My sister is a particular individual and she likes to be very involved in the decision making process of things, especially for her own wedding. Charmecia was excellent at accommodating with my sister's personality and preferences. Her ability to be either heavy hands-off or heavy hands-on shows a lot about her professionalism and versatility with her clients. She gives you exactly what you ask for! Charmecia and 323 Occasions were easy to contact and replied in a timely manner in order to ensure that my sister and her wedding party were staying on schedule. They hit the ground running the day of the wedding. It was a relief for me, in particular, to have them there so that I could get ready to walk down the aisle with my sister and not have to worry about the small details that needed to be done. When they arrived at the wedding site some of my close family members were already there ready to lend a helping hand. Charmecia and 323 Occasions merged smoothly with their different personality types and made all of them feel needed and wanted as they worked together to set up last minute technicalities for the wedding. Charmecia was an absolute delight! She is easy to get a long with and brings a sense of joy and peace to the atmosphere!! Charmecia and 323 Occasions went above and beyond for my sister and her husband on their wedding day. They even made these cards as a game to pass out to the guests. The guests could fill out on the card how much they knew about Nicki and Micah (i.e. their birthdays, favorite foods, siblings, etc.) and whoever guessed the most right- won! It gave our guests a little something extra to do! I highly recommend 323 Occasions for ANY event that you do. They came with extra decorations that matched with my sister's color scheme and were flexible to be wherever they needed to be the day of. Unprompted, Charmecia, being a married woman, shared with Nicki and Micah some marital advice that was helpful and encouraging. The 323 team had notable customer service. The only reason I rated them a 4 and not a 5 was because she probably should have had more people on her team to help her the day of. Charmecia and her team were not afraid to respectfully take charge when disarray started to arise. They made sure that there was order. They got in there, got things done, and they did it with passionate hearts and a smile on their face! I truly believe that #TheMooreTheMerrior wedding was a success because of 323 Occasions. I sent out for some quotes initially and everybody was responding with ridiculously high figures for a day-of coordinator (that's not to say they weren't all worth it--I'm sure they would be--but they just couldn't and wouldn't work with our budget). About 30 minutes after I emailed Earthling, Miranda had already emailed me back with their full listing of prices and what came with each. Their pricing was insanely budget friendly and the professionalism of a quick, informative response is a huge draw for me so we set up a meeting via Skype. Within minutes of our meeting beginning, I knew Miranda and her team would be a good fit. She was able and willing to add time because we needed some extra setup and was extremely upfront with us concerning how much time we would need and how to make things work. From then on out, she was a tremendous asset to our wedding. If I had any issues finding a vendor, she would find out our budget for the vendor and start checking her resources for someone who would meet what we wanted for how much we wanted. She made time in her schedule to meet with us whenever we came up to Dallas (because we live in Houston), even going out of her way to do so. She met with our venue director and was there for every step of the way with us. She was such a calming and helpful influence.
