Moreover, Brent was the first one to respond, and spoke to me on a weekend when no other contractor bothered to respond until the next Monday. On the very first day, Brent showed up to introduce himself to us, and I appreciated his curtesy towards me before any work even started. Our project took three days to complete. One day to set post and cure cement, one day to install frames for the fence and gate, and one day to complete the job. Daniel was there everyday (I believe Brent was there at least two days) working along his crew. They did a fantastic job, and the whole process was efficient and professional. Now I have the best looking fence in the neighborhood. Glad my wife found these guys, will definitely reach out again in the future if I need another fence/gate.

I had a relatively small job for which I needed a mason, but needed this mason to perform detailed…read moreand careful work to fix an issue which my home builder left for me to deal with. This builder was First Texas Homes, by the way. And the home warranty furnished by StrucSure did nothing to help. The firm said, "nope, no problem here!" When clearly you can see the builder screwed up either the foundation forms or when framing the house. The exterior wall brick for one side was completely set OFF of the foundation, so it would be only a matter of time before the brick sagged, cracked, and possibly would bring the whole exterior wall with it. This is what I needed fixed - I needed the mason to remove the existing poor scab work, put in lintels to reinforce the brick wall to the foundation, and do a better scab job to cover the lintels. Eliut's team did a tremendous job. They took their time and made all of the necessary precision cuts to the lintels and cinder blocks to fix this ridiculous issue. When I first called, he responded right away, looked at the issue the next day, understood my main structural concern, texted me all the details, and had his team do the job two days later. I was blown away. He also allowed me to pay with Zelle, which made things super easy. Highly recommended.

Upon completion of the work, I asked Roberto Garcia-Owner of RG&D concrete why discoloration was present in various areas of the concrete after their stain and seal application. Roberto stated the concrete needed to cure and this was a normal process that could take up to week. After two weeks, the concrete never changed and the discoloration spots remained in the concrete. I phoned Roberto regarding this fact and he promised to correct the problem but never followed up with a firm appointment. Over the last three months, I have made numerous phone calls and text messages (mostly unanswered) to Roberto in hopes of him fixing the discoloration issue with my patio. However to no avail, I 've only received broken promises, and missed appointments with no explanation for their cause. Roberto has proven he can consciously accept payments for services they clearly have no intent of completing to the satisfaction of the customer. Roberto, has maintained a caviler attitude toward satisfying /correcting the aforementioned patio issues despite having ample opportunities to correct the problem. I would not recommend using this contractor.
