When the insurance didn't want to pay, why did I end up paying money out of my own pocket? I never signed any paper work... Looking back I'm ok with what I paid because I had pity for Juan and the cheap labor workers he uses for his job. I don't have ill feelings towards inland restoration and I wish Juan the best of luck...

Highly Recommend Inland Restoration!…read more I was referred to Inland Restoration by a friend after my washing machine leaked and caused water damage to my wood laminate floors. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Juan, the owner, came out the very next day to assess the damage. He took his time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained the situation in detail, and by that evening, he had a clear and fair quote ready for me. I really appreciated how transparent and responsive he was throughout the entire process. We scheduled the work in two parts--first the downstairs, then the stairs and upstairs. The job involved removing the damaged laminate and old carpet, and replacing everything with luxury premium vinyl. Juan's team showed up on time, carefully moved all my furniture and belongings, and got right to work. They kept me abreast of the work and schedule along the way. They cleaned up every night and meticulous with their work. Along the way, they discovered some issues from previous installations--an uneven kitchen floor and a bedroom floor that didn't meet the walls properly. Instead of just covering it up, they took the time to fix the problems before installing the new flooring. The result is absolutely beautiful and feels like a huge upgrade from what was there before. Juan and his crew were professional, detail-oriented, and truly went above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend Inland Restoration to anyone in need of quality restoration or flooring work. Thank you again for a job well done!

A bathroom leak ruined my upstairs and downstairs kitchen.....hired Timothy and his crew to do the work....he has the gift of Gab and will reel you in.....poor communication and all promises, despite his word of having all good workers....one of them were smoking out in front of my house which was caught on camera and was also informed by neighbors. The "pack out" was done by family members and heavy duty trash bags...I had to pay to have my military uniforms dried clean after everything was set and done.....I could keep going but to make it short, I let him finished whatever they were working on and hired a handyman off of marketplace which did an outstanding job with attention to detail and what took Tim months, this two guy's finished in one week and had me back in my house in no time. After that, I tried to contact him via txt and calls to no avail...check was cashed and disappeared. Because of this experience I refuse to hire a contractor and rather take my chances with someone else. First and last time. Please beware. One star only because it's required.

They discovered more mold than we initially expected, but handled everything professionally and with great attention to detail. They didn't cut corners and made sure the job was done right. On top of that, Blake recommended a great hygienist who helped ensure the space was fully cleared and safe, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Fast, responsive, honest, and extremely thorough--highly recommend Blake and 911 Restoration to anyone needing this kind of work. 5 stars all the way!

Our rental property experienced a water leak and required remodeling, dehumidification, and mold…read moretreatment. Being an experienced homeowner, I requested the manager (Blake over all 911 Restoration) send a competent technician so it would be repaired correctly. Blake assured me the technician was highly skilled. Fortunately for me, I was in town and was able to see the poor work the technician did. The dehumidification equipment was set up inappropriately. The wet wood would have taken several more days (and several $100s more charged by 911 Restorations) to dry. The antifungal treatment was piss-poor. The tech literally did a few squirts of thyme oil, and he didn't even get the wet and dark areas, where the mold would be more likely to grow. Overall, very disappointed in the technician's skills and pissed off at myself for falling for Blake's charming nature. He is not honest. Beware.

I was hoping to read sincerely better reviews consistently as of 2025. Instead I realize I got caught in apparently one of Water & Mold Away USA's staffing issues. Additionally my dog got put on the west deck by them with no water for the most bizarre of reasons on the hottest day of the year. Nothing short of a solid apology with a major discount for the damage would settle me which never occurred. I was threatened legally though. If they are still at it, I hope staff have taken some courses on successfully building community with those you serve. We came to you for help and got further damaged. Best wishes, Dawn

We experienced a toilet gone bad. It flooded the upstairs water closet and caused leakage through…read morethe floor to the first floor. Tom came by and quoted the job. This was an insurance issue. Tom can talk fast and he moved his equipment into the house before we decided to choose him or get a second opinion. In the end we chose him and have no reason to doubt his expertise on the removal of damaged flooring, drying of the house, etc. His workers were professional, efficient and took measures to make sure the house was kept neat. The reconstruction part of the process is a separate element and Tom was estimating general turnaround times of about 4 weeks. This was for about 2 sheets of drywall, paint, several hundred sq ft of flooring and a new toilet. In addition we were informed that all of the furniture in the effected areas would have to be removed from the house and stored, while work is done. That's rediculous and smacks of shadiness. I am not a contractor but I've seen an entire house re-carpeted in two days without a single possession being removed from the building, I've seen drywall done in a day. Needless to say we did not consult with Tom on the reconstruction element of the job. The cost would would be astronomical, the inconvenience and disruption unacceptable. My parents told me and I always tell those who will listen; MONEY DOESN'T GROW ON TREES. In conclusion, my rating would have been much higher if not for the rediculous reconstruction estimate.
