I've been to this PetSmart many times. I most recently went a few days ago. I ordered online and then opted for curbside pick up. I was able to easily select the products I was looking for online and then I called when I arrived. An employee brought out the products I ordered and paid for online and dropped them off at my car. I thought this process was pretty easy and fast. I also saved 10% with curbside pick up. I'd definitely order my products this way again. read more

Awful experience here! The older lady worker that was back with the Cats was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to me when I inquired about a Cat. I asked to hold one of the cats cause I have been interested in getting a cat for months but wanted to find the right one, but when I asked I was met with a super rude and snarky remark by the employee working in the room with the cats. She said "This is only for potential buyers" and to that I said "I am a potential buyer" she then looked me up and down and said "you don't look old enough to adopt a cat" in a very rude and disrespectful tone, not to mention that I'm 22, so I am old enough to adopt. This made me immediately leave the store in anger because that was utterly disgusting customer service. read more

Took my dogs here for the groomer and my dogs made it very clear they were uncomfortable. We are new to the area so we needed a groomer and never have my dogs had any problems at another groomer. They gave me back one dog saying she wouldn't let them clip her nails (which has never been a problem for her, she loves to be pampered) so they just didn't do them. And my other dog came back with chipped nails and was shedding like he wasnt brushed (so I had to file the nails myself and brush him). We were charged full price for both dogs and my dogs were bolting out of there like something happened. Do your dogs a favor and go somewhere else that makes them more comfortable! read more

First off, I have taken two of my dogs here in the past and I don't really blame Petsmart as its so hard to find good workers but they need to try. I took my 15 year old 18 pound many many times groomed dog, groomed at this salon before also for a bath and trim which includes nail trim and feet and sanitary area trim. I went to pick her up and was told the bather was unable to trim her feet as my dog got stressed, my dog has never bitten anyone. The bather whose name was Lori charged me full price even though she did not finish the job, and was rude when I told her how surprised and disappointed I was. I have arthritis and a small budget but dig up the money to get my two long haired dogs groomed as I can't do it. I called to complain and did not receive a call back. This girl has no business working in a grooming salon, and she was derelict in her duty that she did not give me a discount for an unfinished job. I will not bring either of my dogs there again as if this is who they are hiring, I can't pay their costs which are not cheap if the job will be half done. Its a sad state that people take jobs they can't even begin to do. Dogs feed off energy and as my dog has been groomed many times by various groomers with no issue, this girl must have given out bad vibes and unkind actions for my dog to get so scared, my dog loves the attention of a calming groom which this incompetent obviously was unable to give and then to charge full price to boot is very wrong, bye bye PetSmart. read more

Don't think that just because you booked an appointment in advance for grooming that you actually have an appointment and your dog will be groomed. Drove 35 minutes to store then waited 15 minutes past grooming appointment time in a huge line (they clearly overbook themselves here) only to be turned away for a spurious reason! I think they were just looking for reasons to send people away as they had overbooked themselves! Wasted time, money, and gas today. Will never return here. read more

Visit the groomers while I was at petsmart today. I'd say the customer service there is decent but the groomer who took care of my dog is definitely the opposite. I asked her a couple of questions about the service, she sounded like she didn't want to answer. On top of that she made absolutely no eye contact when we talked to her. I had the pawdicure package which was $3 off which includes trimming the dog nail, paw shaving, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, breath refreshing, cologne, plus a free bandana. Our groomer IZZY barely cleaned my dog teeth or ears. She just brushed my dog fangs, rub the outside of my dog ears and didn't even spray any cologne. She just gave my dog back to me without the bandana. When I asked her she just went in and gave my dog a larger breed bandana when my dog is only 25 lbs. unacceptable and way too much for what was given read more

I'll go 2.5 stars for our recent grooming experience. Now that K is at another shop too far away, we dropped the Bezoar hoping he'd look presentable. He does, but just not worth the $60. This place has been a nightmare! They sell us a fish tank with all the fixings for glow fish. Prep the tank for 3 days and bring the water in for testing. They say we are good to go and we pick our fish out. 5 of them. We gradually introduce them to the habitat and feed them and they seem good. All of them were DEAD by the morning. 50 dollars worth of fish dead in 10 hours. What is going on with this place someone please explain because our kids our devastated, crying, and beside themselves about losing our family pets within hours of purchase! read more

As a husky owner, you very quickly begin to recognize the importance of an excellent groomer. I started having my husky groomed by Koryn about a year ago. Without fail, she would come back beautiful and clean, but most importantly, happy. We then moved out of state and I attempted several different groomers for my husky and was shocked at the amount of people who are not particularly skilled when it comes to grooming huskies. Don't get me wrong, I never took Koryn for granted, but this was totally eye opening. Since moving, my original husky passed away completely unexpectedly and I adopted a severely abused husky who is now terrified of people. Rather than take her to someone I didn't trust or know I waited to have her groomed for the first time until we came home for the holidays. Koryn was, as per the usual, amazing and patient, taking her time so as not to spook her. While home I made the decision to adopt a second husky and brought him to her to be groomed before returning back home. This husky had a packed coat and I know a lesser groomer would have asked me to shave him (a serious no no for a husky) but it never even came up. She gave him repeated baths and just kept working with him until he came back to me a brand new dog. I have never seen a transformation quite like this! The point of this long winded review is to simply say that if you are looking for a seriously amazing groomer who is beyond invested, head to Koryn. If I could pack her up and move her back with us I would. Trust me. My final disclaimer here is that it can be very easy to take for granted what an amazing groomer does. Having stayed for my dogs appointments in the past, I can tell you first hand the extreme hard work that goes into grooming a dog. Think about going to your hair dresser after not brushing your hair for 6 weeks and not saying a word then trying to bite their hands off when they come near you. Seriously. In this world of "you get what you pay for", remember to be appreciative of your groomer and when you are paying your bill, the majority of which goes to the corporation not the groomers, tip generously. How many of your hair dressers would have you looking perfect despite you trying to take their hands off? read more

Came in 5min before close and they were helpful. However picking up rats by the tail that we bought as pets is not okay. Also unprofessional talk at the register talking about the "nads" on his/her pet hamster she/he used to have as a pet and how big they were. If I had kids there I would be even more unsatisfied with my experience there. I did email them. I don't know what they are getting for training but this was an older woman who picked the rat up by the tail who should have known better. read more

My main problem here is with the women who have their cats up for adoption. I tried applying for a few kittens here and got rejected each time. They were rude and judgmental towards me and thought I couldn't own a kitten simply because I'm in my early 20s. I literally got accepted to Harvard and can't get my application to adopt a kitten by one of these unpleasant women accepted. read more

Groomers are super sweet. Will never go back. My Morkey puppy was groomed twice by pet smart. never again. Uneven uneven. Uneven. I paid extra for color chalk for Halloween. She said she could make his ears look like candy corn. The color was all down his under side chin, belly, paws. Not to mention I brought him back to get evened up. Terrible customer service. Went here today to get fish for a new glo fish tank. The girl helping us in the fish department refused to sell us GLO FISH for our GLOW FISH tank. I have had a glo tank for five years now and other tanks as well from 3g-50g. I wasn't trying to buy ten fish, I wanted three tetra which are absolutely suitable for the tank. I will never return here. I'll stick with Petco and independent businesses from now on. read more

Visited this groomer while up visiting family. I think the staff was very friendly but the room was so filled with dog hair that it was coming out to the customer check in area. I've never seen a groomer so dirty. read more
