I haven't been here in ages. The store was very well Organized. The staff here were very friendly. Stormie gave me some great recommendations while I was in the store. I had a good fun time trying on handbags with other customers and looking at their selection. They gave a wide selection of crossbody, shoulder, totes. A lot of beautiful spring colors as well. The valued of Coach bags have gone up from over the years but Coach always stands by their top notch quality of leather goods. They are always having sales which makes it more appealing to buy more than 1 bag. This is my favorite and best coach outlet in Williamsburg. I plan to come here and get some more goodies! It's a smaller store. But, bonus they offer a military discount! The staff is always inviting. But, some are very much on top of you. I prefer to be greeted and asked 1-2 times if I need something. Coach seems to do more that the 1-2 times. It gets annoying. I like to walk around 2-3 times looking and trying stuff on. The store is conveniently located on the end of one of the strips. So it is not too bad with foot and vehicle traffic. read more

They have moved since the last time I was here and it's for the better. You used to have to wait in line and queue up to get into the store on really busy days and it was ridiculous and crazy. Sometimes the line could snake around the block. This is a huge store compared to the previous one on the other side of the strip and I think it's rare they have to line people up to get inside due to fire code. They have the usual fare in here - coach purses, shoes, scarves, gloves, wallets, etc. They also have a men's store section as well which is pretty neat. read more

I absolutely love this store! I am a huge Coach fan, and when I can get purses, wallets, shoes, etc at a discount it's even better. The staff at this location is hit or miss. I've had great service, and I've had horrible service. The good thing is, normally I know exactly what I'm looking for so I rarely need help until check out. Some of the items in the store are marked up before being marked down, but it's obvious from a shoppers perspective. read more

I have bought things from here before, and their prices are good, but I just can't seem to find a purse that is designed well lately. I appreciate all of the different colors just in time for spring, but what's with all of the open tops? A purse should close so that if it falls over, everything doesn't spill out. Or so that people just can't reach in and take your stuff. And pockets just for the sake of design instead of function is just wasted space. The sales lady working Friday was overbearing. Wow! Some truly great values are to be found at this particular Coach outlet. I saw a wallet I have been lemming for over a year reduced from over $200 to $79.99 - but - they only had in in purple or grey. Beautiful men's section also. Such a mixed bag of employees here.. Some of the ladies are very nice and stay nearby in case you need assistance, while others hover and become overbearing and end up causing me to leave. And the there are a few who are just plain rude and act like my asking one or two questions is an inconvenience to them, and once I asked a question and the girl looked at me and just bluntly said "I don't know." I began to ask if there was a way she could find out, but midway through my question she just turned around and walked off.. On a more positive note, the store is always impeccably clean and neat, and there is a very wide variety of styles and colors. They also have great clearance prices and usually give out additional coupons that can be used on the clearance merchandise making it even less expensive! Coach and Reebok have switched locations at the Premium Outlet in Williamsburg, VA. Space is bigger and it now includes a selection for Mens. Staff greets you warmly at the door. Coach frequently offer additional % off prices. I was fortunate to visit when they offered 50% additional off. I had significant savings on a clearance item that was discounted 40% off plus the 50% off the Clearance item. It was super hard to resist. I can spend hours browsing their assortment. Overall staff is friendly and eager to assist you with your questions. Coach remains my go to store whenever I visit the Premium Outlet. I have not been disappointed yet with the savings and selection. Go to the Premium Outlet early. Parking fills up quickly. read more

Of course I'm going to give coach 5 stars...I'm a girl....hehe. Anyway they deserve it. From the moment you walk into this beautifully laid out store you are immediately greeted with someone who is willing to help you find what your looking for. They are always having some kind of deal and it's not just 10% off or something low like that...I'm talking half price or sometimes 70-90% off. And a lot of the times the deals include everything in the store...not just what they have on clearance. Everyone is so friendly and very well put together. Love this store!!! read more

I have always enjoyed this store, especially the last time I went in to actually make a purchase last October. There was a very kind, tall young lady about my age that helped me out who you could tell enjoys what she does. She halted some of my freak-outs by patiently reminding me a few times about the 50% off sale. You see the original price, and you keep forgetting that it's an outlet :D. I ended up getting a few key chains and a lanyard, and sent in my bag to have the straps fixed (I should have also bought a $600 coat that was marked down to $200! - softest coat ever!!!). I stepped away and looked on as the ladies at the counter evaluated and spot cleaned my tote bag. They got me out the door with some of the leather cleaner that way too. It had been less than a year since my boyfriend bought it for me, so the repair was free! Way to stand by product quality! They told me that it would be about 6 weeks, and that it would get shipped to my house when complete. I work in jewelry, so I told the girl helping me that I now know how my customers feel when parting with something they love! The timing on the repair was accurate, and my bag arrived home in a Coach cardboard box with a thank you note inside. Coach is one of my favorite brands because of its high quality and competitive pricing. This Christmas will be TWO STRAIGHT YEARS of using this same tote bag and one straight year of using the matching wallet. read more

I stop into this store about 2-3 times a month. I live really close and they are getting new merchandise all the time. The staff here are always really friendly and helpful. Many of them know and recognize me when I come in and are always sure to show me the new styles. You can ask them anything and they will gladly help. This store carries mostly "made for factory" bags, which are still real coach bags, they just don't have quite the embellishments that the retail bags do, etc. They do also have a retailed section though, on the right side in the back. This merchandise comes from retail stores, usually after that bags 'season' has ended. You can really get some great steals on this wall as all the bags are usually 30% off retail price plus an additional 30% off of your total purchase (they run the 30% off your total purchase almost every time I am there, there have been a few times they haven't but if you come back a few days later they probably will, you can just ask). They also have a clearance section on the left in the back, all of those bags are 50% off the tag price plus an additional 30% off you total purchase. The staff will be happy to point you to any of these sections. If you can, go back frequently because sometimes they get new merchandise all the time! read more
