We dropped off my car early in the morning and picked up afternoon once they called and ready to go. Time was done sufficiently well, staff was friendly. The only con experiencing from ETD Discount Tire Center was a hidden fee. When my husband got home, I was informed about a hidden fee with including a tire insurance. This was not discussed prior to us during scheduling or drop off. Once my husband realized it, they removed the tire insurance. Please check for hidden fees.
