If you do research, you will find that several of the companies that were independently owned have been consolidated into a larger company that really focuses on bottom line revenue and return on investor dollars. Not a customer focused. I found Fleetwell not to have that mentality, but to be customer focus While we did have issues when we had our system install installed It's not unusual to have to tweak a new system. When I had phoned Stephanie in their office, she's been very responsive with emails and phone calls I particularly wanna call out a phenomenal technician that they have on board. His name is Freddy Lozano. He is outstanding, knowledgeable, and so customer focused. We had a top of the line Lennox HVAC system installed. Freddy is a master Lennox technician. If you have a Lennox system at your home and you need to have Fleetwell do a service call...YOU MUST ASK FOR FREDDY. don't use anyone other Fleetwell technician except Freddy if you have a Lennox system. I am happy we found Fleetwell and look forward to a long relationship.

On March 23, 2026, a City of Agoura Hills building inspector conducted an official Rough Mechanical Inspection. The inspection had 28 documented corrections. The inspector's report (Correction #28) states that due to the volume of errors, the report may not even be a complete list of required corrections. The following facts are documented in the official City record and project timeline: Unpermitted Work Timeline: The contractor performed major mechanical and structural work, including the removal of the furnace/condenser on Feb 19 and the full installation of the new system on Feb 26. However, City records show the permit was not obtained until March 16--nearly three weeks after the equipment was installed. Substandard Materials (R6 vs. R8): The contractor installed R-6 ductwork throughout the project. The approved permit and Title 24 energy calculations explicitly require R-8 insulation. Correcting this requires a complete tear-out and replacement of the duct system, not a simple "mid-job" adjustment. Safety & Document Integrity: The contractor submitted a signed affidavit to the City on March 16 certifying that smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were installed and functional. The Inspector officially documented that these alarms are missing (Correction #25). A few days before installation, Julie called from the office and let us know the name of our tech (Jared) and their ETA. Jared and his team were very knowledgeable and considerate. Tarps were laid on our tile before work began, and the workers showed up on time everyday. On the days of inspection, Steve from Integrity came out again and waited patiently to walk the inspector through our project. The install was not without hiccups, but the company made good on everything that was promised and we are very satisfied with the results. Keep in mind that replacing an entire HVAC system IS NOT INEXPENSIVE, but there are only a few things in life where you cannot put a price on something that impacts your health, comfort and safety.

Because of that positive experience, we called them again when our dryer stopped working and our dishwasher flooded. The technician who came out the second time seemed knowledgeable, but he spent an unusual amount of time talking about his personal life, previous work history, and education. It felt as though he was trying to prove his qualifications. While it was a bit odd, we allowed him to assess the issues. He told us the dryer vent needed to be cleaned or replaced. Regarding the dishwasher, I don't recall the exact issue, but he performed a repair and quoted us prices for both jobs, which we agreed to. He returned on another day to complete the work. He went into our attic and told us he had cleaned something related to the dryer vent and that the dryer should work as long as we did not overload it. He also stated verbally AND IN THE RECEIPT that the dryer duct had been replaced. However, when we later moved and checked behind the dryer ourselves, we found a broken duct that had not been replaced. He mentioned that the dryer needed additional parts and said he would return to complete the repair. At that point, however, we were uncomfortable and did not want this specific technician to come back. To this day, the duct has still not been replaced. We called and requested a different technician. The new technician stated that the issue might be mechanical and that repairing the internal components would cost between $600-$800. For comparison, a brand-new LG 4.5 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Stackable Front Load Dryer retails for $699.99. When I asked why I would spend that much on repairs instead of purchasing a new unit, I did not receive a clear explanation. I do not typically leave negative reviews, but this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Based on our second experience, I cannot recommend this company. I am leaving two stars only because the first technician did a good job. Im sure there will be a comeback from the owner as well. That's ok; this was me and my girlfriends honest experiences and opinions.
