Additionally, several tiles are already chipped, despite being newly installed. When I requested that someone come out to evaluate the work, I was told that as long as it meets basic code requirements, nothing can be done. That response is extremely disappointing. This is not just about meeting minimum code--it's about delivering quality workmanship. Anyone can take off their shoes, walk across the floor, and immediately feel that something is wrong. It feels like once payment was received, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience.
