It wasn't until the summer when the weather got warmer that I noticed a dog smell throughout my townhome. Unfortunately I'm renting and the landlords weren't willing to replace the carpet until after I renewed my license. Since I really like the place and the only major issue at the time was the carpet smell, I agreed. So until then I needed to get the carpets deep cleaned to remove the smell or at least lessen it. I contacted Gary's Carpet cleaning company and they quoted me a really good price for my three story townhome. I had 4 bedrooms, a large living room, a family room, two sets of stairs deep cleaned. He was very professional, on time and even showed us how dirty the carpets were. I wish I had a before and after but again this is a late review, and I didn't think to take pictures at the time. But he really helped us out, I was able to get through two summers without having to smell the last tenants pet. Covid hit so it took a little longer before I got new carpeting put in. I really appreciate his business and will be using them again in the near future for maintenance on my new carpet.

The proprietor, Steve was very nice and easy to talk to on the phone. I was at work when he came but when I got home I was thoroughly impressed with the job he did. Most recently, with all the rain we've gotten, my off white Berber carpet was embarrassingly dirty from the dogs tracking in on wet feet. He came out again today, and once again I am thoroughly impressed. He arrived on time, works alone, is very efficient (3 rooms, 2 arm charms in less than 3.5 hours).
