue and on January 15th they had put freon with dye into the AC to see if there was a leak. After calling back multiple times to find out what we needed to do, whether it was bring the jeep back in or how to go from there, we were told our case manager did not leave any notes in our file, so no one could figure out the next steps. FINALLY after calling for 3 days and them blatantly IGNORING my calls, I was able to speak with a manager who told us to drive the car around and bring it back in so they could see where the leak was coming from. After driving it around, we took it back in on March 5th to be told the evaporator core needed to be replaced. Of course they tried to tell us other things that just "had" to be done, to which we declined. We asked for the evaporator core and heater core to be replaced, almost $4,000 in work and said the work would be completed on March 11th. They called us on 3/11 and said the parts did not come in and it would now be 3/18. They called on March 16th and said the vehicle was ready for pickup. We went back on March 16th 2026 to pick our jeep to find the front driver side fender damaged, the back of our driver side leather seat cut, our tan seats covered in black powder, as well as our water pump not working for our windshield wipers. We went back inside and told the gentleman at the desk who came out and took pictures and videos and told our case manager would give us a call at 8am on March 17th. Did he call? Absolutely not. We called several times with no answer. Finally my husband called Stellantis corporate to get them on the line with the dealership to hold them accountable for the damage they had caused to our vehicle. We took our jeep BACK to the dealership on March 24th for them to fix the issues only to return on March 26th and find our passenger seat with cuts in the leather. They told us they had to order the new leather seats We dropped our jeep BACK OFF on April 22nd to be told it would be ready the next day by noon. We received ZERO call on Thursday April 23rd. On April 24th my husband called to be told 3 technicians called in and the needed to keep it over the weekend. My husband called April 27th at 3pm to check on our vehicle to be told they ordered the wrong parts and that they would need to keep my jeep until Friday May 1st.

If you're like me, you've only purchased vehicles from big dealerships backed by a big brand name. At first, I was reluctant because this is a smaller family owned dealership. Not because of anything they did but because it was out of my norm. Well, let me tell you, I have had the best car buying experience here VS any other huge dealership that I've ever done business with. I am currently purchasing a used 2018 F-250 from Jay with Go Automotive that I found on CarGuru.com. Jay has been awesome to work with, answered every question I had promptly, and WAS NOT PUSHY. This was very important to me because I live an hour and a half away from the dealership. I had a number questions before I made the drive to Wilmington, NC. He even gave me his PERSONAL number on the first day we spoke. I didn't speak with 3 different people and have to go back and forth with each of them. Jay took care of all the leg work right away when I decided to move forward with the purchase. I feel as though he was straight up with me at all times and did not feed me a lot of false empty promises. Also, he got me a interest rate that was way better than I've ever had with a big named STEALERship. I will be back to purchase all of my company vehicles from Jay/ Go Automotive in the future. On 12/17, the car blows a head gasket and is inoperable. They have it towed to a mechanic to determine exactly what's wrong and notified the warranty company. The warranty company informed him that the cost to repair will not be covered because it's determined that the condition existed prior to the sale of the car. Of course it was. He calls the dealership where the salesman, Chad Burgess puts him through to the alleged manager's voicemail a number of times. The manager has never called him back over the course of a month. Not one time have they taken the opportunity to make this right for them. Fast forward to 1/16 and they go to the dealership in person, he talks to another salesman who brings him to the back, gets the story yet again. God forbid other customers hear of their shady practices. Of course, the manager is not there. He's dismissed again and told to call back Monday. He calls back and is put through to the original salesman Chad Burgess told they're working on it... after a month??? Clearly, this dealership cares far more about money than the customer. Now they're out $17k with no car and a newborn. I looked to see if they're on the blacklist of forbidden businesses from Camp Lejeurne and MCAS and surprisingly they're not but it's only a matter of time.
