I came in store with one item in mind. It was a little bag charm that I'd been hoping to purchase.I was able to purchase the charm because they had it in stock. When I went to the register I was given a coach storage bag. They offer a 10% military discount. Just ask. Parking was free and easy in the lot. read more

No longer an "outlet." Selling items at full retail. Funny how they think the "new" things they put out are a recent item....Didn't listen at check out- my purchase is logged under someone else with the same last name. I gave my email and I guess she just picked the first name that came up in the system. Yes, it makes a difference if you ever need service or want to pull up receipt. Go to an actual Coach store- they will treat you better and the pricing is the same. read more

These bags back in the day never changed colors or had the straps constantly falling off. I bought my bag in July 2025 August 2025 the straps fall off and the coach tag I have mobility issues and when my strap fell off my brand new bag you can imagine how pissed I was, I called coach I took it in and she replaced the whole strap and the coach tag. A month later I started noticing the hardware was changing colors called coach again now I have to take my bag back to coach before a year is up so they can send the bag off for repairs. I told that lady I have bought less expensive name brand bags and nothing fell off nor did it change colors. I'm beyond pissed cause I wanted my money back. Coach you need to do better and bring back the old stuff. But as of now I'm done with you guys! read more

They had a new items out today. They said they only had 3 in the whole store. That was not true! They had some workers buy some. I even saw a workers had 3 bags she was buying. I understand if she took one which would have been okay. SHE BOUGHT 3 bags. Keep in mind we waiting in line for 2 hours just to be told that they sold out. I don't recommend this store at ALL! read more

I searched for a particular handbag at the Williamsburg Premium Outlets VA. They do not have what I'm looking for. A acquaintance had the exact style of Coach handbag I was looking for. I inquired to her where did she but her bag. She told me she just bought it in August from Potomac Mills Outlets I Woodbridge VA. I went to that mall yesterday just to window shop. Directly across from Movado is Coach outlet. Greeted immediately by 2 masked employees. One of the ladies quickly mentioned the have a 60% off sale and if we need help let her know. I immediately seen the bag the acquaintance had. The acquaintance handbag is black & brown. I wanted the same bag but in black. They have the black handbag. I am overjoyed. Sold. Another satisfied customer. Quick, efficient customer service. read more

Whenever I fly to DC I always stop at this coach outlet location because of its great selection and value- went in today looking for some gifts to purchase, and Sarah was extremely helpful, she went above and beyond to try and find me a pair of shoes to match my purse, and had some great recommendations. A large store with a good selection of products. I purchased a purse in Nov at Arundel Mills that my wife exchanged for two smaller purses without issue. My wife was like a kid in a candy store looking at the products that were all 50% off. I've always loved the coach brand so I frequent the outlets & the coach store in the mall more than I'd like to admit. Outside of Burberry & Macy's, the coach store is another go to place for me when I want a good quality and fashionable purse or wallet, especially when they're having great sales. Yesterday my husband was in search of a crossbody sling bag to carry his belongings because he is not the type of man that would ever wear a man purse. He stopped at the coach outlet and found the perfect sling bag for himself and also bought me a gorgeous baby blue purse with the matching wallet. Pauline who is an associate at this location was very helpful to him. I loved his sling bag so much that we both went together today to also get myself one for days that I prefer to be hands free and don't feel like carrying a regular purse. My husband ended up buying a backpack to match his sling bag since the sale they were having was so great. The customer service was excellent, the prices were great and the store was clean, bright and perfectly organized as it always is. read more

I placed a order online with Coach. I was charged 3 additional times which affected my available balance. I have reached out to Coach numerous of times ( 3 emails) in a 5 day period. I have not received not one response. I even was on hold for 47 mins. Totally Unacceptable!! I called my credit card company and was told I had to wait for Coach to remove the hold. It's now been 5 days and still no response and 3 additional charges are still pending on my credit card. If I planned on making a larger purchase this would be a inconvenience because these unnecessary pending charges would effect my available credit. So freaking upset because this should never happen. That's exactly why I Yelp "Coach" & their unprofessionalism to resolve this matter in a timely fashion. I will never shop Coach again. Such a shame that they would jeopardize their brand with a matter that could've been handled with diligence. read more

I had an issue with an associate and the manager named Mario a while ago, long store short, the associate charged us something that we never brought, I called the store and was told that we needed to bring EVERYTHING we purchased the day before with the receipt back to the store, mind you we lived ONE HOUR away. The manager Mario(at that time), reviewed the footage and said that we didn't have the item on the receipt(we knew that because we didn't buy it!!!), but then accused my 2 yr old(at that time) stealing a key chain on the sales floor. So I went back to the office with him and reviewed the footage with him, and then he realized that my wife took the keychain back from the baby and put it back. So as we remain loyal customers of Coach, we never went back to this store and will never go back there. Even the coach's customer complaint dept. didn't respond to my email regarding the incident read more

During COVID-19, it's been difficult figuring out if certain places are open and what their system is in order to reduce the amount of exposure. Although we did not have an appointment, the amazing sales associate, Saidu, was able to accommodate us and personally give us a tour of the store. Any assistance we needed, he was right there with a cheerful attitude, a mask, gloves, and at a safe distance. He did an outstanding job and made our experience delightful! I could not stress enough how much this man needs a raise! Me and my family will definitely be returning :) read more

This Coach store is pretty big and has a lot of variety of bags. The best thing I liked about it was the deep discounts. The handbags were 50% off their outlet prices. I was so tempted to buy a new bag. Instead I ended up getting a wristlet that I had never seen at any other Coach store before. Super cute! The sales associates here were friendly and knowledgeable. The store is big and beautiful. But I wouldn't go back there again. I purchase a few items for gifts. When I asked for boxes and bags, the cashier said they were low on bags, so they couldn't give out additional bags. I was there during the Memorial Day weekend, I found it hard to believe that they would be low on bags at the beginning of a long weekend. If I didn't make the purchase, I understand they couldn't give out bags. I have never had that happened to me at any other Coach stores. If I need to go to Coach Outlet Store, I will go to the one at Leesburg Corner Premium Outlet. read more

Even though I didn't find what I was looking for today, I still love this place! Coach has always been a favorite of mine and probably will be. They're however the outlet is usually really good with their deals. Today, majority of their items was on sale with an additional 30% off and then another 50% off of that. I mean... -$$$ yay! For about the past couple months I've been looking for a bag and I'm surprised that Coach hasn't come out with any WOW pieces, they're all very, what's a good word to use, ummm..."Weird" looking? The staff at this location are usually very friendly. I had a terrible experience here one day, completed the surveys and heard from the manager right away. The manager explained to me the shift in staff changes and how this store thrives on customer service. They even received an award for it! I became a Coach fan ever since someone gave me a Coach purse for Christmas. Since then, I told myself, for everyday office wear, I need to go for quality and durability plus the added benefit of a trusted brand name like Coach. The closest Coach outlet store that I knew was at the Leesburg Prime Outlets. But with my busy schedules even on the weekends, I can't seem to find the time to go! And then one unexpected Saturday, while I was on my way to Anne Taylor, Banana Republic ,and Nordstrom Rack at Potomac Mills, I saw this huge line on the concourse, I didn't originally have a clue what it was for, and then, hallelujah! There it was -- a brand new, leather-smelling Coach Factory Outlet store celebrating its opening weekend. It drew a crowd because it was giving out 50% off, plus 20% extra discount, AND a limited-time only 10% additional discount. Who said there's a recession? When I peeked inside the store, it was pure madhouse mayhem! I saw women AND men walking around with not just one but 3, 4, 5, 6 Coach bags in their arms! Is that a PR merchandising stunt to create the allusion that people are going crazy with shopping Coach. So I had to see the store myself to see if the offer was for real. And to my delight, it was! I was a happy shopper but the deals were just unbelievable-- I bought 2 Coach bags, regularly priced at $500/$600 each for an unexpected combined total of $220! I was in shopping heaven! I went back a few times after my first visit since my 11-year old daughter wanted to add more Coach bags to her collection (which gave me an excuse to buy a few additional accessories like a wallet, a new umbrella, a wristlet, and groovin' paparazzi shades). The sales associates are nice, but the white guy manager is mean. I did not like the bags from outside and they were dirty so asked if he could get me one from the back. He replied me back with bad attitude :" they are all the same, they are all the same". I don't know what's wrong with him, he was doing nothing and just standing there, I don't know why what makes him so hard to get a bag from the back. So lazy, and rude. read more

Had a terrible experience today at this coach store today. Mary L. provided the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I had an issue with my purse that was upsetting and I was seeking some sort of assistance and compensation but the attitude that I got from her was that she couldn't be bothered; she wasn't concerned about what I had to say; and the most help she gave me was give me the coach customer service number on a card. Are you kidding?! I could have done that at home. I expect good customer service when I spend a lot of money on a bag; at least be kind and polite! Mary was rude and very unhelpful. Very disappointed and angry. read more

I needed to buy a purse for my daughter (she recently got broken up with and with Valentine's day coming up I felt bad) and I had spent about twenty minutes in this store before a large woman by the name of Donna approached me and I politely asked her for assistance, but what I received in return was the most rude response I have ever experienced in my life. She had the worst attitude I have ever seen, which is incredibly disappointing for someone in her high position. Other than that interaction, the store is well kept and the other sales workers were very helpful. read more

I brought in a bag for repair that I had had only a few months (it was a new release). The manager was nice, but was only able to get the lock replaced. The rubbing on the suede from the hardware was not fixed. I feel for a $400+ bag they should have done more to fix this issue, either a replacement or replaced the leather on the bag, or offered to exchange it. It is a nice store, but I feel customer care could improve. . read more

The store itself is gorgeous, it's very bright and welcoming. I can't say the same for the people working there. I went in today and was put off by the customer service at this location. Surprisingly no one offered to help with anything. I noticed this with most of the customers in the store. I wish I could leave a 0 star or negative star rating.... I am a huge fan of coach, so do my friends... I was recently told by my friend that Potomac Mills had a new coach outlet store opening. I used to go to the one in Leesburg, and I was glad that I now had one more option. I was there on a Sunday, found so many bags I have been looking for. I checked out 3 and my mom checked out 3. Everything seemed fine then. I did one big mistake and ruin my enthusiasm to coach forever. Before I returned to my car, I wanted to shop there again, just in case I missed something....(I don't want to drive 2 hours again any soon) Yes, I found something I like in the store again! just like any of the purse lovers, can't stop buying... My mom also picked another one. I asked my husband to check out for us together coz I need to hold my baby, she was crying already for food. While my husband was in the line for check up, a very rude sales named Lindsay approached him and said very loudly to him that everyone in the store can hear. She said "you're not allowed to purchase any bags from this store any more". I was still there holding my baby, both my husband and I were astonished.... She kept saying "and no one can purchase on your behalf...." Then she took the bags in my husbands' hands away... I was so angry and don't know what happened, since when customers are no longer welcome to purchase goods from a store. We did nothing wrong, but the way she spoke in the public made us feel like idiots and bad people. Later on, some explained that they have a ridiculous store policy that no more than 5 bags/10 items in 2 weeks. I mean, seriously, I have never seen such a strange and rude policy ever. But even if the sales Lindsay spoke to us in a nicer way, I won't have any problem with it. It's their rule, no matter how stupid it is, I am going to play with it. But things were a little bit different here. The sales were very hostile, and made me like "stealing" away there bags by paying them huge $$$$. They use % off coupon to seduce you there. Then they refused to sell to you because you love their sale too much and feel like they're "losing" money by selling you their craps! I then raced back to my car before the store closed at 6pm, and returned everything I bought from them that morning!!!! Since, they don't like me buying stuffs from them, I am going to say byebye to this crap forever. Though later on, the sales helped me with the returns apologized to me, but I won't stop complaining, till I got appropriate apology from the store manager and the sales named "Lindsay". I am so glad I did the returns immediately. There are so many much more premium brands out there, why limit yourself to such a low esteem lousy customer service brand?! read more

My aunt introduced me to the world of quality handbags about a year ago when I scored a bona fide Dooney at a Dillard's closeout for less than $100. Ever since, it's been difficult to be satisfied with a bag from Target (as I was for many, many years). For those of you who haven't been to a Coach Factory store before, I encourage you to do a little research before you go just to make sure you're getting what you want. About 80% of the bags in Coach Factory stores are made specifically for the Factory Stores, meaning you will never see them on Coach's website. The remaining 20% inventory are "deletes" from the Coach boutiques - these ARE bags that were in Coach's boutiques and which either didn't sell well or are just being closed out for new inventory. The Coach Factory bags have the same lifetime guarantee as those in the boutiques and are, in general, good quality. I looked at a bunch of bags in the boutiques before I went to the Factory Store, and in my opinion, the leather used in the made-for Factory bags are, in general, maybe a little thinner. I noticed the ones in the boutiques seemed to have a little more "heft" to them. Nevertheless, I am super picky. And in looking really closely at the stitching used on both types of bags, I was convinced that both are well-made; it just may be that some of the leather used in some boutique models are a little more high-end (i.e., thicker and more highly polished). For this reason, some Coach "ethusiasts" will never buy a made-for-factory-store bag. And, super Coach enthusiasts will be able to spot a factory-store bag (because they recognize which bags are in the boutiques). Yesterday was my first trip to the Factory Store at Potomac Mills. I went in the morning on a weekday and was really impressed with the SA who assisted me. She educated me about the difference between the factory-store and boutique bags and was willing to explain the different pricing schemes in the store. For example, when "new" boutique bags arrive at the Store, they tend to be placed in the middle of the store with a 20% off tag on them. My SA explained to me that since most of the boutique bags are purchased by customers for 20% off, very few boutique bags actually go to the 50% off clearance area. (This may have changed from years past.) The boutique bags that do tend to make it to the factory store in general, and particularly to the 50% off section, tend to be more "colorful," so you'll rarely see a plain brown or black boutique in the clearance section (though you can get lucky). This is all in relation to the handbag selection. One might have better luck with the Coach wallets. Since I wasn't looking for a wallet, I didn't pay much attention to them. My opinion overall is that most Coach Factory bags can still be a very good deal so long as you know what you're getting for your money. For instance, since I learned that the bags often aren't as "hefty" as the boutique bags, I probably wouldn't be willing to pay the fully marked price for a factory bag (which is often marked at $340 or more) and would probably wait until it made it to the clearance rack. I found that a quick visit to www.retailmenot.com before I went scored me an extra 30% off coupon for the Coach Outlet store. The 50% off clearance selection had a nice selection of factory-store bags in basic colors, and I was able to use my coupon in addition to the 50%. Add to that that the bag I selected had a very small smudge on it, so the Coach folks were willing to take an additional 10% off. In the end, my cute Ashley Coach bag was about $115 total with tax. My understanding is that extra 20% or 30% off coupons will often be handed out at the door, but not always (they weren't handing any out yesterday), so it pays to check the internet before you go. I think if a person was willing to go several times a month, affordable boutique bags and wallets could be found. But, based on the fact that most of the boutique bags don't get marked down more than 20% off, you might be just as well off to check the Macy's, Dillard's, and Nordstrom's markdowns if you really want a boutique bag. read more

I love that you can get a great bag here for a low price what I don't love is the customer service. I have had some awesome people help me, but then there are others who are COMPLETELY rude. One evening I came in about thirty minutes before closing, knowing exactly the type of bag I was looking for, I was planning on being in and out of there. While checking out a few options one of the girls working asked if I needed help, I politely answered "Oh, no, thank you though" and she replied with an attitude "OKAY, because I'm trying to get out of here on time." I always try to be polite when shopping and put things back as they were because I used to work in retail but I put everything down where it was and walked out immediately.
