My friend and I tried their Red Velvet Matcha Latte and the Regular Matcha Latte. The regular Matcha Latte was extremely grainy, grassy in an unpleasant way, and almost fishy in taste. The Red Velvet Matcha was a completely different field--tasted more like a Milo chocolate milk drink. The green tea flavor was not there and was overpowered by the chocolate, with all of the red diluting down into a brown color after mixing. I also heard a customer ask what was in the Red Velvet Matcha, only for the barista to say "Red Velvet." The customer then proceeded to ask what was in the red velvet for the barista to respond along the lines that she didn't know, wasn't going to try to find out, and that it came from a powder. I found this encounter somewhat rude, and I would wish the baristas could try to look into it if a customer asked. For the space, it is pretty small but you can find some tables to study if you're lucky! I would consider coming back to try their coffee and tea drinks, but I'll go elsewhere for matcha.
Cute little spot in Philly. Was very aesthetically pleasing. The menu was simple and straight forward but they are making quality coffee. The coffee was smooth not burnt and perfect temperature. Staff was friendly and just overall great experience. Go check out this cute little shop and grab some cafe. Even sure the lovely girls working there can even make up a creation for you if you tell them what you like.
Quite, well decorated, well lit interior. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rotating seasonal drinks keep the menu exciting. I ordered the Sakura matcha latte which was amazing
They do have innovative recipes like cucumber latte, pineapple latte, pineapple tonic espresso other than the regular espresso menu. Espresso is medium light roasted if that's what you enjoy. Stamp card is available, and you will get your free drinks after your 10th cup. 30 drinks will reward you a glass coffee cup ( look like a keep cup style) worth $16 retail price. Service is great and pets are welcome here. Nice spot for chilling out for 10-15 minutes during your day. It's a cozy spot, it good for to-go as well.
A cute little place with a nice ambiance. Came and ordered the rose latte with oat milk and a croissant. This iced latte was absolutely delicious. I am already making plans to head back to try the lavender latte. I appreciate good coffee and strong espresso. This place has won me over.
Stumbled upon this coffee shop and I'm so happy I did. Gorgeous, modern quaint vibe inside. The Barista took such pride in making my coffee, was very friendly, took his time making my drink and you can just tell they actually care about each cup they make ... just a delicious hot cozy drink that hit the spot! I got an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon and it was to die for, also ordered a rose latte and that was also really tasty. Would highly recommend visiting this amazing coffee spot.
A very cute cafe in the area. I came with a friend because someone recommended the Sakura Coffee Latte here. The inside of the store itself is pretty small with only a few tables and window seating available -- there is wifi and a good amount of outlets to use too. The design is very clean, with calm instrumental music playing. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the Sakura Coffee Latte and found the flavor to be not too overpowering, but just the right amount. Overall, I would recommend checking CNT Cafe out!
Iced strawberry oat milk lattes. Creamy and refreshing! Small space so there aren't many seats. Would definitely go back the next time I'm in Philly.
Such an aesthetic coffee n tea shop with a beautiful interior design, cute merch, and ofc great drinks!! I love it when cafes have seasonal drinks and new flavor creations. I love Korean banana milk, and so when I saw they were making banana matcha lattes and banana coffee lattes I knew it was time to take my car out on a stroll. They were so good! The interior design and decor are so cute and this would be a nice place to study at.
What a great shop and another awesome addition to the neighborhood. My wife and I stopped in for some seasonal cherry blossom lattes - super solid! We found street parking pretty easily in the area and then inside it's a small shop that packs a punch. There's some seating inside so it makes for a great working space as well in case you're looking to stay awhile. Overall - solid lattes and great customer experience. Would def recommend and looking forward to going back!
I here for 1st time. Using bus at spring station early morning. No coffee shops around. Before bus station came spring garden they have Starbucks and Dunkin' Donuts. So I'm a morning coffee drinker I need coffee. Look up yelp find here. Small shop. But very neat and cozy feeling.any way coffee taste is just like I make in the morning I really enjoy it. I will come here when I booked the bus!
Since I've been venturing more into lattes these days, I've come to realize what my top 3 criteria are for a good cup of java. - the flavor you order stands out distinctly - the espresso doesn't overpower the flavor you got - there is no sugary or strong coffee aftertaste When all these components come together, it makes for an excellent controlled cup of brewing and this is what this place does. Their seasonal flavor catches my eye...Cucumber Latte?? Don't think I have ever seen that before. I absoutely loved every sip. If you're not a cucumber fan, then this might not be for you. I have to hand it to the barista for incorporating this into a latte, it shows that he's willing to experiment. I saw in another review that someone had an Orange Latte. Sounds yummy. For me it's worth another visit to see what new seasonal drinks they will have the next time I'm in the area. A really cute and cozy cafe! I came in here because I thought they had little cakes. Sad to say when I arrived, they were all gone They did however still have the typical baked goods available in a cafe like croissants and muffins. They also had free dog treats! Our drinks came out promptly and not without extra attention from the barista. I ordered one of their specials, iced sakura matcha latte w/ espresso. The sakura and matcha together was a lovely combo. But as soon as I mixed the whole drink, the matcha was very strong in flavor with only a very slight hint of sakura and espresso. Would love to return and try their other drinks!
Perhaps my favorite new coffee house in the NoLibs/Fishtown area which says a lot since it's an area that has an abundance of them! but with quality baked goods, tantalizing specialty lattes, and awesome service its well deserved! CNT is a chill tiny cafe that's snug and welcoming to sit in for a small crowd. But it also makes up for that size on warm weather days by being a couple doors down to a chill playground park with ample outdoor seating. With that size you might come across a line out the door during a busy time of morning. But it moves pretty quick and you get a warm greeting when its your first in line. They have ab awesome regular coffee menu with everything that you may come to expect and a couple surprises. But the absolute must is checking out their seasonal latte selection that has featured flavors like lavender, red velvet, banana mocha, strawberry matcha, and then some! Toss in excellent pastries like muffins and there's a lot to enjoy! read more

Such a clean and cute ambiance inside! The staff were also so kind and really took their time to make sure the quality of the drink was amazing. They also offer free dog biscuits and pup cups which I loved!!! Will be back to try more drinks :) read more

Food: I got the matcha latte. I liked it, but it was a bit bitter and grassy. The more I drank, the bitterness went away so I think it might've just been any matcha powder on top. A welcome addition to the neighborhood. This cafe is stylish. Love their clever logo and cute coffee bean and tea bag "mascots." They have the substance to match the style, too. I doubt ac cafe would invest in a La Marzocco machine if they didn't care about quality coffee. We opted for a seasonal special. I got the Sakura latte iced; my husband got the hot version. Both were balanced and not too sweet. Tea is more than an afterthought. They have a curated lineup of teas as well. I'll be back for a cortado soon. read more

Stopped by here on a cold morning and it was nice and cozy inside. While waiting for my drink to be made, I checked out the loose teas that they had on display, which is available for purchase. They have a great variety of teas to offer. I got the earth latte, which is one of the December special drinks. It consists of Matcha, espresso, pistachio, and butterfly pea flower. read more

Omg CNT Cafe I love you! So Scrumptious! I'm obsessed with everything I've tried. On a recent visit I changed up my order to a Vanilla Bean hot latte and Vanilla Creme donut. The creme donut is unbelievably silky and smooth- Seriously insatiable! read more

This cute cafe just opened up in the NoLibs neighborhood, and it's the best!! Pros - interior is small but they optimize space with bar stool seating by the window and a couple of 2-person tables - modern and inviting interior - I've had their mango iced tea, peach refresher and latte with 1 pump of hazelnut and all were soooo good - they also carry Cake & Joe patisserie desserts! We had the pistachio mousse cake and it was amazinggg! Not too sweet and smooth texture - the barista was super friendly! They even took us in when they were closed - you can buy tea and some cute CNT cups, totes, shirts as well! They do close early (3pm) so be sure to catch them on your lunch break or for a yummy afternoon tea snack! I'll be a regular here for sure! read more
Really cute little new cafe! After a brunch nearby, we came here to get some dessert and do a bit of work. Even though the interior is fairly small (there are some round tables with two seats each and some bar seating by the window), the minimalist modern decor makes it feel open and inviting. They have pretty solid wifi and cute drinks, including a variety of non-coffee options, which I really appreciate. Would recommend :) read more

CNT Cafe is cute. I love everything from the branded napkins to the soft background music. This was my first time (ever) ordering a rose latte. I'm not a fan. My blueberry muffin wasn't anything special. It taste like the blueberry muffins I purchase at Costco last week. My friend ordered the orange latte with the almond croissant. He raved about the croissant. He almost ordered a second. The orange latte is an interesting mix that's not very everyone, but my friend enjoyed his a lot. read more
This is a GREAT addition to the northern liberties neighborhood! The owner, Tan, and his wife are the kindest people and have really created a welcoming and delicious coffee shop! I love supporting local and I love supporting a local who also supports other locals! He carries pastries from J'aime and from Cake & Joe. Two other local Philly businesses. Be sure to get drinks WITH your pastries. Because as a fellow small business owner (me) I KNOW he's not earning much on the pastries as he has to buy them from the other businesses. So make sure to get a coffee with your croissant! read more
What a beautiful shop with great coffee, refreshers and snacks! Really, there's nothing bad to say. We have been in a number of times since it opened and love having it so close to home, especially when you need that little break away from working at home. I love that they have pastries from j'aime which is one of my favorites (that said, I don't make it there all that often unless I have a hair appointment right next door to the bakery) - absolutely delicious. They also have Cake & Joe desserts from Pennsport which aren't only stunning, but also tasty. This is far more accessible location wise for us, too, so we can get the delicious desserts without having to venture down south. The people are incredibly nice, too, which makes us want to support them even more. They definitely understand what it means to deliver a high-quality and engaging customer experience! read more

Mastery of Tea!! The owners have a long family tradition of growing tea, and know a LOT on their drinks. You can feel how they love what they are doing! Every time I visited, there was a beautiful fresh bouquet contributing to the tranquil ambience of the place. Make sure to take your time and have a sit here!! So happy that this cute cafe opened in the NoLibs neighborhood!! The interior is clean and modern and perfect for a meetup or a solo coffee trip. I got the seasonal Sakura Latte iced, and it was a perfect balance of espresso and a blend of fresh, floral sweetness :), My friend got the Rose Black Tea iced and she also loved the nice floral notes to her tea. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I'm so excited to come back and try more yummy drinks from here! read more
