Dog Grooming: Things started out okay with one of the groomers, but it got worse over time. First couple of appointments were fine. Then, on the first bad occasion, the groomer used a shampoo that made my dog's hair fall out in small clumps. When I questioned her, she said that my dog probably had an allergy. Okay, I can understand that might happen. The next appointment, when I returned, my dog's fur had been gouged on her backside by clippers (this was later verified by a groomer at a professional salon). When I asked the groomer what happened, no apology, no explanation, just "It'll grow back." I was not happy and when I questioned the groomer about why it happened, I got no plausible explanation. I left and decided not to return unless absolutely necessary. I do not recommend PetSmart for dog grooming. There's too much staff playtime going on instead of paying close attention to the dogs. Managers are not monitoring the groomers. Sadly, PetSmart could be a top-notch company with great employees, but the people chosen for this location are poor examples of professionalism.

There are way too many alternative places to shop to be harassed while shopping. She acted like she was putting things away, everywhere I went. It's an age old trick. If I wanted to steal something I would send in a white person who would get away with stealing everything but the animals--per a white woman I know who had walked out of stores with racks of items because the store employees are too busy watching Black people to watch her. They probably have to do this duty at some point before close but they took a long time and were in my way, spent the whole time talking loud about random things. Touching the cans seems like a one person job Especially in already overcrowded aisles. The customer service was nonexistent. While in line a totally different worker was standing on shelving touching products in the same way... probably an end of night duty but it was very rude and uncomfortable while the line was wrapped around and full of people waiting and waiting.
