Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified. We were a party of 11 and they moved us to two different locations over a two week period and dropped us back at the airport - seamlessly. I honestly think they are the best value for money to move around Orlando that you can get and I looked around a lot when planning the vacation. They will be my first call anytime I'm in the area.

I had called taxi services and all were very rude. I then arranged car service to the airport with Airport Car Service Orlando because family member was supposed to drive me. It was not an expense I expected. Seeing one last taxi number on wall in cheap room; I called hoping to lessen the expense...no way. ACSO was less. Not only that, she put up with me the whole way, all chatty from alcohol I drank before getting in the car; trying to kill dental pain...she never once lost her patience. I can be annoying on alcohol...LOL! It also turned out that Corrina, the owner; took the call because my original driver had been held up with passenger flight delays the night before and did not want a sleepy driver working. Now that deserves five stars right there! Car was spotless, the owner, Corrina was a fabulous driver, and has a great personality. I am a female traveling alone to Florida often...I will never use any other car service. When I figured the total out, it really was not expensive...family is free, but I'd rather pay Airport Car Service Orlando instead.

Outstanding Service Every Time!…read more We have used Nick's Airport Shuttle several times now for roundtrips from Palm Coast to both Jacksonville and Orlando airports, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, we booked them to pick up our daughter from Orlando, and they'll soon be taking our large group to the airport for our trip to Alaska. No matter the occasion, Nick's team always delivers. Using Nick's shuttle feels like having your own personal driver. The vehicles are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The drivers are professional, punctual, and friendly, and Nick himself is a great guy--a fellow Navy veteran who takes pride in his business and his customers. His attention to detail and reliability make travel so much easier. Update - October 2025: We recently traveled to Canada and returned on a one-way cruise to Miami. Nick's shuttle took us to Jacksonville for our flight, and two weeks later, he was right there in Miami to pick us up after the cruise. That seamless coordination made our vacation stress-free from start to finish. We love using Nick's service because it truly takes the hassle out of travel and lets us focus on enjoying the journey. We will continue to use Nick's Airport Shuttle for all our future trips. If you want peace of mind, professionalism, and a friendly face to get you where you need to go, Nick's is the best choice. I didn't want to ride with an amateur, a part timer in a gig job, driving his own car which I had no expecttation that it would be in good working order and clean. And when I saw who showed up in my driveway yesterday, I knew I made the right choice. My chauffeur, Scott Harbin, arrived 15 minutes early (I like that) and informed me via text message that he was here and there was no need for me to rush. I went outside to meet him and he was attired in a well pressed black suit and tie, very professional. He took my luggage to the beautiful Black Volvo 90, a plush luxury sedan. A few minutes later I came out ready to travel. As I got into the back seat, I noted that the interior was as impressive as the exterior of this handsome car. In a short while, I was very pleased by how careful and comfortable his driving was. No zipping in and out of traffic. I booked the pickup time to allow more than enough time to get to the airport without stress. Scott proved to be an exceptional professional driver, keeping my comfort and safety foremost in the way he maneuvered through the unpredictable and challenging traffic. THAT is what I wanted. Not the cheapest price. Not some amateur who was only interested in getting the ride over in the fastest way, regardless of how the passenger was impacted. I travelled in style and comfort. First Class all of the way! I will book Scott and Palm Coast Transportation again.

I found this shuttle googling and booked in advance and got Joe as my driver. He called me the night before (though I missed the call) and well in advance of my landing to confirm that I had arrived and when he would pick me up. I could not have had a better driver for the ordeal we went through. There was a major accident on the highway with delays of two hours. Though it took us almost three hours to get to Ocala, it was not within his control, but he tried his best to take an alternate route which likely got us there in more time than we would have if we had gone on the highway. Joe was friendly and knew a lot about the area. I felt badly I was so tired, but he took it all in stride and got me directly to my destination. Though I was nervous at first booking a shuttle I didn't know anything about, and wasn't sure if it would be reliable, I was left pleasantly surprised. Would recommend.

He drove so poorly I almost…read moreasked to be dropped off anywhere in Tampa but my bag was in the trunk and I was certain he would resist. This hunch I had that he wouldn't let me out was completely correct. My ride to Tampa airport was booked a few days before. Communication with Neil was difficult as he wanted flight numbers and other extraneous details. He called me the day before my ride seemingly confused and slurring. I was foolish to not immediately cancel and book Uber right then. Do not make the same mistake I did because it is just a matter of time before this man hurts someone. Neil arrived 15 minutes early at 5:45 am. I would have booked later if I knew he makes an unannounced habit of this, please see his other reviews. I was unable to finish my flight preparations and just quickly grabbed my stuff and rushed out. When I questioned our original booking time he responded defensively so I just stopped talking. After loading my bag I hopped in the car. It's older but in ok shape. Immediately I noticed the smell of incredibly strong cologne. It was suffocating. Neil forgot his credit card machine and had to manually enter my card while mumbling and cursing the whole time. Driving was initially spotty and made me really nervous right away. By Spring Hill he had me audibly gasping. He is not a safe driver. He missed a turn on Cortez and braked hard at a green then appeared to be considering a left from the center lane. The driving worsened as we continued. The lane indicator beeped incessantly as Neil crossed the yellow lane continuously. I was terrified. I texted my partner states away as I was anticipating being in an accident. By the time we got to Tampa International I was begging to be let out anywhere. Literally anywhere. Neil argued with me until I demanded to be let out. Now, hours later, I am sitting at my terminal being harassed by this man. He texted me to make excuses about his driving not long after I ran out of his car. I plan to contact the Citrus County Sheriff's Department as I now suspect that Neil was inebriated when he picked me up. Under no circumstances should you, or anyone you know, use this transportation service.
