Most of the booths are food related items such as fried bananas, Fried shrimp fritters, Soups (broth) and boat noodles, also steamed rice cakes. I do not know the names of all the food items but they also sell fish cakes, pork cakes, mango sticky rice, boba teas, pork sausage logs, rice plates with chicken meats or pork, and dumplings. I did not see noodle dishes such as pad thai, pad see ew - The Thai Food Truck was the only one serving full Thailand Menu and it looked quite interesting but I skipped the truck. I will def try it next time since they are the only ones selling full menu. There is a booth selling spices, seasonings for the cooks. I saw a lotus cookie that looked interesting - It reminded me of a fortune cookie batter. They had 1-3 booths selling clothing from Thailand, Souvenirs etc. I did buy the only earrings from Thailand. I was tempted to buy the all brass incense holder but I figure I can get that next time. This is a must go monthly if they open on Sundays. Its free entrance and free parking. Camille Sacco is a true light in this world. I work as the Director of Rehabilitation at a…read moreretirement community in central Florida, and I was recently tasked with giving a lecture to the population about mindfulness in aging adults. I don't know anything about mindfulness. I mean, I took some courses on stress management in undergrad, and we touched on a few things regarding mindfulness, but I'm certainly no expert. So I thought to myself, why don't I go out and find an expert? That's just what I did. I did some research, and I found Camille, who does wonderful work with the fine citizens of Winter Park in terms of mindfulness and meditation. So I reached out to her and asked if she could piggyback my talk with some useful words from an expert such as her. She actually said yes! And not only would she talk to the people, she would put on a demonstration of a meditation with her amazing meditation bowls. So I stumbled my way through my PowerPoint, and then she took the floor. I dimmed the lights, and she took me and the residents through a 20-ish minute long meditation with breathing awareness, positive thoughts, eliminating distractions, and of course those wonderful bowls. Those bowls have a lot of power! They got loud, and it was a lovely sound. I want to thank her so much for doing this pro-bono. I will be passing out her information to all of my community, and I hope we can meet again one day.

Having been out of practice of yoga for about two years, give or take, this was a great way to get back in practice. Fast forward to today, and I attended the Mat Pilates class today and it was far more high intensity and high energy. This class was more challenging but it was a really good work-out. The instructors for both classes were super sweet. My only suggestion (and this is because I am used to how things were in the previous studio I use to attend years ago) is that it would be great to be shown modified versions of various exercises - especially if mobility issues plays a factor. I would also appreciate posture correction or assistance in getting into the correct posture for certain exercises I'm less confident in or not quite sure how to perform properly. Beyond that, I truly like this studio. I am looking forward to going to more and more classes here because they offer such a great variety of classes.
