I almost don't wanna write a review because I wanna keep her to myself. But that would be super selfish. But I feel like I hit the Dentist jackpot! Anyone who knows me knows I have a nearly impossible schedule if any plans need to be made. Top of the list of things I almost can never get around to is the dentist! No good dentist has late appointments or weekend appointments. In steps Dr. Mangiaracina. I called late on a Saturday and left a voicemail. Totally not expecting anyone to answer but she herself called me back within 15 mins. I explained how my old dentist no longer accepted my insurance and I have a crazy schedule. What ensued was a great conversation and she promised to work with me. My first visit she did an exam and told me I had a broken tooth & she could do an overlay and save the tooth instead of putting a cap on. I love how she thinks. Then I knew I loved her when she told me she was going to bond another tooth that 3 other dentists insisted that I get root canal & a cap. I refused all 3 because I know my tooth was fine just chipped. She put up with my crazy schedule and accommodated me and got the work done. And I might add with NO NOVOCAIN!!! Dr. M is honestly amazing. I am confused as to why people would write anything bad about her or her office. That office has come a second family. I started there when I was 18 a baby! I would go to the little office her nephew would hold my hand. I have gotten Novocain and the laughing gas. And they work once I calm down and she and her nephew calmed me down. Then she grew to a bigger office a bigger staff and when I go. I still get treated the same, now I have Johnathan who is an amazing assistant, always answers my questions. The girl at the front desk? Always helps me with my bill. When I walk through the office every assistant says hi to me. And I always show up with a smile and leave with a smile. If anyone has a negative review about Dr.M dentist honestly needs to self reflect. You get what you give in this world and some feel entitled to the getting part. read more

The worst experience ever! If I could have given 0 Stars, I would. I went to a different dentist before this one, basically every six months. For the past 15 yrs, I have never had a cavity or any other issues with my teeth. Unfortunately, he retired, and I had to find a new dentist. I came across Concetta Mangiaracina DDS from CM Smiles. Big mistake! On my first visit, they did a cleaning and took a ton of x-rays. She then told me I had 8-10 cavities, had to change my silver fillings to white and two crowns. Nothing was bothering me, until they started touching my month. I was in so much pain from whatever they did on the left side. I couldn't eat on that side for 2 weeks. Went back and she said, she was adjusting my bite. She started to work on my right side and again, I wasn't able to eat on my right side. For over a month and a half of pain and not been able to chew on either side, I found another dentist to go to. I never had those cavities, she lied! Since she did so much damage to my mouth, this new dentist referred me to an Endodontist. I explained the situation and now I have to get root canals done, because it's so sensitive and I am in so much pain. She also charged me $97 for Nitrous, which I hardly felt the effect and the Novocaine was also very weak. I felt EVERYTHING! I should have read all the negative reviews, and I would have NEVER gone there. Be aware and stay away! read more

When I go to Dr. Mangiaracina's office, not only do I feel like I'm going to see my dentist, but I feel like I'm going to see my friend. She, as well as the other dentist, hygienist & staff, make the dental experience comfortable and friendly. I first came in for an emergency root canal. Since then, Dr Mangiaracina provided me with a new beautiful smile. I was always subconscious about my smile because my four top front teeth weren't the cleanest and most straight. CM smiles gave veneers and since my life has changed. I highly recommend Dr. Mangiaracina & all of CM Smiles to my family and friends. Save yourself and go elsewhere. Read reviews. Some horror stories on here. I've never had a cavity In my life and Dr M now tells me I have 2... got a second opinion turns out they're not cavities (just deep grooves/stain) and I can seal them to prevent cavity, instead of drill and fill. Glad I trusted my gut. I moved to the area and just pick this practice to come to for my cleanings and x-rays. Once she told me I needed 2 fillings I read reviews and saw some bad stories about a filling going horribly wrong. read more

Dr. Mangiaracina is an excellent and outstanding dentist. She is the best dentist I have ever had in my 70 years of life. She is extremely intelligent, caring, dedicated and thorough in her work. As a college professor for 40 years it is my opinion that she is probably the best dentist in the United States. I would recommend her to anyone. She cares about the health of her patients and is very compassionate. Her work is perfect! read more

Concetta Mangiaracina should never practice dentistry. Terrible person and the worst dentist. She is currently under investigation for her license. She installed the crown that doesn't fit, refused to redo the crown, refused to refund copay or insurance benefit. Uses foul language with patients. She doesn't use pain medication while drilling. All the fillings she did fell off within few months. Stay away at all cost or it will cost you more to fix her mistakes! read more

This office is not easy to park at. The dentist takes cell phone calls in the middle of filling a tooth. She doesn't use anesthesia doesn't believe in it. The best part is everyone of the fillings she filled for three of my family members fell out!! About 6. Dentist I go to now said they were done incorrectly. BEWARE! read more

Came here because of all the positive reviews and they accepted my Pba dental, as I walked in I noticed how clean and well organized the waiting room and offices were,I was really pleasantly surprised by how friendly & accomplished they all are as well especially Concetta & Alex, I felt very comfortable w them from the beginning and they are very qualified although I was very nervous because I don't like dentists Lol my deep cleaning came out a success and elimated the bleeding from the gums, I cannot wait to get my whitening and then I will be good to go for the upcoming holidays! This dentist, in my opinion, Is a thief. She also gives out her husband's business card which is so unprofessional he is a Handy Man or a Air Conditioning repair man. And her office is full of expensive wedding pictures so of course she's going to try to get that money back from you. She did nothing for my teeth but charge me a lot of money. read more

Concetta Mangiaracina shouldn't have a practice. I needed to change my kids dentist for insurance purposes. Once her hygienist did their cleaning she checked them, and to my utter surprise said one of my kids had 8 cavities & the other one had 6 cavities. I was shocked because my kids never had a cavity in their life, and their las visit with the previous dentist was only 6 months prior. I told her that, her reply was: "It's happening a lot because kids have to wear masks." I had a bad feeling, therefore I asked her receptionist to give me a copy of their X-Rays and note the teeth that needed to be filled for each child. I e-mailed those X-Rays to a family friend that is a dentist, he said he couldn't see any cavities. I send my kids to another dentist, neither one of them had a cavity. She would have drilled on 14 teeth if she had her way. It's incomprehensible that a dentist would destroy teeth for profit. The office is clean, and she seems friendly. However, there's no heart behind her smile. This is the first time a write a review, I just hope I'll spare another family the agony of dealing with her. read more
