Mike painted our two-story home in July 2026, and we highly recommend his company. He was professional throughout and walked us through the process. He also helped us choose our colors with thoughtful suggestions. The project finished right on schedule, and the result is beautiful. read more

My home was old and needed an upgrade in painting, inside & out! Mike and his guys stepped up to do a great job!! I love it, looks more modern and it's like night and day! They were conscientious and hard workers. I was anxious about a lot of things cause I haven't had my house painted before, but Mike would calm my fears. Again, good job done, thanks to all of them! read more

This review is long overdue. Mike and his crew are top notch. So far he's painted 3 exterior homes and 1 interior 3 bedroom. He really cares about doing a quality job. His crew really will make sure the job is done right. For example I had them correct couple of the door colors because they were the same color as the body of the home. They had no problem correcting. It's a miracle what a coat of paint can do to a home. You will be so happy you chose CMC Painting. An absolute thumbs up Yay for CMC P read more

We so appreciated CMC Painting and will continue to take our business to them. They were able to come by give us a quote and get to work right away. The team took great care of our 'Ohana by selecting products that would dry quickly, were nontoxic, and working around us being home. Their work is impeccable and really brought some needed life into our space. Mahalo piha! read more

I was in my usual rush to get something done and I needed someone who could come paint a bedroom within a couple of days. I called Mike at CMC painting and he was able to have someone come the very next day to paint a bedroom. The painter was very patient with me changing my mind on a couple of things. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. I got one other quote that was double their price! I would definitely use CMC Painting again! read more

Our home hadn't been painted for over 10 years, and l did it, so it wasn't a great job to begin with. Mike was referred by a friend, who was very happy with his work, so we asked him to do our job, ( wife wanted it done right ). They came, cleaned the whole exterior, finished my caulking job, primed, and applied 2 coats of finish. Their attention to detail was impressive. Good guys, easy to work with, cleaned up everything. Bottom line, if you need painting, CMC will do it right for a fair price. read more

I hired CMC Painting from a friend's recommendation and yelp reviews. I contacted the owner Mike and after a receiving the best proposal and assurance of quality workmanship, we hired CMC Painting and they started later that week. Since I'm a realtor and this was for my client, Mike assured me they would do an excellent job until my client and I were satisfied. He sent out his crew to prep, pressure washed the exterior, and painted the interior and exterior. The interior was not an easy job since all the furniture and personal belonging were not moved out yet. Exterior had lots of water rot on the bottom, CMC replaced the rotted molding around the house, moved personal items in the house, and did awesome work! Mike held to his word, and the owner even hired them to paint the fence around the property. The house was so clean and fresh we received an offer after the first open house. Mahalo CMC Painting! Mike you're the best! read more

Excellent company, affordable pricing, and great work. They were on time and helped me pick the best paint/ colors for the job. I had my living room walls painted, as well as a two story stairway accent wall and small bathroom ceiling. One painter (I forget his name, but he was great!) completed the job within a day. The place looks great, and I will definitely call again for any future needs. read more

After we failed terribly at DIY painting our metal security doors, I came to Yelp for recommendations. These guys responded quickly with an estimate that was very reasonable. They showed up about 15 minutes ahead of time, worked fast and clean, and did a great job. I would hire them in a heartbeat if I needed any painting done. read more

CMC Painting called back right away to schedule an estimate. They came out to do an inspection, then emailed us a proposal the next day. Once we agreed to go with them they set up the dates to paint within a month (we were still waiting on approval of colors from our association). They repaired the wood in some of the areas, re-caulked around the windows, and pressure washed prior to painting. They finished a day earlier than expected and did an excellent job at a great price. Highly recommended! read more

I recently hired CMC Painting to paint the exterior of my home and ADU. Mike, the owner, and his crew did an excellent job and I was very happy with every phase of the process. I had a set budget that I needed to work with and Mike was willing to stay within that budget without compromising the quality of his work. Mike is a local boy, honest, humble, caring, and he takes pride in what he does and it shows in his work. I would have no hesitation in referring Mike and CMC Painting to family and friends, and will definitely be using him for all my painting needs in the future. The last time our house was painted was 15 years ago, so needless to say there was a lot of prep work to be done. Not only did our 2 story, 5 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath home need painting, but so did our deck, garage, and patio floor. No small job. Mike's crew was AMAZING! Big shout out to Kingsley, Ryan, Branson, Kawika, and Jeremy. Not only did they do a bang up job on the prep and painting, they were also very accommodating to our various last minute requests. And did I mention that there were all really nice guys?! We love the owner, Mike. He came by nearly everyday to make sure we liked what we saw and made sure that everything would get done to our liking. He went out of his way to ensure a job well done. And most definitely, my husband and I are extremely pleased. The whole process was just wonderful! Mike came out right away to meet w/us, gave us an estimate in a couple of days, and his price coupled with the work his crew does cannot be beat. We LOVE the look of our newly painted home. We'll be calling Mike again when we're ready to do the interior of our home. Don't look any further. Call Mike at CMC Painting. read more

I am extremely happy with the work that Mike and his crew did on my house! Mike came promptly for the estimate and it was a VERY REASONABLE price! I checked on their license and they will also send you their insurance information upon request. His power washer and painters came bright and early every morning and completed all that was written on the contract. I was impressed to see that they even covered my neighbor's car completely with plastic because they did not want any paint to splatter on their car!! They completed the work in 4 days, as expected, and cleaned up the area before they left. My house looks brand new again!! I highly recommend CMC for your painting needs! CMC Painting - Didn't have photos from the same angle... but gives you an idea of the before and after. - Painters Near Me

I'm a senior citizen and own a 35 year old single wall home which I've maintained and painted myself all those years. However, after all those years, I thought it high time to have someone else do the work and so I selected Mike and CMC Painting after finding them on yelp and reading customer reviews. I couldn't be happier with the results. Mike, his lead man, Roger, and the crew were very extremely professional, easy to work with and very thorough in their work. They applied one prime and two finish coats to the exterior walls using both a spraying and rolling technique which really gave the house a better finish coat and appearance than I would have thought possible. I also had them re-prime and paint a metal storage shed, do some interior painting and refinish a large wooden deck that ran around the perimeter of the house that now looks like new. I could not be happier or ask for more and would use CMC Painting again as well as highly recommend them to anyone else. /Users/douglasmiki/Desktop/376 HOUSE PAINTING Oct. 2020.pdf read more

I needed my living room painted, which included patching a 2x2 gap left when we replaced the AC unit with a smaller one. Through Yelp, I received a quick reply from Mike, whose estimate beat the competition by miles. Now, sometimes you get what you pay for but that was definitely not the case with CMC. The workmanship was top notch, his crew professional and client-minded in all regards. I even hired them to do some kitchen work which was completed in the same day. Of course Mike came by to check on things that day and the next to ensure we were satisfied. If you're looking for a company to handle your painting needs at an affordable price, call CMC. I wanted to extend a warm mahalo to the crew of CMC painting. They were very friendly and professional. This is the first time for me to write a review for Yelp. I want to let everyone know what a great job CMC did for me and my house with their sparkling crew. I have a lot of jalousie windows so had a lot of brushwork to do. Also had not painted my house for over 12 years. The work they have done is outstanding. Mike and his staff were here everyday, worked hard and cleaned up each evening. The constantly checked with me to see if what they were doing is what I wanted done. They even suggested things that I was not aware of and went ahead and did the job in a very professional manner. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an excellent job and a very reasonable cost with a very pleasant staff. Special kudos to Josh.... Aloha Dick Grimm read more

Thank you to CMC Painting! We recently just did business with them for my parents home. Of course it is a slightly older home and was in need of a paint face lift so to say. I called CMC as I was referred from a friend and they were awesome! They came out the same day that we called and provided us with an estimate (which was very reasonably priced might I say) Finished result...so very pleased! I am very happy with the cleaning and paint job Mike and his team of professional painters did on my home. From the first meeting with Mike, who showed up on time, he was friendly, obviously knowledgeable, attentive to all of my concerns and confirmed everything that I wanted done. He was flexible with scheduling as I was concerned about the weather forecast for the tentative start date. The first day was a thorough cleaning that actually got the house looking really good. The next day a crew of three did an excellent job of prepping the house by taping all the windows, doors, all the light fixtures and even signs on my photovoltaic energy system. They even removed the address numbers and painted them! The biggest task that day was caulking and they did a thorough and complete job. They primed and painted all the gutters which was impressive as I have a two story home, followed by spraying two coats of paint on the body of the house. The next day, they got to work on painting all the security bars on every window and door quickly and efficiently while one painter was painting the trim. The crew was friendly, respectful, courteous and mindful of cleaning up everything each day. My home and gutters look fantastic! All of this and at the best price I could find. My heartfelt thanks to Mike and his crew!! read more
