Very thorough, Very pleased with her efforts. & the best of the nest, Dr. Randy Geller. R.G. is Real Good, abundantly knowledgable; explains all precisely, in layman's terms however so all is always crystal clear upon departure. Who loves their DDS? I do! And those comfy chairs...

Within 3 months it fell out completely and couldn't re cement it so I was missing a front tooth. Okay fine I got a retainer made with a tooth on it to fill in. Took 3 different tries for them to get it right and when they finally did everyone I've showed it too said it was WAY bigger then it ever needed too be. I had a cleaning and X-rays. They charged $775 for this. WHAT? And did not tell me the price until it was all completed. Fast forward to today which is where I'm done.. I went in for a tooth that felt loose. They did an xray and told me it had to be removed. They came in (after giving me a pre medication already) with a bill for nearly $1500. WHAT?! I said no way am I paying that and they said I can finance it. I said thank you but no way and still was charged $200 for just the 3 seconds the dentist came in and the xray. I went to another fabulous local dentist and was seen within 2 hours. $350 and a new dentists office later I'm happy and not in pain after the extraction! I need another 40k worth of work done and they will not see me again. Try being about the patients more than the money and that will come naturally.

I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice. From start to finish, the service and…read moreprofessionalism were top-notch. Everyone from the front desk staff to Carlos, the hygienist--who provided the most pain-free cleaning I have ever experienced--was excellent. I also greatly appreciated that the dentist was knowledgeable and didn't pressure me into expensive procedures I didn't actually need. Having visited many dentists in the area, I can confidently say this is by far the best office I have been to.

I usually have a great experience when I go for my appointments and the staff is always so nice and…read morewelcoming. Today was far from that. I went in to have the female short haired blond dentist check a crown that has been feeling sensitive when I bite down on it. I was seated in a room quickly but then had to wait forever until she finally came in the room. I told her what I was there for she and said I needed new X-rays, so they did that and I was sitting there waiting again. Finally she came back and just started filing down my crown to adjust it. I literally pushed their hands away because I was in pain and had tears rolling down my face. She then asked if I wanted her to numb it, which I thought would've been obvious from the beginning, I said yes so she gave me that and I had to wait 10 minutes for it to take effect. 10 minutes passed and I had to ask how much longer she would be. I was told she was coming. She didn't come for another 10 minutes. When she finally walked by and heard me asking again when she was coming. She stood at the door and said "what's the problem?" That set me off and I complained about her having me wait so long and just walking back and forth and I asked her why she didn't numb me in the first place knowing my tooth was hurting and she said that it wasn't obvious to her that she would have to. The dental assistant also chimed in to say that she wasn't just walking around. After they finished and I left I made sure to tell the front desk to make a note that I didn't want either one of them working on me again.
