I do not have a review for the work done. We never got that far. The amount of pressure the owner…read moreused to get us to pay before they cleaned was enough to walk away. Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. But I can give everyone a heads up so they know what they are dealing with.

I requested a deep cleaning service through Yelp, Rebecca reached out and booked me straightaway for the next available Saturday. I mean everything was spic and span. I've gone with other cleaning services before, and not one have been as flawless as PinkMaid. From the level of detail in every tub, sink, and countertop to the nice little bow tie touch on our TP rolls, they're the real deal. Goes without saying, but I'll be booking with PinkMaid again! I've been using Rosie's Cleaning Services for a little over 6 months, and I can honestly say she…read morehas set a new standard for what "clean" should look like. I first found her on Yelp when I was getting my home ready for an inspection. My house isn't just a home--it's also my place of business, so it really needed a proper deep clean. We started with just the bathroom and kitchen, and I was so impressed with the results that I immediately booked her again to deep clean the rest of the house. At first, I was planning to do the house in pieces (rooms one time, bathrooms another), but Rosie actually suggested it would be cheaper to do the whole house at once instead of splitting it up. I appreciated that she was honest about what made the most sense financially, not just trying to upsell. This is not the first cleaning company I've used. I had tried a larger commercial cleaning company before and thought they did a "normal" job--until Rosie came. For example, I had tough hard-water stains on my bathroom sliding doors that the previous company couldn't remove. Rosie and her team got them out. That was my "oh wow" moment. After seeing her work, I realized, oh, THIS is what a real deep clean looks like. Since then, I've signed up for monthly cleanings, and my husband and I (both working two jobs) rely on her to help keep our home in shape. I was so happy with her work that I even hired her to deep clean my mom's bathroom, which was in rough shape--and she did an amazing job there too. Price-wise, I had called around before booking her: One company was cheaper but totally booked for weeks, and I needed help ASAP for the inspection. Another company I'd used before had increased their prices a lot from the previous year. Rosie's pricing was right in the middle--not the cheapest, but absolutely fair for the quality and effort she and her team put in. And most importantly, she was available quickly when I needed it. Communication and professionalism are excellent: She confirms the day and time by text or call. On the day of service, she always texts when she's on the way. She's on time and respectful of my home. Overall, Rosie and her crew are reliable, thorough, and professional. If you're looking for someone who doesn't just "surface clean" but actually makes your home feel fresh and truly clean, I highly recommend Rosie's Cleaning Services.

I booked this company after they quoted me $350 for a deep clean, including the windows. I only…read moreneeded the downstairs cleaned, and I even sent photos beforehand so they knew exactly what the condition of the area was. Based on that quote, I canceled another cleaner who was going to do the job for $400. The cleaners arrived two hours late. After seeing the house, they told me the job would actually cost $550 and then attempted to charge even more for each window, despite the original quote already including $160 for the windows. They even told me that the kitchen alone would cost $350 and the bathroom alone would be $170. They ultimately left because they said the home required more work than they had originally quoted. To their credit, they did call afterward, apologized for the misquote, and promptly refunded my deposit, which I appreciated. That said, the situation was still very frustrating because I had already sent photos of the space, canceled another cleaner based on their quote, and had guests coming to stay with me. If the pricing had been communicated accurately from the beginning, I would have kept my original cleaner instead of being left without anyone to clean my house at the last minute. My dad missed work waiting for them so I had to pay him to do the job.

Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy.
