The service and staff were top notch even and the venue had a lot of fun water events to do such as personal water craft, sea doo, single or dual person motorboats, group motor boats. I believe the venue allows a pick and choose options for the host so we had ATV/Dune Buggy driven by professionals on a sand area in the back, a petting zoo, an area to target shoot with paintball guns, lots of areas just to relax indoor and outdoors overall it was a fun 3 hours (I only was planning to stay 1.5 hours). The food and drink staff maybe was outsourced not sure but the bartenders, alcoholic and non alcoholic stations, food choices were all top notch.... Definitely would love to come here again if I had the chance!

Also, we felt safe walking our dog at night with lights and security. Very clean restrooms and facilities spread out throughout the property. Unfortunately, we arrived at night both times so we did not have time to try all of the amenities but the pool area and gym looked great. After hours check in was easy, and communication from staff was very helpful. The dog park was great, our yellow lab enjoyed running free in the morning! Overall, we'd definitely come back!

I think the experience would be better for everyone if visitors and long-term residents were placed in separate areas whenever possible. It would allow vacationers to relax and enjoy their stay while also respecting the peace and quiet that full-time residents expect. The house appeared to be occupied as there was a ton of people's stuff inside, but the guy said they had just left???? Confusing bc there was SO much stuff in the house like I don't know what they even brought home. The property wasn't even cleaned up, cigarette butts everywhere and the restroom was filthy.
