I love Crutch for their great happy hour and the fact that they serve full bar in the morning, which can be hard to find around here. We love their breakfast items + shrimp tacos, shrimp burritos, and perfect Michelada. Their margarita is decent. Everyone here is so nice, and I really want to give them five stars, but I just can't because of their barbecue. The pulled pork is dry, the ribs are very dry, Tri Tip is missing something and the collard greens weren't what I expected - dry and crispy (like you will cook brussels sprouts). I was hoping for good Southern-style greens. Wings are ok. I'll stick to the drinks and Mexican dishes here. They are 5 stars. For barbecue, I'd give 2.5 stars unfortunately. They are Dog friendly.

My sister seen this place and wanted to try it; so why not come for her birthday?? It was six of us and one of them was my four year old son. He loved the chips, French fries and ofc the Mexican water. I have to say that the service here is beyond wonderful!!! I love how the guy was so patient and sweet I went to asked a question about the menu and he told me not to worried he could take my order. (; everything he recommended was so delicious. I love the tacos there; the shrimp taco for my taste was a little spicy but it was still so good. The guy who brings out the food was so sweet and great as well. And can't forget my girl I believe her name was Jocelyn! Omgee she makes the best michs ever!! I have to say one of the best in the west side!! This place is a must if you want good food amazing service and ofc a bomb mich!!

I went here for a special event and it was interesting. The bands were fun to watch. I felt the food was good. It was hard to get the waiters attention where I was sitting, but eventually he came by. I'll probably come back and give this place a try and again in the future.

I have driven past this spot for years and said - I should go there So I did and now I am like why have I not stopped here before? Cool little spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is super friendly and they have lots of TV's for sports Now here is what really made me happy besides how tasty the veggie burrito is. The green salsa is pretty spicy and this made me happy

Clutch is a great place to grab a bite to eat on Lincoln and watch a game! Their tacos and drinks are delicious, they are reasonably priced, and it makes for the perfect place to come with friends any night of the week. Food - I've tried a few of their tacos, but the one I keep coming back for is the fish taco. The batter is delicious, fish cooked perfectly, and it's topped with a well balanced slaw. I will always order the fish taco when I come! I do love that they sell all tacos individually so you can mix and match. Drinks - they have beer options and a full bar, but I typically get the classic margarita. It's a very good marg and they do NOT skimp you on the tequila! Service - the staff is so kind and attentive. You can expect to get your food served right away, the tacos come out within minutes so it really is a quick bite type of place. Ambiance - biker vibes, TVs inside and outside to watch the game, outdoor patio and inside seating as well. I love Clutch and I'll keep coming back for as long as I'm in the area!

Clutch is a nice little spot right of Lincoln plenty of parking and a ton of seating for a lot of people. The menu at clutch is really big and can pull your attention in a bunch of different ways and its very diverse. The service was really good and they were patient with us making our descions and anything extra we need they brought to us. The Tri Tip sandwich is the main reason this place is getting 5 stars this sandwich was the best thing I've eaten all week the amount of flavor that came out of this sandwich is unreal meat cooked perfectly bread nice and warm good sauce a 10 out of 10 sandwich. The Lemondae was good could have been a bit sweeter for me a little to sour. The sweet potato fries were great super awesome good seasoning and texture and you get a decent amount. The pulled pork tacos were also good lots of great flavor but the tacos themselves could have had a bit more sauce.

Great casual lunch spot with a variety of options and indoor/outdoor seating. The staff were friendly and the food came out super quick. Good happy hour deals too! I ordered the chicken and carnitas tacos and they were delicious & filling. Highly recommend!

Coming home from points north, we decided to take scenic Highway 1. Dinner time came just south of Malibu and we started looking for a good place to eat. We spotted Clutch and thought it looked interesting... As it happened, it was Taco Tuesday. We decided to go with the flow and ordered the Taco special- a House Margarita and fish tacos. The staff was super friendly! The margaritas were delicious. And the tacos we very tasty. The vibe is casual and seems to have a lot of local traffic. We enjoyed a nice break in our journey and felt refreshed to finish our drive home.

Taco Tuesday is always packed, but the staff does an impressive job keeping things moving. The process is simple--you get your ticket and the team serving the tacos does most of the heavy lifting. Even with the crowds, service has consistently been fast, efficient, and attentive. The food is very good, and the energy is always lively. My most recent visit was no different. Everything ran smoothly, the tacos were great, and our servers stayed on top of things throughout the meal. The only odd part of the evening happened as we were getting ready to leave. I stopped by the bar and asked the bartender for a cup of ice. He acknowledged me but never came back with it. While I was waiting, another guest next to me mentioned he was also having trouble getting service at the bar, while other customers appeared to be getting helped. I don't know the circumstances and don't want to make assumptions about why that happened, but it definitely felt strange. After waiting several minutes, I went back to my original server and she had the ice for me in about a minute, which reinforced my overall impression that the service team is generally very attentive. I don't like pretentious bartenders and I know their job is busy as heck. That again felt weird. Despite that one awkward interaction, the overall experience was excellent. Great tacos, a fun atmosphere, and a staff that usually does a fantastic job handling the Taco Tuesday rush. I'll definitely be back.

Every restaurant in Venice is grimy, tourist-ridden, overpriced, vegan or just plain average. You can drive 10 minutes inland and find better. Your wallet will thank you. Your taste buds will thank you. Tacos por favor is pretty much the take-out Mexican spot you grew up going to (often out of convenience). It's Thursday night and Mom doesn't feel like cooking. Or it's lunch, and you and your broke high school friends have each scraped together $5 change for a burrito. These types of restaurants always exist better in our memories, they make us sentimental, they remind us of a simpler time when all that mattered was who had the latest video game, or who's house you could chill at, or wether you had a bike or skateboard to get around town. A few years later topics shifted to booze or weed, and eventually: chicks. All throughout, some things never change, and that's a preferred taco spot, which you cling to the way you would a favorite sports team, a religion or treasured family heirloom. There's another taco spot across town that may be better, but you would never admit that to anyone, not even yourself. As we age, these types of affiliations become a thing of the past. We move to new cities, and with that, the chance to re-invent ourselves. We try different foods. A $20 chicken combo plate from Erewhon? A salad pizza from Abott's Pizza? A late-night chicken Gyro? Sometimes, we feel lost. Los Angeles beats us down, leaving us wandering the boardwalk like bitter, weakened versions of our former selves. Everyone in Venice seems to have a cure. Have you tried an astrology reading? Hot-boxing your house with sage? Palm readings? Weekend yoga retreats? Raw water? Adaptogen-infused smoothies?
